It hasn't really been easy for me to keep up with the 100 push ups everyday. The first day I started, I woke up in the morning with several aches all over my body. I was having pains on my muscles all over. I suffered this because for long I haven't been exercising my body. My body is reacting to the new activities, I couldn't complete 100 push up since my first trial. I don't know if anyone else is experiencing same thing.
This is exactly what I am talking about, and sometimes we might not have had realized that we over did it. We might have to do modified pushups or do fewer or spread them out throughout the day and build up to 100 in a day, or whatever might be our goal. We should not even feel bad if we might have to reduce our quantity or the way that we do them, since we should be careful not to injure ourselves or to psychologically lose the battle. Yeah I love the idea of spreading it out through out the day for anyone that can't do it at once, besides it's meant to be a fun excerise than to get ourselves overly worked out or injured in the process of doing more than we can. Modifying it is the best idea, I'm currently mixing it up with sit ups and I'm just relaxing on doing 70 push ups until I have build the muscle for more pushups. Actually I understand the point you are trying to make, but I believe that the purpose of this pushups is to get fit and healthy, so to me, I don't bye the idea of spreading it throughout the day, because you can't get the desired result of the pushups doing it that way, because in exercise, their is a saying that say; No pain, no gain. So the more you do it, the more pains you will feel and the more fitter you will become, so if you really want to get fit doing it till Bitcoin rise to 100k, then i suggest you try your possible best if you can be doing it till you get to your limit, it must not necessarily be 100, buy let it get to a reasonable figure that takes you to your limit, so 70 is quite ok if that's your limit. |

Arsenal's mentality has been a problem since several seasons ago and this season they are also in doubt about winning the Premier League title because of similar things and I think that's quite natural and their competitors Liverpool and Manchester City have everything.

This season Liverpool, City and Arsenal have a very small difference in points and this will be a competition between 3 teams to win the EPL title. This season is more competitive and I think Arsenal must be really consistent if they want to aim for the title. Liverpool and City are playing very well so far. I think the Liverpool vs City match will be an opportunity for Arsenal to overtake second place in the standings. But Arsenal also have 1 match against City in the following week. I think the title this season is just between Liverpool and City. I think it's quite understandable to take arsenal as less of a contender than Manchester city and Liverpool because this arsenal team has proven over and over again that they aren't consistent enough to mount a serious title challenge till the very end. Hmmm, it's a very sad and regrettable act by the the Nigerian government to be taking such a measures , which is totally the wrong thing to do, if people's in government offices were competent in discharging their duties, they would be focusing on how to make the economy better, by doing so, the naira will stabilize and in due time, it will start appreciating against dollar, but this actions they are taking now is just like a time bomb that will get explode one day, even when we aren't seeing any effect it's having on the price of goods and services in the country.
The only thing they will achieve by such measures is to drive investors out of the country, and what surprised me the most about this current administration is that, instead of them to working on the economy which is horribly bad now, they are busy looking for who to push the blame on, which binance is now one of their victim now.

I have long anticipated this particular event between the Nigeria government and binance to take place in the future which is happening now. I remember in my previous comments on a topic created here and the other platform where I said that the government would soon begin clamp down on binance just to get the list of Nigerians registered on their platform since their inception and here it is taking shape. I believe all these fight like I Initially said is just to get at binance to pay tax of all the transaction charges they've been benefitting from Nigeria p2p trade deals. I believe this is amongst the reasons why the clamp down is taking a different tone altogether and this was the response from the CBN governor when asked about the binance clampdown; “In the last four years, more than $26 billion have been funnelled through Binance without trace.” I would not be surprised that some powers that be themselves are into the Crypto currency trade and are just hiding behind playing innocent but doing the unthinkable just to protect or cover up their dirty act with the funds under their custody. In all, the major reasons behind this scuffle is just taxation. The Nigeria government just wants binance to pay tax of all transactions they have conducted on the Nigeria binance p2p platform which they want to benefit from that's all. That is a huge amount of money which they know themselves could benefit from through channeling it to other means in the name of projects and other engagements. My concern now is this, would the federal government charge binance to pay for tax in arrears right from their inception and also charge Nigerians registered with binance to pay tax in same fate as they have begin to put pressure on binance to give them list and details of Nigerians registered with them right from their inception.
