5141  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin have lost more than $100 in a day... on: June 24, 2016, 05:26:16 AM
aaaand bitcoin has gained $120 in one day starting from 23 June, i am just wondering why nobody makes any topic about the big rises and only ducks make comment about the fall Smiley

5142  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I buy now? on: June 24, 2016, 05:21:28 AM
Buying right now is not good the price is too high, you should wait till it will lower a bit, most likely this will happen before the halving so that would be a good chance to do it than.

this topic was created yesterday and it was a great time to buy bitcoin because it was the bottom of the price it was around $560 and today the price is already $100 up and reached $670 so a missed chance if OP didn't buy bitcoin yesterday.
5143  Economy / Speculation / Re: CIRCLE EXPANDS TO CHINA on: June 24, 2016, 05:20:08 AM
How will this impact the price?

Will this enable more Chineese to buy into BTC?

https://techcrunch.com/2016/06/22/circle-takes-60m-to-grow-its-social-payments-biz-globally-as-it-steps-into-china/

this is a great news because it is adding to the ways people can buy bitcoin and using a trusted service like circle.com is also an easy way of doing it especially for new users.

but i don't think it will affect the price because Chinese already have other ways of buying and trading bitcoin this is only good for new people and would be an additional way of purchase.
5144  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The future of bitcoin on: June 24, 2016, 05:16:53 AM
The future of the bitcoin is gonna be very good and the fact is also that the halving is coming and also a lot of other events.
Its just a matter of time before the bitcoin is gonna rise to a higher amount.

Indeed the bitcoin has a great future it only needs to prove itself that it can become a currency globally and with the future itself also.
Right now no one can predict the future of it.

this will only happen slowly so it is going to take a long time to reach that glorious future when bitcoin is being used everywhere. and it is mostly the fault of bitcoin users because they have switched over to investing in bitcoin instead of using bitcoin as a currency.
5145  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest problem with Bitcoin on: June 24, 2016, 05:13:46 AM
For me, the main problem Bitcoin actually like any other deflationary currency is stagnating. Roughly speaking, the growing exchange rate encourages people to not spend money and accumulate them. In addition, the opportunity to profit from a simple moneymaking saves people from having to produce goods and services. The result is a hard crisis of the entire economy, because a society can not live in abundance, when nobody does anything.

this is a big issue with bitcoin and it is slowing down the process of adoption. because people are just holding their coins and are refusing to spend it and in order to become more popular and reaching the adoption stage you should spend bitcoin on services to spread it so the price can really rise and not just get pumped.

5147  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BTC price is crashing on: June 24, 2016, 04:55:26 AM
Prices are $650; the exchange is now ok.

Complete scam.

I said before Bitfinex came online again : "You will see that once BTC is stable around 650 USD, Bitfinex website will be online."

That happened  Wink

They closed the website while their clients were selling. They made a fortune by using fraudulent tools yesterday, these scums.

I didn't know bitfinex owners are anonymous and it is unregulated.

At least i know poloniex is registered in the US and they have KYC / AML policies

Poloniex is the same...It's even more dangerous because the Feds(Poloniex is registered in USA) can shut down their website anytime. Poloniex is not licensed as MSB as the US law requires. We saw many exchangers closed and in jail because of that....

i left Poloniex a long time ago when i realized this and they started showing some scary signs and also asked for personal information in order to trade altcoins!
besides they have been doing a lot of shady things with ethereum from the start and they went offline, closed deposits, .... when eth was being dumped multiple times to prevent crash!!
5148  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 0.3 btc in a week on: June 23, 2016, 06:51:10 AM
you know its very hard to have 0.3 btc per week but not impossible if you are having good skills like coding  e.t.c you can do that other than that if you are having a good chain of referral you can make with the help of faucets referral program.

you can also earn that amount from signature campaign, have multiple accounts and join multiple campaigns and you will definitely earn that amount in a week.

This is not even a good idea it will just turn that you are going to spam all over the forum. The better way of earning this amount is that you are going to sell some digital goods, like twitter accounts with a lot of followers and other accounts that you might sell. For sure, there are a lot of people there who are interested with those accounts.

Twitter account? Not at all. Twitter accounts aren't sold that much and it's really hard to get thousands of followers. There are some accounts being sold in a small amount that has thousands of followers. Imagine how many accounts you have to own and how many followers should it have before you get a regular 0.3 BTC in a week.

On a side note, having alt accounts doesn't assure that someone would spam all over the boards. Smiley Pretty sure the spammers that you were referring to were already banned by the campaign manager that he/she is in. Nowadays, only constructive posters stay in a campaign.

these methods of earning bitcoin (earning money in general) are bad methods. you will end up spending a lot of time to make these accounts and gather followers and then in the end you can only gain a small amount by selling them because there is no real market for these things.
5149  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Charts for Crypto? on: June 23, 2016, 06:46:14 AM
if you want dynamic real-time chart you have to visit the exchanger itself not the third parties. and i think coinmarketcap's charts are average of price between multiple exchangers so it can be inaccurate for some altcoins.

since i trade on bittrex i always use their charts, it is pretty good and you can change the interval from minutes to days with many options. also you have option for drawing on the charts and some analysis.
5150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Gambling is Fun? on: June 23, 2016, 06:42:14 AM
Why everyone is using the Word of Fun for only gambling, if gambling is a game, so all games are interesting and entertainment, not funny, Gambling is not a drama or play, it is a real and mind blowing game.
For me, nothing is funny in gambling.
What do you think of FUN in gambling?

gambling is fun which means that you can have fun when you play it just like any other game, it is not about laughing that you say it is funny, it is about the entertainment just like any other game that you play. for example when you play call of duty or CS:GO you have fun playing them this is the same about gambling.
5151  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: price on: June 23, 2016, 06:39:23 AM
it is hard to predict bitcoin price at this point. i am more sure about the near future rise than i am about the bottom. but i guess the price can not go lower than $500 since it started that way and went up to $780+ so fast. (convert these to euro Wink)
5152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: June 23, 2016, 06:35:22 AM
The best and safest way to gamble is to bet in sports games because then you can let the odds be on your favor.
By betting on the better team you will earn less money but the chances of winning are bigger.

