Should resume 7/26
Well at least there's some info. You might consider being a bit more upfront about delays and problems, instead of waiting until your users begin to wonder and complain. That can get out of control quickly, especially when frozen money is involved.

Too bad bitbetter doesn't give better status updates. Or any updates at all.
Luckily I only have a few cents there, but when I look at the top user list, there seem to be a few who made a lot and are now stuck with their money frozen.

So you will give me 5BTC when I sign up there? Just want to make sure before doing it.

In fact, I consider this as a good joke. I like it. I sent you 0.03 BTC just as an incentive!
Thanks Seems like not many are interested... Bitrain felt cheery But others were leery To write about seven Hey, why not eleven? Well isn't it eerie?

Sorry, but it's not original one http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=just%20friendsand there are nothing about number seven... The text wasn't adapted at all (you could change something to make it appropriate... Like.. Mention 7 other applicants, 7 habits, 7 wonders... I don't know. Just make it funny, original and about the topic)... Well, guess that's what I get for not reading the requirements. Because if a text is longer than 7 lines, my attention goes bye-bye

A woman has a close male friend. This means that he is probably interested in her, which is why he hangs around so much. She sees him strictly as a friend. This always starts out with, you're a great guy, but I don't like you in that way. This is roughly the equivalent for the guy of going to a job interview and the company saying, You have a great resume, you have all the qualifications we are looking for, but we're not going to hire you. We will, however, use your resume as the basis for comparison for all other applicants. But, we're going to hire somebody who is far less qualified and is probably an alcoholic. And if he doesn't work out, we'll hire somebody else, but still not you. In fact, we will never hire you. But we will call you from time to time to complain about the person that we hired.

That's normal. Bitcoin gets nodes from IRC. You can disable that with an option though

What kind of error message?
The one here: http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=24841.msg323892#msg323892Very, very odd. I guess I'll stop including that file and see if 0.4 works. I really don't get why including that file does not work, but not including it does, but only on RC1 and I really dont feel like digging through MinGW headers to find out. I don't think its nearly worth a 0.3.24.1 just to support Windows 2000, as you shouldn't be using a EOL OS ever (if you even remotely care about security).
I won't demand a release just for that I'm well aware that it's EOL, but well, it's running on that one machine just fine. It's just on to run a bunch of services 24/7; nobody really uses it for browsing. It looked like a pretty simple fix, that's why I suggested adding it.

I just wanted to add an idea that popped into my mind. The longer you use Bitcoin, the more transactions you have (d'uh). Most will not use only a single address, so over time you'll pile up heaps of addresses. Tagging them sure helps organizing, but adding a folder-like system would improve it even more. I hope the following list illustrates what I mean: [+] Your addresses [-] Friends [-] Bob |- 2hgZ3hdhdh2... 0.01 |- Hudh38dheUw... 0.02 [+] Jane 1.20 [+] Peter 0.74 [+] Business 12.10 [+] Freelance work 8.41 [-] Various [+] My website 0.02 [-] Shopping [+] Newegg -1.33 [-] eBay |- Bought 1 -1.12 |- Bought 2 -0.08 |- Bought 3 -1.55 |- Sold 1 12.98
That way you could sort in your addresses and group them together easily. Basically like on your computer: you don't store everything in a single folder, but use them to organize your files

Wait, it worked in RC1 but not RC3? RC1 did not have the fix applied. RC3 (which is the same build as final, aside from some translations) did.
Well, I tested RC1 and it started without any problems. Now I tried the final and I got the error message. Out of curiosity, I also tried RC3 which failed too.
