When can the investors who invested via C-Cex expect to receive their HEAT according to the new price?
The HEAT stakes on C-CEX are already tradeable. Their amount will be adjusted according to the distribution multiplier we calculate, hopefully soon.
You'll be able to withdraw HEAT from exchanges in September when the genesis block tokens have been distributed.
We've got the preliminary number for the distribution multiplier:
Number of HEAT coins per stake = 1.45 x stake
All those HEAT holdings now traded on exchanges will be multiplied by approx. 1.45, after which 1 token is equal to 1 HEAT.

i never heared ur xchange before That might be because we opened only 3 days ago. It's not a new exchange though. It's the successor of mcxNOW which has been running until 2 years ago and was a very successful exchange  I've been following Stratis the last days and I'm excited we're the first exchange to list it. First buys just happened for 10k sat! |

What is the problem though? NIRO wallet has been up and down on bittrex (at least I've noticed) for the past few weeks. Is the issue a Nexus - Bittrex one, or Nexus alone? Or, for that matter, a solely Bittrex problem...?
As I understand, from following slack, all the problems stem from somebody mining directly to the Bittrex wallet. So, a problem with far less than 1% of the outstanding NIRO has halted functionality for a week+ on the only exchange with any substantial NIRO liquidity. This tiny error condition could do the same damage next month, based on a small handful of miners who might make the same mistake, that NIRO cannot prevent. The exact same problem could/could not happen to BTC or ETH. The probability of someone repeating this error, frankly, is reasonably high. Somebody correct this analysis, because this is why would-be buyers of NIRO are not buying. I believe in the NIRO development team greatly, but these are my concerns. I hope to get good news from dev, I was disappointed with the ico of Dlisk and Bitsynq  Dlisk is a copy-paste coin, don't have expectations in that, bitsynq has an urgky UI, i don't know why you guys invested it. Those 2 projects are not decent ones. What you think of opair then? wahyu5 has it also in signature. |

The price will be 10 VRC / VRM. It does not need to be reached, it's already there. Lets assume only 3million VRC are raised at end of ICO. Price will be 10 VRC / VRM. Totals 300.000VRM. The rebate is applied during or shortly after the process of claiming your HEAT tokens. You'll need to confirm your email address through a link which is integrated to the HEAT distribution process, or in case of 3rd party escrow arranged in another way of proving you have access to your HEAT stake. Depending on whether the full 25 Million distribution is reserved or not, and possibly some other technicalities, the rebate may be in a form of extra HEAT or alternatively cashback to your original crypto account.