I think it also has a pretty big risk when gambling with higher stakes. All gambling is not the most secure way is there, there is no way to minimize to avoid defeat. All gambling is very tricky to grasp so it requires extra energy to defeated him

obvious, all gambling games have a high risk. but I agree gambling sport at least safe from all types of gambling.
if you have a good knowledge about your favorite team, it can be profitable.

Yes andt he thing is even if you go for the different types of betting
Dice
Sport bets
Cards

The chance that you lose is always too much. So you end up losing. Safe? No there is no safe method.
In sports bets, you'll less likely to lose because it is based on skills of the team you put your bet.

yeah it is better to put a bet in sport betting because it is more thrilling than to play dice or to a casino , you will win depending on a team that you have bet .

Yeah its usually more for entertainment then for gambling purposes because its fun. However sport bets are very difficult to predict. They seem easy but when you actually try and place money on bets, its very difficult.

this is exactly what most people find the hard way.

you keep hearing on the forum that sports betting is the way to get rich with gambling and it is so much better than dice, but in fact it is so much harder than other games because not everybody can predict the results and even if you can, the result may not be what you have predicted.

and tipsters are not always right either so you can end up listening to one of them and lose your bet.
5153  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How legal is to create betting/gambling site? on: June 23, 2016, 06:31:08 AM
If you have long term serious plan to run an online gambling site you should use proper channel.Which means proper channel is you should get license which is not very costly it will provide you legal safety in case of some unexpected situation.Same time you will be able to promote and expand your gambling business. It is illegal to run such business without license.
Though I think running a small dice site would not need all the licenses and others. I was planning to runs a dice site but then compromised with just investing in casinos.

creating a gambling site can be illegal in some countries based on their rules about gambling and more importantly about using bitcoin in your business or even starting an online gambling. so it differs from country to country.

although you can always use an offshore hosting and with bitcoin stay fully anonymous if you want to escape the rules Smiley
5154  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What was the first experience/thing you did with Bitcoin? on: June 23, 2016, 06:28:06 AM
I remember trying to sync the blockchain when it was still only more or less 15GB. I remember struggling to make a transaction (and failing).
I remember trying to solo-mine using my CPU and wondering why I didn't have 50BTC the next morning, the blamed it on the blockchain not yet being synced (I was using a 3G dongle back then. I have fiber optic now.)
I remember spending days on faucets and earning 50 satoshi that was sent directly to my address.

What about you guys?

i have never even tried bitcoin core because of the huge size of blockchain and my slow internet speed and also not enough free space on my hard disk to put blockchain on.

but i have started with using faucets and getting some dust which were all spend on fees.

i also tried mining altcoins but i found that it is not for me because of the cost of mining which was not profitable after deducting the costs.
5155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Anonymous Enough For You? on: June 23, 2016, 06:24:34 AM
Would you, if asked, personally consider Bitcoin anonymous enough for your needs? Does it lack privacy features? Would you consider Bitcoin anonymous, semi-anonymous or transparent?

Do you want an anonymous crypto currency?

bitcoin is more than anonymous for me.
i am not looking for 100% anonymity in bitcoin so i am fine with the current anonymity that bitcoin is offering. besides it is so easy to reach that 100% anonymity with bitcoin if i wish it so that is always an option like using a transparent mixer.
5156  Economy / Speculation / Re: Time to sell? Or to buy? on: June 23, 2016, 06:21:41 AM
at this point it is better to wait and see what happens with the price and jump in when thngs became more clear and price has became stable so you can be sure about the bottom and then buy at that price.
5157  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is BTC crashing? on: June 23, 2016, 06:10:46 AM
Buy bitcoin and hold it. Dont worry much. It will hit $10000.

$10,000 for bitcoin is more like a dream and unreal.
but bitcoin price will rise eventually, and will reach $1000+ and most likely this year after the halving. but his decrease is not a crash it is just coming back to the normal bitcoin price before the rise.
5158  Economy / Speculation / Re: Anyone bought Bitcoin June 21 when price drop to 660? on: June 23, 2016, 06:00:21 AM
i have made all my purchases back at the low price and when it was stable and nothing was happening. by that time you could tell that this is the bottom and it is not going below that. but everything beyond that point is considered unstable until some time passes.
5159  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should Bitcoin even have a future? on: June 23, 2016, 05:57:37 AM
If you started using bitcoin in 2012. This year is now considered as future, The price of bitcoin has enlarge so massively. so for me bitcoin has a great future. around 10 years from now

yeah it is the future of that year but bitcoin is not yet considered an old and popular technology. bitcoin is still a bran new technology which requires more time to become adopted so that it can reach that stage where it is being used everywhere and the price goes higher and becomes stable then.
5160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where to buy Bitcoins? on: June 23, 2016, 05:52:49 AM
I use Coinbase.com, it's pretty easy and they have a very nice mobile app.
Coinsbase.com is a very dangerous site when buying bitcoins, Many people have a problem in it. They Have an issue that they couldnt get the bitcoin that they pay for. Its just my observations

no, i have never heard about any problem of this nature with coinbase.com they are a legit service that have been working fine for a long time.

there was some trouble for a short while that i kept hearing about it from a couple of "brand new accounts on bitcointalk" who said they didn't receive their bitcoin but sine they were bran new and didn't provide any proof it is hard to tell if they were trolling or were real.
