Erstmal vielen Dank, jetzt wurde mir so Einiges klarer. Ich hab die Marken damals absolut nicht verfolgt muss ich ehrlich gestehen, den Fehler mach ich definitiv nicht mehr. Ich hoffe halt nur, dass die Server der Post den Ansturm aushalten, da wird es ziemlich rund gehen nächste Woche denke ich. Hast du komplette Sets beisammen @playersfun? Gibt es eine ungefähre Abschätzung für die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass man bestimmte "Tiere" erhält? Hätte eig. nur einen recht geringen Betrag vorgehabt, jetzt packt mich aber irgendwie die Sammelleidenschaft  Edit: Hab jetzt bei Wikipedia einen doch recht informativen Eintrag über die erste Auflage der Crypto Stamp gefunden. Also aus eigener Erfahrung würde ich die Preislage derzeit bei der vorigen Serie so einschätzen (offiziell gibt es die nicht mehr zu kaufen), stark abhängig von der Seriennummer (ich habe 2 x 4er Sets wo jeweils die Rote fehlt).
Hab ich das jetzt richtig verstanden ... du hast dir zum Start damals keine Stamps gekauft sondern erst nach und nach? Weil von der Post verkauft werden ja ganze Sets, oder? Dh. es macht Sinn gleich mal ein paar Sets zu kaufen und zu hoffen, dass "gute" Seriennummern dabei sind? Was hat eig. die Seriennummer damit zu tun? Ist das irgenwas Sammler-spezifisches warum manche Seriennummern mehr wert sind als andere? Der Verkauf wird ja weltweit offen sein, nicht nur für Österreicher, oder? |

The second option is to just have "hidden" on the leaderboard, you can click on hide me again like the other one, it actually shows you the real top 10, but some of those names are censored as "hidden name" so you will not know who it is. Those are two very different approaches, I don't know which one I would prefer more, but I think the first one is closer to my heart.
The screenshot of me is from a leaderboard of a wagering contest. There the first option you suggested would not make sense, because the user would not appear on the leaderboard and would not be eligible for a prize. Participation in the contest would not make sense at all if you don't want to show up. Option 1 would only be possible for weekly/monthly/yearly Leaderboards. But even there, the results will be distorted if entries are missing and you can never be sure if you are the weekly leader or if there are not 10 players in front of you, but they didn't want to appear in the list. That is the thing though, if you hide the name, it was a discussion at other places as well and have been a point of argument between a lot of people. If you hide the name, how can we really know its a real player or just the house playing against itself? A house could basically play 100 btc in an hour without worrying and just lose only a few.
In my opinion this has nothing to do with whether the name is displayed or not. For example, you don't know if there is actually a person behind the player "bestgambler123", someone just runs a script or the casino plays against itself. So it doesn't matter if it says "bestgambler123" or "hidden", it has the same effect. |

My pre-posters answered your question about the Exchanges in a way that you can find the information you need, I hope. But I wanted to add the following: If an Exchange has been hacked or not says absolutely nothing about whether it is more secure than other Exchanges or not. In fact, it goes so far that exchanges like Bitstamp (hacked in 2015) have massively tightened their internal security measures and invested a lot of money to become more secure. Despite the losses and the alleged reputational damage, the company framed the incident as a learning experience, concluding: “This was a significant loss for Bitstamp, and it cast further doubt on the safety and integrity of the bitcoin ecosystem. However, it could have been much worse, and we are determined to use this as a learning tool, and as a basis for making improvements in our technology, security protocols, incident response planning and so forth.” SourceIt is questionable whether Bitstamp would have taken these measures if the hack had never taken place. |

Es gibt mal wieder ein paar interessante Neuigkeiten rund um Cardano, die unter anderem auch für den Preisanstieg gestern verantwortlich sein dürften. Die will ich euch jetzt hier kurz zusammenfassen. Start des Family and Friends Testnets von ShelleyCardano hat vorgestern das Family and Friends Testnet von Shelley gelaunched. "Friends" deswegen, weil nun das Shelley Netz um weitere, recht bekannte Stake Pool Operators erweitert wurden, die nun alle auf den Shelley-Code umgestiegen sind. Hoskinson hat dazu auch ein recht gutes Video mit dem Titel "Pioneers!" veröffentlicht. Das von Charles oftmals postulierte "Shelley is around the corner" dürfte nun also tatsächlich wahr werden, IOHK hat angekündigt, "in den nächsten Wochen" weitere Stake Pool Operators dazuzuschalten. Charles hat im Video auch erwähnt, dass mit dem nächsten (?) Firmware-Update von Ledger bereits die Staking-Möglichkeit über den Nano ermöglicht wird. Daedalus Flight 1.1 wurde releasedDie neue Version 1.1 von Daedalus ist verfügbar. Gleichzeitig hat Cardano dazu aufgerufen, Featurerequests einzumelden. Naja, aber der Pass muss dazu ja irgendwie digitalisiert an die Firma übermittelt werden, sonst kann auch die Signatur nicht ausgelesen werden. Ich denke kaum, dass es da eine Weboberfläche mit "hier geben sie ihre Signatur ein" geben wird wo man eingeben kann, was man will. Auch muss jemand die Prüfung, ob der Pass echt ist, vornehmen. Spätestens dort sieht also ein 3. meinen Pass und kann den ggfs. kopieren. Die Bounty selbst klingt erstmal interessant. Beim genaueren Hinsehen versucht UBIC hier aber meiner Meinung ein falsch-positives Sicherheitsgefühl zu vermitteln. So in die Richtung "Seht her, wir hatten sogar eine Bounty ausgeschrieben, niemand hat eine Security-Problem gefunden". Auch die Dotierung mit 1,25 BTC klingt nicht schlecht, vergleicht man aber die Kosten, die ein Security-Test einer externen Firma kosten würde, wären die 1,25 BTC nur ein Tropfen auf den heißen Stein. |

