521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth the work and waiting? on: April 23, 2019, 02:30:59 PM
So you have being wearing a signature for more that ten weeks. Each week you made more than 15 post on different thread on this forum. And just when you done with the campaign you have been asked to keep the signature for three more weeks while wait for stakes to be calculated. After stakes are calculated, it takes more than 3+ weeks for tokens to arrive in your wallet. and a month for the token to go on exchange. On exchange, all your token is worth for your hard work is just less than $50.
How do you feel?
How will you react?
It is really hard work? Comparing for example with MCDonald where you get 5USD per hour. So about 10 hours in MCDonald or working at home with flexible time and earning by writing with others about a stuff what you like?  Roll Eyes
522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best mobile crypto wallet? on: April 20, 2019, 09:33:17 AM
What about MyEtherWallet app? That makes your mobile phone a hardware wallet, so you do not have to pay for expensive hardware wallet device.
523  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto is so great on: April 20, 2019, 09:23:37 AM
You can see his as a hero, but you will also find many people who hate him because he creates one of the biggest bubbles in the world. For example people who invested in big hype in 2017 are not satisfied with their investments in Bitcoin.
524  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Coin Prediction Platform on: April 19, 2019, 04:11:46 PM
Hi, so I've been looking for some coin prediction platforms. I know of course no prediction may not be accurate but it would be good to be able to read someone else's predictions and based arguments.
I found https://coinpredictor.io/  which has been the best one so far due to the content and easy UI of the website. But honestly I just started the research and haven't had any real investment experiences. In about a month or 2 I can tell you which one has gotten the best results based on results.
If you can recommend any other, or had good excperiences with other platforms, please feel free to share them.

Thanks  Grin
And how this platform predict the price? Only by technical indicators? If yes why dont you use: https://www.investing.com/crypto/bitcoin/btc-usd-technical ? But remember, technical indicator (analysis) is not enough to predict the next move.
525  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It's time to pick altcoin on: April 19, 2019, 03:00:35 PM
Maybe this is the last chance for all of us to buy cheap altcoins, currently altcoins are much more undervalued than Bitcoin. It is mainly because when bear market comes, all altcoins are loosing more than Bitcoin. But when bull comes, situation may happen, we have seen that many times that altcoins are more profitable in time of bull market.  Cool
526  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Stablecoins have a future? on: April 19, 2019, 02:50:38 PM
Stable coins that are backed by USD have future until american dollar has the future. Which is pretty uncertain  Grin. If we consider that we have only stablecoins that are provably backed.
527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you had $10,000 right now, which coin would you buy and hold? on: April 16, 2019, 02:14:35 PM
...for long term investment, which coin would you buy today? Why?
You can buy exactly 2 Bitcoins because it is currently the most safest investment among all cryptocurrencies.
If Bitcoin go back to ATH value (which is highly likely) you will have 50,000$.

Do not invest such big amount of money into some low market cap coins - as you can see, most of them are dead even the price of BTC is still raising.
528  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LTC or ETH, what good to own now?? on: April 16, 2019, 02:04:24 PM
Litecoin seems to be more progressive in a development, I completely changed my opinion about Litecoin. It is one of the most promising altcoins because they have big plans how to completely change the idea of this coin, first of all they would like to add privacy mode to the code (MimbleWimble?), secondly scalability will be solved by Lightining Network and also Litecoin Foundation has acquired a near 10 percent stake in a German bank WEG!
529  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Investors need to face reality on: April 15, 2019, 07:44:50 PM
Bitcoin maximalist has an easy life. They do not care about which altcoin is currently the best performing and which turned into scam. But Bitcoin maximalist will never have short time profits like altcoin speculators.  Cool
530  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why not buy Ethereum on: April 14, 2019, 08:50:48 AM
Now I will name just three reasons why you should not buy Ethereum. Of course, you can call an almost infinite number of reasons why you should not buy airwaves, but we are not chasing after quantity, but quality. I believe that these three reasons are enough to not even think about investing in the air.

1. The ether has infinite emission.
Even if there were no other reasons, I would still not have bought Ethereum because of the endless issue. Gold will cease to be gold, if it is endlessly "printed." Did you know about this?

