There are many ways that the government can use to pay off debt, such as taxes. Tax is one of the government is options to get income from every citizen that can be used to pay off debts. But they seem to have failed to do so because every country has many corrupt officials. Of course it is a big deal mate considering chelsea this season only gets 2 cleansheet out of 10 first epl matches! Despite the impressive performance... there's a lot of work to do especially at the back, the team is lack of discipline . Chelsea has now conceded 16 goals just from 10 epl matches (5th the most conceded)... crazy bad stats for a team that stand at the top 4 now.

But Chelsea with Lampard is more beautiful to watch, I am sure you agree with that.
