I'd agree with most of it, but if this forum job is to be similar to a real life job, actions like switching campaigns and abandoning signatures are to be expected. Don't expect loyalty from a group of anonymous forum users who need to spend less than a minute to apply for a campaign. It's obvious many of them will switch to a better paid one at some point and they will do it fast to reserve a spot. Who should they be loyal to? You (the campaign managers)? They don't know you, you are not their friends. Or maybe to the business? The business most of them never used before joining the campaign?

He probably wants them for spamming the forum to death, like we don't have enough ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) There is no such thing as an "account generator" here. If you want accounts, you have create them yourself. And it's really easy and takes seconds. He could literally make a 100 newbie accounts every day and get them to all jr. member in a week without any generators. People used to make money this way as I recall.

It's not worth it. It wasn't worth it last year too. Mining won't get you more coins compared to buying and holding and the risk of a fire, theft or any other equipment failure is too great. It would've been different if the hardware sellers provided some kind of a warranty, but they don't and people are still buying their product like crazy. What would you do if a store you bought your pc from told you there's no warranty? I bet you'd never buy it.

Vaccines are bad? Really? Ever heard of tetanus? A really bad thing to get and very easy when you are a kid running around or riding a bicycle and falling in the dirt. Nowadays people are trying to protect their children from common cold which is a bit too much in my view but there are diseases like malaria that you just can't ignore.

The IRS just one of many similar institutions around the world. I wonder how the rest of the world will react. Fight it like drugs and ignore the money flow, or tax it like gambling and alcohol.

I had to wait 3 days once for a transaction to go through. It was a normal transaction that included a fee but somehow did not get broadcasted properly and I had to rebroadcast everything once again. When you lose internet connection during the broadcasting the transaction can get stuck.

Like others have said it is being used, but what about it? Illegal doesn't mean bad, unethical. For instance in North Korea it's illegal to have internet and in China it's illegal to move money out of the country. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Yes that is a good point but we are all responsible for our own actions at the end of the day.
The harm effect on other people from ones drug use are normally associated with the drug user having to find the money to purchase illegal drugs, if the addict could just go to the local chemist and pick up what he needs then he would not be harming anyone but himself and even that is debatable .
Sure, it would break the chain. The drugs would be more affordable and easy to get in any pharmacy, less people would resort to theft and borrowing from gangsters to fuel their addiction. They'd be getting pure product instead of some unknown and sometimes deadly chemicals. Gangsters would lose their main income and governments would get more money from taxes.

I bought some mining equipment back in 2014 and then quickly sold it to a more dedicated miner. I also bought some steam games, but mostly cheap stuff. I don't have a steady bitcoin income so using it to buy stuff would just drain my savings.

Got to say that's a very nice looking forum and it really has a shot on becoming popular. It's been years past the promised bitcointalk upgrade and nothing changes. Same issues, same boring looks... With the money theymos has we should be getting new features every month! A new forum managed by responsible and hard working people could flourish.

I think there are some bigger plagues like those hordes of migrants in Europe stealing and raping.

Don't know him but what is he accused of? Promoting an altcoin and making money on it? Is this really worth neg. trust? Many people here are doing it.

I'm quite available in between 8am est-4pm est but I constantly cannot remain online all the time. (same as what 98789 proposed earlier) Let me know if that would be okay. Becoming a mod is good, but yahoo I think you should also check their temper ad english skills.
Good point. A lot of time, proper english and no payment? Great offer! ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

I think windows 8 is good and windows 7 is the best if you want to use your PC easily.
Win 8 is bad. The newer the version is the less it allows the user to do. Also win 8 tends to force win 10 upgrade on its users, don't fall for it.

warned it is highly likely a ponzi.
I don't think he can be blamed for supporting something that is "likely" some kind of scam. When someone says that a site is "likely" a scam then that person is giving an opinion. In other words, the person is saying that they do not like the business practices of a site. Well if you are a person who does not like the business practices of a site why would you promote them? It's like hey look at this site is great but they are probably a scam. That doesn't make any sense to me besides he is already a campaign manager for a lot of other campaigns, did he really need the dirty money from ore-mine? In my opinion if you promote a scam you are a scammer as well. The manager did not warn but was warned. If you were managing a campaign and got such warning would you resign? Should a person resign the moment someone accuses the company of stealing money or any other dishonesty? A huge number of these accusations is usually false.

I'm kicking myself everyday that I didn't pull the trigger on 200 range BTC... If it drops again to treat lvl, I'll buy as much as I can.
People always say this when price is going up and then never buy when it starts crashing again.

They will keep the campaigns because without them this forum would be about dead. I would think at least 50% of all posts here are just to get paid...probably more.
I think so too. Even if a user has no signature he can still be paid for his posts like users who manage topics for other people and their businesses.
|
|
|
They will definitely keep is it. Otherwise this forum would be so empty. Most people on this forum wear a signature.
That's not true, most people were already here before the sig boom and if you look at sig campaigns they all have 100 people at most, so in total there are like, what? 1k people with signatures? Not even counting alt accounts. You probably think a lot of people use them because they are spamming everywhere, specially in sections like gambling but the forum would be just fine without them. If they remove signatures there will be some other forms of paid advertising like avatar campaigns. It's a forum where people promote their businesses and the need for such promotion won't disappear with signatures.

It can happen. Blockchain as a technology may become adopted without bitcoin and work to help in internet transaction backed by fiat.
