5161  Economy / Economics / Re: South Korea quarantines and burn their cash due to Coronavirus on: March 09, 2020, 10:47:58 PM
I've heard that China is doing the same to avoid further infection, they are burning cash if they think that it's already been affected. At least South Korea and all the country are doing their best to fight the spread of Covid-19.

WHO has already gave a statement that we should focus and take this virus very serious. What I like in the said article is that the virus can die which means there will really be a solution coming.
5162  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling addiction threads on: March 09, 2020, 10:03:28 PM
I find strategy of others on how they managed to control themselves, how they overcome addiction from those threads that I've read really helpful. I'm not a heavy gambler but it's all about the emotion when I'm near to what I know where I'm heading.

I'm realizing that if I will not be careful with myself, I might end up worse just like what has been shared from those threads. So, I also take it as a motivation and a reminder to make myself calm.
To put it simply, those threads are not only limited to those who are already labeled as a 'gambling addict' but also to those who are also prone of being 'one' with the said group of people, because of potentialities due to their exposure with such activity. Reflection is really something, because sometimes, professional advice won't work if you won't allow yourself to be consumed by those advice. Simplu putting that it will be yourself at the end of the day, who would make a change for yourself.
Yes. They're helpful to everyone, someone who's already addicted and to anyone who can be the same. It is not just for those specific people but anyone can find it helpful as long as they realize the thoughts of those shared posts.

Advices are there to guide us and if you choose to be guided but still at the end, the person who's dealing with the problem must submit himself to what have been told to him, suggestions or advices that's concerning his situation.

Do others are also experiencing the same difficulty accessing the site? hoping that devans will notice it, as soon as he gets online again.

Edit: they are back online now.
Yes, it's back now and good that quick.
5164  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bangladesh has a significant amount of Bitcoin trader on: March 09, 2020, 05:09:41 PM
Will govt ever consider to legitimate BTC in Bangladesh? I don't see any hope so far but the volume can never be decreased because of the usefulness BTC has.
I think Bangladesh is in the same situation as India before the declaration of RBI that bitcoin is legal. It's just a matter of time until their country will realize that it can be a good addition source for their people.

But it wouldn't come to an instant and it takes time. Let them see how other countries that adopted and declared bitcoin as a legal tender enjoy the benefits of allowing trades inside their jurisdiction. However, if they are decided, there's no way to change their minds.
5165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in Frances as of this year. on: March 08, 2020, 10:23:09 PM
Last time it was India that brought good news about bitcoin.

Today, we have France. This is a series of countries announcing good things about bitcoin and that is recognizing and being legal to their country. It's getting more exciting what we're going to see which country shall declare next bitcoin as legal currency or investment.

Despite of this news, the market went opposite but it doesn't matter. This is a clear sign that bitcoin is heading to adoption, the road may be rough and journey might be gradual but it's all good and positive.

5167  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin ready for world wide 1 currency? on: March 06, 2020, 05:26:08 AM
It just can't right now but the valuation will depend on its own quantity like per satoshi decimals if the world is in bitcoin already or what has been agreed by the majority. Imagine that all of us have bitcoin and most transactions are in bitcoin but it can't happen for now.

Can't get my head around how it would work.
You don't have to worry and bother yourself thinking about that. This will come gradually in timely manner.
5168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: I have 2,600 TRON and want equivalent in BTC on: March 06, 2020, 04:35:52 AM
Don't you have a Binance account? you don't have to be KYC verified just to sell it there.

https://www.binance.com/en/trade/TRX_BTC

Non-verified accounts does have a limit but you wouldn't reach the threshold limit.
5169  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do you prefer to buy bitcoin or do bitcoin mining? on: March 06, 2020, 03:44:13 AM
I thought that you have a farm and we know that not every cloud mining is a scam but basically, most of them are. If you are experienced investing to cloud mining, you're investing to the legitimate ones but AFAIK it's no longer profitable.

Looks like you know what you are talking and doing but just a suggestion, you should better keep more in bitcoin.

It's good to have an option and his choices is good but the one I doubt here is the word cloudmining since so far I don't find any reliable since as you said it's not profitable anymore which is right since actually it will give a low too in long period of time so basically you are wasting your time for just waiting for it to grow.
I've heard about some of those common but I haven't tried any of them but based on what I've read about them, they're paying but the investment you'll put there isn't worth it because as I've said it's not profitable anymore. And that's why it's better not to invest with any cloud mining to be sure.

