I don't like to do what i want, i prefer to discuss with the community.  Wink
I Think have good relations with the community is the best way to continue to improve and mantain C.A.T.
Obviously you can not get everyone to agree  Embarrassed

well its obvious the community is gonna shout, sell me one sell me one! when the time comes and they get a copy, it turns to mush.

I didn't say, don't sell 10, i just said sell 5 on next release, then wait 2 weeks and release 5 more.
526  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN][VIDEO DEMO] C.A.T. Cryptsy Automatic Trader (Working On Second Beta) on: October 09, 2013, 06:04:59 PM
I though not more than 10, but 5 is a very little amount.
If is true that there are not more transaction on Cryptsy, C.A.T. can resolve the problems, but 15 copies are not enough  Embarrassed

5 is a very little amount.... to make you a large return, but it's the most sensible, but hey ho do what you want.
527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN][VIDEO DEMO] C.A.T. Cryptsy Automatic Trader (Working On Second Beta) on: October 09, 2013, 05:35:11 PM
No i want to sell a limited  number of copies.
How much do you think is a right number?

right now? 5

then there'll be 15 copies, and public interest can grow from there. in cryptsys current state its counter logic to sell any more
528  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN][VIDEO DEMO] C.A.T. Cryptsy Automatic Trader (Working On Second Beta) on: October 09, 2013, 05:07:02 PM
I'm working on it.
Today i've added XPM Market.
Remove the limit of 1 BTC/LTC
Now i'm adding 2 new parameters :

- Sell all if price goes lower than x (a static value)
Sall all means "sell all the sell orders, not all your currency"

- Sell all if current price (sell) is %X far from your (pong) reference price (dinamic behaviour)

I will test during these weeks and i will give some response about the new auction.

The 10 bidders can suggest me some improvements if they wants.

i suggest you dont sell it to the masses, with the lack of cryptsy trades to begin with, you'll get a lot of angry people

sell it sure, but not to massive amounts.

not sure you quite understand my situation... basically i was planning on moving those 15 bitcoins to my wallet seconds before the site went down.  it's all i have in this world... pretty gross.  I fucked up... gotta be more careful in the future, even with my beloved bitbook.  counting seconds till i can get my hands back on those funds.

that's unfortunate, but maturity is key to calmness.

Yes but if I had 1 coin invested and the increase was 1 percent than I made .01 btc, yet if I had 100 btc invested than I would make 1 btc. So yes, it does make a difference, a drastic one.
but if you had 100 BTC invested, then to get the 1 btc, you'd have to have someone purchase the coins that you were selling.

If i sell 1 coin at 1 bitcoin and 100 for 100 bitcoin, yet I can only sell one coin overall, i still make the same either way, regardless of the money I've ploughed into it.

Sampey,

Does that mean that the 10 people who already paid for CAT will have to pay again for the second beta? Thus far, I have not made any significant amount of BTC and I think this is because of the Limiter that is set at <1 BTC, because if we were making larger trades, than I think that the program would be able to more easily earn greater profits.

-Adeel

Saying the limit is the reason for lowered profits isn't really true. It's based upon other people buying the coins themselves. Place more ping pongs to increase total order.
535  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: USB Mining Rig For Auction (bitmit) 5gh/s 14x USB Miners 2x USB Hubs, Plus More! on: October 01, 2013, 08:53:12 AM
In fairness to Vod, the way you talk isn't even mature enough to warrant an interest in buying the miners off of you.

You sound bitter towards him, yet if you actually cared about your trust rating, you'd resolve the issue, like an adult.

Repeatedly posting about trolls under bridges, to a trusted hero member, will get you no friends or supporters here.
536  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Who got large number of ASICMiner USB for sale in the UK? I pay PayPal. on: October 01, 2013, 08:51:44 AM
I have 26 of them.

I also have 3 usb hubs and 3 fans that come optional extras.

I cannot take paypal unfortunately.

Can escrow if you're still interested.
