Auroracoin: scammers protecting scammers
522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Auroracoin scam now official on: November 29, 2014, 10:57:13 PM

I've weaned myself off trading altcoins. The old ones have lost value and the new ones have a week of glory then die.  A good coin today can be killed off tomorrow by Fud or scam. Its just too risky now. By the looks of the markets others must feel the same.

have to say i am still trading alts profitable but i also care a great deal about a clean coin (no scam, premine, malware or anything ugly)
This is very risky investing and the new coins fail 90%
The old coin that are proven not a scam need more support now.

About Aurora:
could have been a nice coin but the greed and scammery killed it.

Most of coins fail because of the greed of the creator. It is actually 96% of cases the greed of the creator that kills the coin or makes it deadborn. The other 4% of fails is technical reasons.

When buying coins you need to be very paranoid to protect you. Around here: always assume the worst and expect only greed and lies from people.
The clowns at aurora thread asking people to trust them Balduro would be not cheating in the airdrop are pretty shady too.

He said "i know this is hard to accept but you would have to trust us" LMAO

all i see at auroracoin is scammers protecting scammers
that shit is very commen around here.

these newbees are incredible  Roll Eyes

where is that Balduro scammer at btw?

Please newbe supporters tell me here and now you trust a single person who is obviously hiding in fear to get caught (so much he can't even log in his account here)
with an unsupervised airdrop so we can all laugh about how full of shit you are.

The airdrop is not accounted for and done unsupervised by a single person who is hiding (for good reason). Meanwhile serious doubt arise he is not giving most coins to himself. And you think you can get this shit sold?
524  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][AUR] Auroracoin - a cryptocurrency for Iceland on: November 29, 2014, 12:39:40 AM
here got another one

https://chainz.cryptoid.info/aur/address.dws?AYEkRf9fNbLVkCTjHBpKHZD1X578TaYK6g.htm

received 45000 coins from airdrops
this adress was just touched in the last hour.

500k coins claimed from drops moved through here:
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/aur/address.dws?ANArcr1CNx15LeTVmTcTDowX7GzkXsk5yV.htm

your chain is full of it. Same patterns. This seems to be a fulltimejob for someone.

The scam is happening right in front of you. You can watch it live on the explorer. EPIC!

this adress received 6000 coins from airdrop
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/aur/address.dws?AT1bkFXFYhEGsrATskJzZiYbfHkcbqqzLJ.htm

coins end up here:
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/aur/address.dws?ANArcr1CNx15LeTVmTcTDowX7GzkXsk5yV.htm

you have got a big fucking elephant-in-the-room-problem

someone else will uncover it in more detail if it is important. I am done here. For me this is obvious.

Move the thread to the trashcan ASAP! Mods and others have to decide on this one. I AM OUT.

OMG!

this transaction:
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/aur/tx.dws?211010.htm

you can travel the chain back and forth. All you find is a very obvious airdrop-scam. Scam transactions make 80% of the traffic, man. And people don't notice this? Take balduros word for it? How rotten everyone is.

Breathtaking
525  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][AUR] Auroracoin - a cryptocurrency for Iceland on: November 28, 2014, 11:04:04 PM
diggin around 2 minutes on the adress smalltimer posted. It sent coins to this adress:

ANArcr1CNx15LeTVmTcTDowX7GzkXsk5yV

500000 coins received by that adress in airdropcoins. That's not someone asking friends for id

want coins? Put buyorders in. Gonna rain on all exchanges.

this is the sad state of crypto

ethical people will be looking to get out of aur and also mining something else except you want to be complicit in robbing the people of iceland. I'd recommend every icelander to stay the fuck away and use litecoin or bitcoin instead or launch the own coin. It's not that hard to launch this again in a clean way.
This is one shady bunch of people.

i am completely alienated and repulsed by this altcoin community, really. Makes me sad.

This could become international news and could kill all of crypto. This is hardcore. Just pray media doesn't find out. Dump it and do not talk about it again is the very best you can do.

I am the fuck out of here.

got greedy again that balduro motherfucker. Could have taken a few thousand but not million. Could have cut the drop and nobody would have noticed. Got greedy motherfucker. Big fuckin' ZONK!

