Some people would pay for that.

Sorry for any miss understanding on locations some parts were not organised too well, but this is going to be awesome.
Definitely, awesome. More people than last year in Prague. Nice meeting you Nefario, also Michael Parsons (the guy who made the linked pictures, I was sitting right next to him). Yeah, and there was a bitcoin cake. The cake is most certainly NOT a lie They should have hidden a private key in it somewhere. Hmm, an actual physical key with the private key etched on it.... what could go wrong? I don't know. Are you going to take pictures of it? Because I certainly hope so.

Should have done this with pirate heads.

|

I don't understand? Are you suggesting it would be a bad thing to invest with pirate's biggest shill?

I enjoyed your post!
Later, bud.
Bruno I framed this and hung it over my bed to stare at it and think naughty things.

Make him open his thread for public scrutiny and tell where he leads what and whom?
Exactly this. There's a guy calling himself BrightAnarchist and he's so afraid of anarchy in his thread he locks it up. How does this even compute?

Situation grows more dire, Power cost draws woman's ire, basement bursts aflame with fire: "Why doth I deserve this, Sire?"
Coins are stolen, wily hackers, ponzi scheme defaults the backers, invented name confuses trackers: "Why art thou so evil, fackers?"

Seriously why are these guys still even allowed to talk at the conference in London. These guys should not even be related to bitcoins anymore. I still do not understand who still uses intersango after all this BS.
Amir "genjix" Taaki is RUNNING the conference. What do you think he's gonna do: "Oh, hey guy in the mirror, you can't go to the conference you're running." "Damn. And I so wanted to go too."
|
|

Some people will, but most people won't.
No. If you had ever worked in the service industry then you would know that EVERYONE steals shit. People steal glasses. People steal cutlery. People steal plates. People steal toilet paper rolls. People steal the soap from the dispenser. People steal paper towel dispenser reload packs. People steal chair cushions. People steal the waitresses heart. People steal everything and anything.

Sounds good.

You forgot the part where nefario signed off on this contract when I opened the IPO to begin with, and every investor agreed to this contract when they invested.
Nah, that's sorta to be expected. As it stands, they've got pretty much nothing on you.
|
|
|
So... what happens if this motion passes?
According to the contract, nothing at all, i would guess.
|

Read the next line too. "In the event of liquidation, 100% of the revenue from sales of the assets and 100% of the growth fund, minus any expenses incurred from the operation or liquidation of the company will be paid to shareholders."
Yeah, but that only applies in case of liquidation, which Diablo obviously has no intention of doing.

Isn't Amir tied up all weekend with organizing the London conference?
|
|
|
You must think you know me very well, better than me.
That is actually true for pretty much everyone, because as human beings we tend to be blind toward our very own faults that others can clearly see.

Having a look over the DMC contract and this is interesting. Looks like you shareholders are pretty much fucked. First, there's this Percent of majority to change contract: 66 for general motion: 66 to issue shares: 0
Seems Diablo can pump out shares pretty much as he wants. Then there's this Each share represents 0% of the ownership in the company assets. You ain't got nothin. And last but not least Any motions raised by shareholders will be considered non-binding advisory votes. He can do as he pleases.

Have you done a test run of those? Looking at the shapeways site it seems like the handles (especially for style 1) would be a bit of a problem.
