thank you for the update We will be canceling at 6pm today, all wire-transfer orders placed on Tuesday, for which we don't receive a wire by today evening. Only in very rare cases (mostly where the wire is coming from out of the country) we will restore orders if the wire comes in on Monday or Tuesday. All other wires coming next week will be returned. We also won't change shipping address and/or email addresses associated with an account (except for rare cases). We will compile all the order data during the weekend, and on Monday we will send out an email to all the customers letting them know whether their order falls within the first batch of 20,000 chips or the 2nd batch.

Just trying to keep people out of the dark. Anyone is more than welcome to review the formulas/calculations in the sheet and challenge them but I am pretty confident they are providing accurate estimates. |

For instance, there is no order number 430 in our system. The first order was 434.
Please respond to all of the allegations that are being thrown around. We will be doing FCFS with orders that have been paid by yesterday. The 2-3 days waiting period is only for the orders paid with Bank Transfer. We have 20K chips. We will be ordering more today. Avalon will be making chips in bulk. We believe chips ordered today will be shipped at most a couple weeks after the ones ordered in April, not 2 months. We will send an email day after tomorrow to let you know whether your order falls within first batch or not, and when can you expect it to be shipped. You can then cancel your order or choose to keep it. |

+1 Interesting, so Terrahash did in fact take pre-order money from at least one big fish before they officially opened up pre-orders to the public. Perhaps the reason why they haven't been forthcoming about the 20k Avalon chip order described in the first post is because a lot of those chips are already accounted for. The window to get any kind of ROI is so small that I suspect folks that don't get units by August will lose money. It would be nice to know which chip order (and the chip order date) is associated with each order in the queue. ONLY acceptable behavior is: 1. Terrahash ships order by pay-date and not their phony 'order nr' 2. Terrahash discloses to PAID order holders if their order is within first 10k chip order, 2nd 10k chip order or on 3rd/later chip order. Otherwise I am cancelling for refund ASAP! |