For th good of crypto, altcoins and even the image of bitcoin: Burry this shit quick with not much drama. Don't make much noise about it. We just forget it. Oh boy this is some real horseshit right here.

Lock this dumb thread and be done with it, seriously.
526  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][AUR] Auroracoin - a cryptocurrency for Iceland on: November 28, 2014, 10:56:15 PM
how everyone is readily complicit to it is interesting too.
You think this will not be uncovered? Latest this will be uncoverred in full once the cap is higher.
This is some real horse shit right here.

Imma gonna dump my coins too. I don't want to be part of this.
527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][AUR] Auroracoin - a cryptocurrency for Iceland on: November 28, 2014, 09:37:56 PM
dude, balduro claiming himself explains pretty much everything here. Nice find smalltimer.

it explains why the airdrop is so idiotic high and why Balduro scammer is nowhere to be found. This is some big horse shit.

takeover? Save yourself the hassle. Nobody wants it. Low interest in the coin even with original devs. You idiot investors maybe need to have higher standards with investing next time and avoid ico/ipo or get burned again and again.
Get over the loss and learn from it.

This is a very obvious amateur coin and you are very obvious amateur investors.

Regards.

Says the man that holds Auroracoins. What a joke. I'd rather lose my tiny $10 on this one then be involved in that. Besides you post like a rude 12 year old talking about high standards, go play with your choochoo train.

love you too Smiley
529  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][AUR] Auroracoin - a cryptocurrency for Iceland on: November 28, 2014, 06:50:38 PM
it's ok. Keep pretending everything would be fine and the coin would be good for massadoption after being below 100k marketcap for a considerable amount of time.
I'm done here.

"why you would discuss and argue with someone clearly in this only for personal short term profit"
what a clown you are.
530  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][AUR] Auroracoin - a cryptocurrency for Iceland on: November 28, 2014, 06:33:00 PM
20.000 people claimed? In your dreams. 10.000 of those is balduro himself very likely. Why else would he be hiding? Why else would the drop not be cut down? I don't have any other explanation for this whole situation.
I would strongly recommend to icelanders to not invest any money in this since it is a totally shady shitcoin by now. Trying to get this adopted by icelanders is even unethical.

This is nothing but pump and dump, believe me swetheart.

Well I live in Iceland and I'm fairly sure that this claimrate is correct. We had a lot of discussion and media coverage on Auroracoin at the time of the initial airdrop.

it would be real sad if this was really adopted this good and really distributed that well and then allowed to be taken over by a small group of big investors (the deep sea whales, your buysupport)

This low marketcap is very unconstructive for the future market. Very unhealthy. It will be highly manipulated and pretty volatile later because you were feeding the rich dudes the coins literally for free in massive amounts. You're all going to get robbed by this market.

I already gave constructive advice on this thread again and again. If you look back in the thread i say this for months now.

Constuctive advice:
Stop the airdrop immediately. Today.
Then burn 90% of the remaining coins and continue to airdrop 5 coins per citizen for the next 1 to 3 years.
That airdrop amount will still be a burden on the market but not at this marketcap. With that reduced airdrop aur can hold multi million dollar cap.
532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][AUR] Auroracoin - a cryptocurrency for Iceland on: November 28, 2014, 06:07:32 PM
Wow. Guess you need to go all in with your $6.500 and show the communists how capitalism works.

350$ invested is enough now to aquire a position that is sufficient to move the market, break trends, cause selloffs and so on later. 350$ invested is enough to gain decent control of this market for a good trader. That's a little cheap for a wannabe national currency.
350$ can be earned in 4 days with a job at Mc Donalds. That's how far gone this shit is.
(talking 0,5% of supply)

About the drop: i assume someone controls that and if this is not a total scam that coward who is hiding should be reading this. But likely it's a scam i think from day one.

I think you stoned hippies need someone to get off. You're not getting it otherwise.
533  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][AUR] Auroracoin - a cryptocurrency for Iceland on: November 28, 2014, 05:37:37 PM
get it off the ground now or be called out forever for selling it all to the whales.
It will be useless if it dumps more. It is already too far gone to ever be adopted as real currency.
The cheaper it gets the more centralised and concentrated in fewer hands the distribution will be.
Are you new to coins or what? That's what commenly happens with worthless shitcoins that still have pump and dump value: the whale swallows them all up patiently for as long as it takes and controls that market then (i can prove and back this clame up with dozens  of coins - there is no other outcome). They buy 80% or 90% of the coin if you sell it to them. They'll be happy to control 99% of supply. Dump it more, morons!

