Hello guys,
Very inexperienced guy here in all about how to transfer my eBTC form Mercatox to MEW.
I just got MEW account and I got this Account Address
0x56688ed02Bcb620Ef5898d358B119FEbBa715361
Please lest me know if I have to send my eBTC tokens from Mercatox to this address? Correct me if I am wrong please and thank you very much in advance.

Nice news for the swap. So if i understand well, we need to transfer from our myetherwallet wallet instead of exchange wallet ?
Hope there will be no ( bad ) surprise the 30th
Leave all your eBTC coins in your privat wallet. You will receive new coins automatically. You have not to send your coins anywhere. Wait and receive new coins. Be careful. Maybe same name as old coins. Wait for infos and further instructions during the official channels (official homepage and telegram). |

Yes you have to send your tokens to a private MEW address. Send to your private account. If you do not you will loose all your coins. And never give out your privat keys to other people or on request of an airdrop or homepage. phishing mails try to get to these informations!!! |

Come on people out there. Dev team is working hard behind the scene. We all hope the token swap will be a success on end of octobre and eBTC rocks the house.
HODL or buy now.
All people have to bring their eBTC tokens to privat wallets before the swap to get sure to become the new tokens!!!

The volume on ALL exchanges trading ebtc are way low! Everyone is getting ready for the swap and don't want to miss out.  Looking good! For those that have buys under $0.10 good luck because it doesn't look like that will happen so you might as well buy now while it's still under $0.15. |

Sure, I 100% agree that if you post with a certain intention to move the market that is highly questionable. But I do feel that the pros and cons of a token need to be discussed openly, with both sides getting a voice. My simple question was - and still is - why everybody is so darn positive about this particular one, despite the issue with the smart contract - which, imho, doesnt imply too much trust in the developers? We have all seen tons of coins fail miserably, ones with strong dev teams and known advisers. So, as I said before, I would love to see this one take off big time, but I am wondering what makes it REALLY so different from others that it would? What are the exact USPs? |

I think what makes eBTC so strong is the community and it was fairly spread out with an airdrop. This reached 300 pages in about a month which is pretty crazy compared to other coins. eBTC to me is a simple but great idea, and a lot of people will probably jump at a chance to buy a new bitcoin while its cheap.
