Does the prize box reset every 24hrs you claim it or is it a universal time that it resets to be claimed?
622  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Bullish Media Center (The 1 stop BTC news source) on: January 20, 2016, 12:03:08 AM
Not Bullish but it's news:

BITSTAMP BANS RUSSIAN IP ADDRESSES.

http://qntra.net/2016/01/bitstamp-bans-russia/

I didn't read into the details but I dunno why Bitstamp made this move ?

http://www.coindesk.com/russian-investigator-support-bitcoin-ban/

bitstamp wants to avoid getting shat on by the gov?

What Bitstamp has to do with the Russian Gov. ?

Same thing I was wondering...

If it was Btc-e I would say ok it's understoodable, but Bitstamp, I can't understand it tbh.

Not a long read but from what I gather it's so that bitstamp doesn't get fined if the legislation is passed.

A lot of speculation on this in he threads over the last few days. It will be interesting to find out who is moving so much around.
624  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I feel pity for Mike Hearn on: January 19, 2016, 10:15:12 PM
The Chinese miners Hearn is talking about wont allow Bitcoin to grow in HEARN's way, that's all. I don't think they are against a size limit increase if it makes sence and Hearn's did not.

He showed his true colors by be bought by the R3 team. Money talks and everyone has a price. Not to concerned with him leaving.
625  Economy / Gambling / Re: My journey from 0.243 BTC to 1 BTC in a day on: January 19, 2016, 07:55:30 PM
It's do able, gone from .1 -.7 before. Also lost 1.3 on 1 roll cuz I went on a 16 roll loosing streak and wasn't paying attention...

Started at .0001 double every loss. Back to .0001 after every win.
626  Economy / Speculation / Re: PANIC BUYING !!!!!!! on: January 19, 2016, 12:07:23 PM
I'm kicking myself everyday that I didn't pull the trigger on 200 range BTC... If it drops again to treat lvl, I'll buy as much as I can.

Didn't see that large of a spread coming... That was a thumping GS put on the cavs.

Question:

I post quite a bit in the gambling section (more than the max payout posts) do those count twards the total posts payout price once my max gambling posts have been exceeded?

Hello,

Good watch, not a huge Max fan but I agree with some of what he says. Great explanations by Simon Dixon also. 9min video.

631  Economy / Gambling / Re: NitrogenSports.eu ❄ Sports ✔ Dice ✔ BJ ✔ Poker on: January 19, 2016, 12:20:22 AM
I do believe there is a warning about this before you bet, and most live games money is moving fast so if it's not that large of a line spread difference it shouldn't be concerning.
632  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Bullish Media Center (The 1 stop BTC news source) on: January 19, 2016, 12:07:34 AM

Hahhaha im stealing this! Good find Fakhoury! I think it's funny how Hearn thinks that people actualy follow him/hinge on his word.
633  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are your gambling stats? on: January 18, 2016, 09:25:33 PM
I would say I'm down 2-3 BTC at the moment. I have had some good wins that put me in the green.
634  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dice websites comparsion on: January 18, 2016, 09:13:39 PM
Missing betcoin.ag dice. It's not as advanced as some but it's functional and dice turnaments

Golden state 107 @ Cavs 104

It's going to be tough for GS to beat the cavs but the east coast Basketball teams suck. Making the cavs look better then they are. Wink
636  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: January 18, 2016, 09:00:07 PM

637  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What do you guys use to exchange alt-coins now that cryptsy is closed? on: January 18, 2016, 08:26:12 PM
Bittrex and polo are the most reputable as it comes to security. Never had an issue with them.
638  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is satoshi POLL on: January 18, 2016, 08:25:11 PM
I don't feel satoshi is Gavin after the XT crap, we will never know if it was Hal so that leads me to vote fo Nick. But I agree with most here, I see it being someone(s) else.
This, it's obvious Gavin is not satoshi. Nick is still my favorite guy to be satoshi, guy is just a genius, and didn't care about cameras until recently.
Even if Gavin WAS satoshi, he would be wrong about his own creation after the BIP101 nonsense.

Agree, Gavin would be contradicting much of what Satoshi wanted for Bitcoin with BIP101 and its implementation. Seems the least likely of any cadidate to me. Especial when Satoshi went dark after Gavin was visited by the government and he revealed that to Satoshi.

Voted no, in this case it really doesn't matter. I think investigating will some how link this to cryptsy. It will be interesting to see how far the authorities take it. A polygraph won't do shit.