Fucking communist idiots

Make it so cheap even i as a small fish could afford to buy a considerable marketshare in this trash. Think about that. For 6500$ (as much as an educated adult earns a month in a job) you can get 10% of that currency you want to give the icelanders later. ARE YOU FUCKING RETARDED?!

STOP THE AIRDROP IMMEDIATELY! AND DON'T GIVE ME YOUR BULLSHIT ABOUT ALL COINS NEED TO BE DISTRIBUTED! TO WHOM!?!?! WHO CLAIMS THEM?! Get off my sack.

Amateur douche communists
534  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][AUR] Auroracoin - a cryptocurrency for Iceland on: November 28, 2014, 05:26:15 PM
who comes late gets less. Otherwise this whole shit goes into the toilet. What's unfair about that? Nothing! Now cut that shit off immediately and burn the rest! DO IT NOW!

Nobody - and i mean NOBODY is interested in buying, holding, claiming, mining or supporting a worthless and leaking coin. Think people, think!

From the begining the plan for this coin was clear in my mind:Get 10.5 million AUR into the hands of the icelandic people. Im sorry if you invested early when a low % of the coins was out and the price, set by speculators, was way to high. But this is no reason to shit all ower the coin.

i did not invest early (bought in first time very close to where we are now). So my losses are minimal. If you insist to pull through with the airdrop i might aswell sell though because it's hopeless then. The numbers of coins are not important. The distribution is and that is fucked up already. There's probably 3 to 10 people  holding 50% or more now because you let it drop and dump for so long. Just sayin'. The economic logic in this project was flawed badly. Very amateur. This coin was very bad PR for crypto. You're about to put the last nail into the coffin with insisting on getting all coins distributed. Are you claiming them yourself or what's the deal?

Go ahead. Give out all the coins over the next 1 year to actually the same people (since only a small group is even claiming anymore - fill them up with worthless crapcoins!) and nobody will benefit from it.

*FACEPALM you idiots*

This is such an amateur-job i can barely breath.
535  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If Satoshi was like Ripple Labs on: November 28, 2014, 04:46:20 PM
neither bitcoin nor ripple are fit to be wide adopted currency because of the bad distribution. Something else, FAIR and with better distribution will come along. In the end not the most innovative crypto will be the biggest store of wealth but the one with the best distribution, the fairest. Bitcoin fails because of satoshis greed. It's harsh but that's reality.
People will ultimately not adopt a thing where one single person or group has such big control/influence as serious currency.

Just not going to happen. Collective wisdom and such.

Sorry to pop your pink bubble of dreams.

540  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][AUR] Auroracoin - a cryptocurrency for Iceland on: November 28, 2014, 02:14:40 PM
don't you think without more PR (for which likely nobody has the financials) all people who knew about the airdrop and wanted to claim already have? Why is it so hard to accept the airdrop was a) too big and b) too long?
I would recommend not to drag this shit out more months to not let it fail entirely. Close the darn leak as quick as possible so we can sail!
Can you spell attrition?!
Once you got a rising price everyone will be much more enthusiastic. Right now this is the worst coin of all.

Trash the leftover coins so we can repair this wreck. This has been long enough. Thank you for considering!

Your logic is entirely broken too! Instead of giving out more coins because it has become worthless you give out less coins so it can appreciate in value! If you cut down the airdrop to a generous faucet of 5 coins per icelander this can go to any hight again. Why do you insist on keep this down with the shitcoins? CUT THESE FREE COINS DOWN DRASTICALLY!
You can keep the airdrop open literally forever if you just reduce the number of coins! How dumb are these people?
Where is the difference if a coin is worth 1 cent and you give 300 away or the coin is worth 10 dollars and you give 5 away? Huh?!
I need to facepalm each time i read this thread, really. The airdrop planning and management was done by economic amateurs or some communists, that's for certain.  Roll Eyes