2. Ethereum regularly hosts hurricanes to return, for example, stolen funds and this greatly undermines the decentralization of the coin. In this way,
large investors may be wary of investing in the air because of fear of losing money.

3. The hurdles are conducted only for very large investors, for example, because of the DAO fund. If you steal even one million dollars, you probably will not get anything back. There is discrimination.

What do you think?
I know about the DAO problem, but it wasn´t problem of Ethereum code, but problem of DAO´s code.
So it is something like some bank creates an app on Android and someone will steal money from this app, should Google as Android creator pay robbed people?
531  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Young africa looks crypto for payment on: April 14, 2019, 08:43:23 AM
Cryptocurrencies will be more accepted in countries where people still do not have banks, in countries where people only have a mobile phone and thanks to it, they can easily receive and send money - cryptocurrencies.
532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the good way to earn with Altcoins? on: April 12, 2019, 10:32:10 AM
Bounty campaigns and airdrops were good in 2016-2017, people earned more than 2000USD monthly
Now it is hard to choose a campaign that is not an obvious scam. And your income will be around 10-20USD monthly.
533  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP competing places with ETH? on: April 11, 2019, 07:02:45 PM
I am not sure about the price of XRP, I do not think the price is real. They have too many partnerships, but the reality is that XRP token is not really used by banks.  Roll Eyes
534  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's value vs Ethereum on: April 11, 2019, 06:52:55 PM
Bitcoin has the real value due to its limited supply and rareness, while Ethereum supply is not limited, the supply is now much bigger than Ethereum and Ethereum has a lot of competitors.
535  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DUMP after PUMP! on: April 11, 2019, 06:34:30 PM
I guess it's the right opportunity for us to trade. We should deal with the changes. We all know that the prices are always changing and if we will just stare at it while doing nothing, we are just losing the chance of gaining a good profit. It should be the right time for us to buy and sell when the prices strike again. It's either you should play with the market or the market would just play with you. It depends on how you take the risks.
You said play, I am saying that if you do not know how to play, you are simply gambling, do not recommend to trade when you do not really know how to do it.

Guys, have you heard about QuarkChain and possible killer of Ziliqa? Because they achieved higher TPS in testnet than Ziliqa can process on mainnet  Smiley.
539  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] POPULOUS WORLD - Invoice trading platform - PPT on: April 06, 2019, 06:21:00 PM

They are doing signature campaign right now, maybe its your time to spread the word and get paid at the same time.

Hi, I'm interested to join their signature campaign, but unfortunately I can't find anything on Bitcointalk. Could you drop link to thread or some source about that bounty?
Thanks.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5100378.0
You are welcome

But we are on the last two weeks now, I don't know if it still worth it to join.

WOW! 500 participants! I don't know how i missed this signature campaign, but with so big number of competitors it is definitaly no worth to join just for last week.
Anyway congatulation! It looks like successful campiagn!
Well done!
552 is total participants in signature campaign but accepted only 224 that menas 60% members rejected. I don't think it's a big number of participation.  Also 225 accepted in twitter campaign and rejected almost 40% participants. But bounty closed for new participants frrom 4th April.
Why so many rejected bounty participants? Finally a ood bounty manager that cares about the quality of bounty work or? I missed again a good bounty campaign  Roll Eyes.
Only active account approved who guys was long time inactive in the forum those are rejected. I think bounty spammer and fake profile accounts rejected in twitter campaign. Even many red account accepted in signature campaign.

Looking at the rules and there is really written that: "Participants must not have negative trust." Then I do not understand, I thought all bitcointalk members that have negative trust automatically can´t participate in any signature campaign, maybe it was a sole decision of bounty manager because they have quality posts?  Roll Eyes
540  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: VK Coin? on: April 05, 2019, 09:16:04 PM
The Russian social media giant VK has launched its mineable internal currency called VK Coin. Anyone saw this coming? While all the buzz was on Facebook and its plan to launch its own cryptocurrency, it appears that VK has been planning to launch first and beat FB  Grin

https://cointelegraph.com/news/russian-social-media-giant-vk-launches-mineable-vk-coin
You said that it is mineable, so probaly it will not be backed like Facebook coin, right?
What is the purpose of this coin? Nothing? Only backed by a big company promises?
