security token are becoming the main focus when it comes ICO now a days what makes this project apart is the trading of stocks into altcoin and fiat, its a big claim but if they can pull it off its gonna be interesting.
Speaking of security tokens .. will Jarvis also be able to list those? I am not sure what requirements an exchange all has to meet before they are allowed to list security tokens. Jarvis wallet can support fiat. It is capable of escrow so you can open collateral credit easily or trade on margin products. It allows access any Dapp (Ethereum, Neo, etc.). By connecting to the exchange, it can manage portfolio, buy/sell/exchange assets. Lending will be done through partners app and dapp, so it will be the asset supported by them; at a later stage it is planned that we will do our own lending pool, but it is not our priority. Luckyly you must be covered with the private sale, at least to start, am I right? I think it is pretty low amount for an ICO, to be honest. But it is still a very good amount of money. Then why? Well market conditions + ICO market are very bad. In addition, we haven't spent any money in marketing and PR. We have no video or easy to read document. To be honest i don't blame people for asking 100 millions if they just get more by asking it. But the investors were also greedy to think that it would be easy to rise value after so huge market caps. Strangest is how some of these ICO's that managed 100m+ are already going bankrupt by now. How do you spend 100m in a year (not counting the price decrease) I've witnessed this too. I have met guys at these events that have spent 5-10 million just traveling and attending these things. And 6 months later they are making a medium post about they are out of funds because of the bad market. I've witnessed this too. I have met guys at these events that have spent 5-10 million just traveling and attending these things.
They have been traveling with private jets with gambling and escort included then, in my head is only explanation for burning that much money.  Unfortunately in this cases we need organizations like SEC to step on their fingers and prevent project to exploit investors and then spend their money irresponsibly It is possible to file a complaint for breach of trust and fraud. So if you feel your money has been abused in any way, you know what to do. The rest if you stop talking about other companies in this thread would be great for all of you! It was just a guess to make that you could stop talking about other companies, whereas here we are on Jarvis... Several pages that we talk about others, especially in bad, I don't understand why. Go to the forums where these companies are located or to a forum that talks about discrediting companies. On Bitcointalk there are so many Internet users who talk about bad companies that work well, just because they are not happy with such and such and I find this FUD propaganda ideology sad here. So I suggest that those who have a problem with a company of their own money do the right thing in the rights of defence. The resonance is, that I have the feeling, that you are protecting the companies against the FUDer here and you are right in the most points you mentioned. Well it is we receive mainly fiat actually At the moment we have raised a bit more than 60k usd since a month. Is that the current raised funds? I believe that TGE will end by march 2019 right? What are the plans after that? Are you planning to list the token in big exchanges? Software no, but if you add the support, the legal aspect, the server cost, the licensing cost, the innovation cost etc. finally you end up to need few millions Not to mention the liquidity! The more an exchange have its own liquidity, the more it makes money. But you will develop in stages. And if the project really becomes successful, the money for further development will be. Yes we will take our time. First a crypto exchange that works, then CFD and Forex, then semi-decentralization with a Dapps wallet, etc. Roadmaps can change sometimes according to some aleas that can happen of course. |
