I'm in Canada, Montréal Quebec. Thanks

Then a large exchange is good if you don't mind waiting for approval for identity, or localbitcoins.

Stay away from PayPal cuz it's reversible.

Hey all
I'm pure newbie and I'm looking for buying few BTC, not many for now but may be more soon. I'm looking to know the step to do without hassle. I already downloaded Bitcoin 0.11.2 since one week and I run it at night.. I need 30 weeks to go updated...
I Know that I have to open an account with some like kraken site but not familiar with giving ID and other private infos over Internet.
Thanks to help

If your located in the USA coinbase is the best way IMO.

Outside the USA I couldn't tell you. I would localbitcoins also, might pay a little more but you don't have to give bank account info and an ID if that stuff throws you off.

I would assume he isn't proffiting from it as you say. Since he if above 100% payback on the rake he pays back on an average of what he claims.

Yea the price is at a dump stage to me. Not really worth it to jump in now IMO. I wouldn't touch it above .006 but who knows if it goes that low again.

Waiting over 22 hours for my btc withdrawal.
Been getting the run around from your live chat reps all day.
When will my withdrawal be processed?

Was the withdraw over 1 BTC?

The staff must approve all withdraws 1 BTC and above and manually take it from cold wallets.

It was, and if that is the case surely it could have been processed over the last 22 hours.

You can part it up and it will come from hot wallets. Although by this time it could go threw faster since you have to wait for it to be canceled and then wait again for withdraw. Put a support ticket in if you havnt and maybe they will get this sorted out for future withdraws.

You guys will call me a shill, or say I'm paid to post this. But it's not the case. I have been playing Betcoin since day 1 with little issue. Only issue I had was my own fault with a deposit.

I agree the rake thing sucked but they attempted to rectify the situation.

They are right, going threw 600,000 hands as was claimed would be next to impossible. I think they could of handled the situation different but what can you do? Leave and not come back or keep playing. The rake issue was fixed.

I don't think you are a shill, you just seem shortsighted.  You've had "little issue" (note that you didn't say "no issues)...yet you can see that they have treated other players very poorly.  What happens when you are the one who gets screwed?  Who will stand up for you?

The rake thing (theft) did suck...but they did not even attempt to rectify the situation.  How do you think they did?  By raising the rake?  By ignoring player's questions regarding it?

Going thru 600k hands is child's play, anyone can do it in about an hour with any sort of database program and coding to do simple arithmetic.  They even have the tools in place to do it because they process rakeback daily, which means they know how much rake EVERY player on the site has paid EVERY day.  All they would have to do is go back and figure out how much they should have paid, and credit everyone who was stolen from the difference.

Why do you think that it is ok for a site to steal from it's players?  What would you have wanted to happen if the money that was stolen was stolen from you?  What do you think the next "mistake" will be that gets ignored and never fixed?

My only issue was my own, and they fixed it in a matter of min.

I to am probably owed rake, but I'm not complaining about a few cents - few buck to what I would of played threw anyway. Not sure why solutions, and suggestions aren't being asked/ given but rather demands by those who fell cheated.

Your rank is a little low, but Yobit is a good 1 to start out with. Instant payouts to your account.

What is yobit? and where can i find that?

He means that Yobit Signature campaign. you can find it on services section. there's a topic about that. you get paid fo every post you make on this forum.

Like he said or a simple search could find them.

They are a small volume exchange I wouldn't trust with much Bitcoin or altcoins. Mostly used by ICO scammers
534  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetcoinPoker.com Betcoin.ag-Big Tourneys-BONUS-Freerolls, Ring Games, Real Poker on: February 09, 2016, 06:27:47 AM
So about $4,000.00 divided amongst how many players?

I'm kind of just pulling this out of my ass here  but if I had to guess I'd say probably fewer than 25 players would account for 70%+ of total overcharged rake.  There are not a huge number of regs putting in volume.

It's also possible, 2 or 3 guys could be making up 70% of total overrake.  Any HU Bum hunter could of easily put in 40+ hours at the mid-high HU Cash games over the course of 5 or 6 weeks.  This would ad up to 5BTC + stolen from them.

I think attempting to pick a single number won't really be as meaningful as trying to determine a realistic range of what was taken.

The problem is that you are the only one doing anything about it and the people that were scammed don't do anything. I was not playing enough here at that time and less now, to get upset about very little money.

The problem people like you should be having is if Betcoin has screwed so many of it's members out of so many coins and have acted so shady and disrespectful in so many circumstances...doesn't it stand to reason that it'll happen to you as well?  Seriously, every long term player has had problems with them where they have no payed, slow payed, lied, ignored, ect.  The only people playing there today that were playing there 6 months ago are the people on the payroll or the people so broke that they have to beg for $5 stakes every day.

Also, anyone with half a brain has to admit that when multiple people publicly discuss how a site has lied/cheated it's players, the site says nothing, yet random 0 day old accounts show up to attack the people providing the proof...that's odd.  That isn't the action of a site who has the player's long term best interests in mind.

Wow that's 2 giant rumor/predictions (PayPal and steam). To be honest I'm surprised both are behind the times on this although PayPal is accepting merchants.

Steam on the otherhand should of been on the Bitcoin bandwagon a few years ago.

On a side note... This aired during the Super Bowl.... The whole time I was yelling at the TV "BITCOIN".