The support email address was support@freebitco.in when I had a problem long time ago, but I don't know if it is still active and being processed. Otherwise I am sure @TheQuin can help you, too, if you write a PM to him. In general: I hope that a withdrawal address of player A will not be used as deposit address of player B ... Freebitco.in has control over the addresses, so it should be possible to track the transactions and refund the coins if necessary. |

If you keep the website basically the same and even drop the competition prize and just all around do nothing about the website aside from keeping it running properly, you are not going to grow.
It is the combination of all that I find quite questionable. In principle, new games and the competitions attract players (and thus deposits). If you move on to this and don't develop any new games and now set the prize pools so low, that will quickly end in a downward spiral. Sure it is good right now and you might say "hey its good enough like this" as a casino owner since you are already making profit (probably) but there is a bigger potential.
Windice is definitely good as it is. A lot of players dont need features after features and simply play because they like the style/gameplay/community/... of a specific site - including myself. But I am with you, Windice has the potential to grow way more then it did already |

Let's assume that in the next bull market the portfolio is worth so much that you would have been financially secure for the rest of your life. How would you restructure your portfolio to ensure its value? Cash all out in Fiat, Stablecoins, all or part of it in Bitcoin?
In my opinion there is no "best" solution here. It simply depends too much on the respective circumstances of life: - If you are single with no obligations you probably cashed out only a part to buy things you would not be able to afford otherwise - If you are a family man with children and have just built a house, you probably cashed most of it out to pay your debts and put aside reserves for your children - If you were a crypto-millionaire before the Bullrun you probably won't do anything In general, however, I believe that larger profits should be shifted into more stable investments. For me, this includes not only gold but also, and above all, real estate for personal use. The next bear market is definitely coming, so I would not leave everything in the cryptos under any circumstances. |

Zahlendreher? Wenn ich 3von5 BTC überweisen möchte, erhält in der Regel auch der Empfänger die 3 und ich die 2 Wechselgeld zurück, nicht umgekehrt, sonst schulde ich ihm ja noch einen.  Äh ja ... war Absicht um zu testen ob das eh wer liest ...  Thx für den Hinweis! Versteh ich jetz nich,

Klar, ja. Ich gehe aber davon aus, dass die eigentliche Empfangsadresse nicht diejenige ist, die sofort den Eingang gezeigt hat (Anzeigeproblem, Refresh, ...), sonst hätte er den Thread nicht erstellt Mal sehen, ob wir hier noch eine TxID bekommen, dann kann man definitiv mehr dazu sagen. |

Warum du hier 2 Adressen siehst ist eigentlich ein Sicherheitsfeature von Electrum. Nehmen wir an du möchtest 3 BTC überweisen, auf deiner Wallet hast du aktuell 5 BTC liegen. Electrum nimmt nun die 2 BTC und schickt diese dem Empfänger. Die restlichen 3 BTC werden auf eine neue Adresse - die natürlich dir gehört - und liegen dort nun. Vermutlich ist das auch jene Transaktion, die relativ schnell durchging? Hier kannst du noch etwas mehr darüber erfahren: Why are there two transaction outputs when sending to one address?Sollten die Coins immer noch nicht angekommen sein schick uns bitte mal die Transaction-ID, dann können wir da einen genaueren Blick drauf werfen was passiert ist. |

Googelt man danach erhält man den ehemaligen Nationalspieler (und mir gänzlich unbekanntem) Michael O’NeillHabe auch lange nach "Michael" und "Halabdscha" gegoogelt aber nicht auch nur eine Referenz auf einen Fußballer gefunden. @Lakai01 they have already done this in the past where they had announced separate competitions, and then they gave away physical bitcoins which were loaded up to 0.75 btc as prices to the participants. However if they were to repeat these types of competitions again then it would definitely be a big hit, as who wouldn’t love to get their hands on a loaded physical bitcoin.

Then Luckybit would already have some experience (also regarding the estimation of costs vs. benefits) and the promotion could be implemented easily and quickly. I see it similar to you, a physical Bitcoin as a win would be an immense pull factor and would definitely not go unnoticed in the gambling community. |

Vermutlich haben Accounts wie cabalism13, asu oder sheenshane gute Chancen. Cabalism wohl nicht, er hat seine Bewerbung zurückgezogen: After a long time of fighting, I realized that even if I get qualified on joining the Gang I won't even last for a long time and surely I'll get removed sooner or later.