I'm curious how much he has invested which makes him confident that he's making with it. While buying, this is working perfectly to everybody.
5170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESPORTS - predictions and tips (Dota 2, CS:GO, LoL) on: March 06, 2020, 02:58:20 AM
NoPing e-sports - CR4ZY: CR4ZY, 1.90 @ BetOnBit
I thought this Cr4zy team is a new one. I haven't checked it lately that this was the Fighting Panda's and it seems they were disbande due to Envy's usual behavior of leaving his teammates and changing to another team which is his old team, Cloud9 (C9).

I'll also choose Cr4zy on this match. No Ping e-sports is probably the 2nd-3rd strongest team in South America, next to Beastcoast but the other team is composed of more experienced players including, 1 TI winner(Aui) and major winner (Moonmeander).

5171  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Security in Crypto Matters? on: March 06, 2020, 01:51:32 AM
I don't keep my funds on any exchange if I do so, it's very minimal and not that much of amount that I can't avail to lose. I have read somewhere this strategy of hiding your files and folders, although it's not that of a security but it's another way to simply add and keep your important files that contains your keys (if you are keeping it on a file format).

A backup is a must so don't depend mostly on your single file that keeps your PKs or the written format that you make. Always create a backup or duplicate or even more where you can keep it in a very safe storage that can't be find out by others.
5172  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Do independent individuals have crypto wallet business opportunity over MNCs? on: March 05, 2020, 09:49:53 AM
But, you haven't answered the quote unquote that I have mentioned about the association of right partner.
I believe right partner is the one who has in-depth technical knowhow and have delivered crypto wallets in the real world. It is the technical partner who makes or breaks the product.
Yes, definitely that's needed for someone who's going to work for this kind of business but I thought that you know someone or an agency that does this kind of business or even offering yourself for this.

You might want to show that here or to the people that's interested doing business with you.
5173  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Age restriction in gambling on: March 05, 2020, 08:36:00 AM
It is also surprising to see that in Malawi the minimum age restriction is just only 5 years old. I've searched if the country's main source is in gambling industry but it tends to be not.

Based with bestuscasinos.org, around the world the estimated minimum age restriction is from 18-21. I didn't expected that a country like Malawi will have the lowest age of 5 and maybe there's something more with that country that allows these kids to be dealt with.
5174  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do you prefer to buy bitcoin or do bitcoin mining? on: March 05, 2020, 07:52:49 AM
Buying will always be the most convenient option. Not everyon can avail to buy miners but everyone can avail to buy bitcoin at any price that we want and quantity that we want.

But if it's very effective to you that you have been mining and it seems that you have a farm, you are on the good side mining the right coin. And I think that you can sustain it and anyway, congratulations that you've earned from the fork coin. Are you planning to sell them and convert it to bitcoin finally?

I will keep converting to bitcoin or bitcoin cash based on the rate. I'd like to hold both coins to reduce the risk. By the way, I don't have a farm, I just invest on cloud mining which most of the people here think it's a scam. I have to say you must investigate the platform before you do any investment. Not all of the cloud mining are scams.

I tried my luck and ordered from miners.eu, I will update this thread later on with my experience
Ok. Good luck purchasing there and I hope that we won't hear any problems with your purchase. I have already told you that many reviews from that thread wasn't so good.

So, best of luck to you.
5176  Economy / Speculation / Re: How will the Halving affect the BTC price? on: March 05, 2020, 06:14:43 AM
How will the Halving affect the miners? According to the laws of demand and supply, the scarcity of the Bitcoin supply will lead to an increase in Bitcoin demand, leading to a rise in prices. Is this only in theory though?
This is not a theory. Logically speaking, this should what's about to happen but as they say, we can't be sure if the same cycle shall happen when halving comes. We don't know what's in the mind of the miners, they play an important role and let's just wait until it comes and remain positive.

This is what I got from an article on the Bitcoin Halving and its theoretical effects: https://elitemininginc.com/2020/02/what-is-the-bitcoin-halving

But I think miners can't afford to proceed on just speculation. Or is that exactly what is going to happen? Seems we are entering the bear market again and we are only a few months away from the Halving
We have no idea until we get there, all are speculating unless we finally see the exact moment after the halving. But I'm very much positive just like what happened in the past but we can't compare it there and it's not the exact proportion of the situation.

Yeah. I agree.

Might include every important detail that's needed to know how much will be the compensation for your ambassadors and marketers.

And in what form the compensation will be.

5179  Economy / Economics / Re: Blockchain enterprise adoption will grow in 2020 on: March 04, 2020, 10:25:28 PM
I have watched this documentary from Vice News on their YouTube channel going the day with Vitalik Buterin with the appointments that he has. And Russia is also working towards the adoption of blockchain.

Based from that video, the company is from the banking sector (I don't know how big that bank is there) and he talked with seems to be a prominent person that has a connection with Putin.
