Dear eBTC dev team I think you would have to extend the deadline for this swap. A lot of people does not have any experience with this and have had a lot of issues transferring eBTC tokens to MEW or so.
In my case I do not have idea if I have to get an special eBTC wallet address in MEW to transfer my tokens or just send the to the regular ETH address I got on MEW (0x56688ed02Bcb620Ef5898d358B119FEbBa715361)
Help please.
Sorry but I disagree. There has been PLENTY of time (two weeks) for people to do what they need to do. To create a new MEW takes minutes or to just add the new custom token to your MEW takes seconds. ALL of us have been waiting and it feels like forever now for this to happen. I would expect more from a Sr. Member. |

i don't believe you will be rich in 4 days. Maybe you can buy a new pair of shoes.  Please remain realistic. Maybe you are rich in some years. Maybe. We hope that eBTC will grow up fast - but not to fast. Would be better to take a long sucessful ride. We should be patient. But look at Bitconnect, it went from 10 cents to $220 in less than a year. I was just checking the bitconnect thread and it started on Nov 2016 and has a total of 153 pages to this day. Bitcoin Cash thread started in July 2017 and to this day has 387 pages. Ebtc thread started on Sept 2017 and in about 1 month it has a whopping 297 pages. lol There sure is a huge interest. If there weren't any coding problems who knows how high the value would be by now. lol Something to think about while we wait for the new contract. I think what makes eBTC so strong is the community and it was fairly spread out with an airdrop. This reached 300 pages in about a month which is pretty crazy compared to other coins. eBTC to me is a simple but great idea, and a lot of people will probably jump at a chance to buy a new bitcoin while its cheap.
Yes the community is the backbone. ALSO, Ebtc is btc on the eth platform and its 10 times cheaper than btc! It's MUCH faster than btc. New dev team that took over is better the original dev. There are so many crap coins that do nothing and are worth 100's of millions. Ebtc is better than most of them. |

2 days to go - I havent been this excited since the BCC hard fork! Well you think it's the next big thing and we are part of it? Well, I have voiced a certain amount doubt in this forum previously (and have been called liar and other names for it - accepting different point of views is not everybody's strengths it seems), so I am not as convinced about the guaranteed success of eBTC as many other people are on this thread. But I am hopeful enough to watch it closely and see where my investment is taking me... That is perfectly normal. I don't blame those for previously negatively posting, it was for the fud spreaders that were doing it to drop the value to buy low and then sell high and not carrying about hurting others just so they can profit. We ALL want to succeed and this has been a roller coaster ride and we are now heading in the right direction. Now we just wait. |

The volume on ALL exchanges trading ebtc are way low! Everyone is getting ready for the swap and don't want to miss out. Looking good! For those that have buys under $0.10 good luck because it doesn't look like that will happen so you might as well buy now while it's still under $0.15. |

I still had 70% of my token in myetherwallet and I'm looking forward to the swap, I think this is the best that happen, creating a swap for a more solid contract, I'm looking forward to see how everything goes if done perfectly we can expect to see this coin in $1 level or even more. Agree, this think can really take off after the swap. Even though it's not necessarily a swap since we are getting the new tokens in are wallet. The idea off sending in your tokens for an actual "swap" was scary and they have gone down the right path on this one. This really has massive potential if done right. I see it smashing the $.80 level it reached in such a short period of time. This thing was growing unbelievably fast until the coding problem. Few more days and we're doing it all over again but hopefully much better this time. |

what is the expectation from this coin? are long-term investments made?
Just depends on the trend. We have to wait and see after the swap. I'm sure some will sell when they have made multiple returns on their investment and some will hold long term. For me I will sell about 10-20% of my ebtc when it reaches a certain goal and take some profit but will hold the remainding 80-90% just in case this thing really moons. Time will tell. |

Has any other exchange for eBTC been discussed so far? Mercatox isn't the worst but it would be very good to have a major exchange for eBTC. The swap has to happen first before you will see ebtc on larger exchanges. I'm surprised it made it to Hitbtc without the swap. Too much uncertainty at the moment. A few more days and we'll have more clarity. Also congrats to ebtc 300 pages! lol not bad for 1 month. |

lol The reason Mercatox has the largest volume now is because most of the people on etherdelta currently are selling at a higher price. Etherdelta always had the largest volume and it has now dropped significantly because of the swap. More people on etherdelta are aware of what is going on and that is why it has less volume now. That is a good sign. Maybe Mercatox will start selling at a higher price soon because there are less and less people selling and more holding. |

Will then a new AirDrop or will the supply reduce?
