521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Rally into Constantinople Fork / Alt-Season (Risk on) on: December 20, 2018, 12:50:52 PM
Having that deja vu sensation for the graph that I just saw posted on Twitter, then I read u're the same person  Grin

I think lots of people will be really happy if that happens, but don't we need some bigger event to trigger a decent bull run (not talking about 20/30% but more zeroes)?

Can Alt season start without a previous BTC season?
522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BCH frozen on Poloniex on: December 20, 2018, 12:43:45 PM
Unfortunately that's one of the Con's a f having funds on an exchange, they take care of the fork but you don't have full control over your money
523  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2018 in 4 Words – ICOs and Ethereum Are Dead on: December 20, 2018, 09:27:38 AM
I doubt ETH will die anytime soon, and ICOs will just change format in STOs.

Thankfully more and more projects will start building on alternative platforms (NEO, VET, Waves...) But remember that most of it is still on the ERC-20
524  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: It is the time of the prophets on: December 19, 2018, 09:22:04 PM
It's up to you to follow only worthy people, with the growth of the crypto ecosystem more and more fluff will enter the space.

526  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waves pumping up again no surprise will likely continue but not good. on: December 19, 2018, 03:10:45 PM
I see more and more personalities shilling it on CriptoTwitter, seems like it has become the FOTM coin of December.
527  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Must have web browser addons to keep you a step safer from phishing on: December 19, 2018, 03:05:08 PM
Brave had an update recently, IIRC it was to support more addons & more...

I haven't really tested it, but i hope someone more expert can see if any improvements were done
528  Local / Trading, analisi e speculazione / Re: PostePay Evolution e ritiro dagli scambi di criptovaluta? on: December 18, 2018, 04:43:59 PM

Hi, to receive a Postepay IIRC you will need both an ID Card that the Codice Fiscale, i imagine they will ask the same for the Evolution.

The Evolution indeed has an IBAN, but I can't help you more than this unfortunately, let's hope someone else will come
529  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is LAToken Exchange an exchange for listing Scam tokens ? on: December 18, 2018, 04:33:48 PM
Exchanges will always try to earn money (especially in a less regulated market as crypto), even if they go against the interest of the users.

Always check yourself the project before investing, even if it is on famous exchanges

No mention for the Brave browser in a crypto board is quite strange, I started to use it in both PC and smartphone, it's pretty good!
531  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Using Bitcoin and Crypto For Newbies on: December 17, 2018, 01:38:33 PM

When TRANSACTING with crypto, whether it is a bull or bear market is not relevant. Assume you have a stash of bitcoin in paper wallet or whatever, then you have a Coinbase account. Each month you fund the Coinbase account with $50USD for your anticipated expenses for the next month. (I'll use bitcoin for these examples, as the most established crypto currency for transactions.)

Therefore there is NO relation between transacting and bull or bear markets. Now that is out of the way, what about transacting with some bitcoin?

REMEMBER -  I will award merit for posts that are on topic, which are deserving. I will delete posts which are merit begging or off topic.

I was referring to the bull market because that's when most newbies arrive with the FOMO going on, so when the guides will most likely have the higher visitors & users.

That's what I saw on other forums, visitors numbers decoupled during the bull part of the market, so more people were interested in learning/guides.

During bear market less people are active
532  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone still using Medium to post Bitcoin related topics on: December 17, 2018, 10:20:01 AM
I keep seeing many posts done on Medium, didn't know the crypto argument wasn't very well welcomed there.

I remember some people started pushing for publishing articles on Steemit, but it seems it didn't gain much traction (I personally don't really like Steemit)
533  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Using Bitcoin and Crypto For Newbies on: December 16, 2018, 04:17:53 PM
A good stickied guide about the crypto world will help i think, not many new members now in the bear market but it could be useful in the future!
534  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't Loose Hope make it your Strategy. on: December 16, 2018, 04:14:40 PM
Just try to comment or create posts without only Merit in mind.

Try to help new people and maybe you will get lucky
535  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: VeChain good time to invest? on: December 15, 2018, 08:28:10 PM
VET is one of my favourite projects, definetely a good pick at these prices!
536  Economy / Economics / Re: The European Parliament called for speeding up the integration of blockchain on: December 15, 2018, 02:28:54 PM
Nice to see the EU countries expressing more interest blockchains.

Iirc more and more countries are studying and applying laws in that regard
537  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you always invest in top ranked coins? on: December 15, 2018, 02:13:37 PM
I like Small/Micro/Nanocaps more, riskier but way more money to be made if you don't have a big capital to start
538  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The rise and fall of stablecoins on: December 15, 2018, 02:11:06 PM
How can you be bullish on stable coins if their only purpose is to be stable?

They just need to be reliable, that's all
539  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Campaigns. on: December 15, 2018, 08:47:40 AM
I received some of the CRYZEN bounty tokens, the other part should arrive soon.

PayFair will pay at the end of the bounty so I'll have to wait January/February
540  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Has everyone here receive free $25 from Stellar? on: December 15, 2018, 08:45:11 AM
I did it few weeks ago, and received the airdrop just after my KYC was done
