can you clarify, pls, are you talking about transferring BTC to another wallet? are you receiving other e-mails, such as confirmations of deposits, card loads, etc? have you checked your junk filter settings to ensure it is not blocking e-mails from @e-coin.io? not getting deposit confirmation emails, sorry it was not clear. that most probably means your spam filter is blocking our e-mails. Please, check the settings and make sure all emails from @e-coin.io are whitelisted nope, it's not going out on your side. spam is empty. not the first time I'm withdrawing so... were you getting the e-mail notifications before? yep. it worked before that makes the probability of the reason being in the junk filter settings almost definite. have you checked the settings and manually whitelisted all mail from @e-coin.io? |

I have an account which has this issue:
once in a while, when i log in, i receive emails for "deposit confirmed" and new transactions show up as 'confirmed' in my e-coin account. However, after 10-15 minutes, the balance goes away. It is a bug of some sort, but it would be great if you could investigate, as it may also be a security problem in the future (if someone gets a mistaken deposit and could withdraw it, you'll cover it).
If you want more details, I could give them privately.
btw: I think a bug bounty program would be beneficial for the company (after the new platform is successfully set up, of course)
we are aware of the bugs, mate, they are being fixed and will all be fixed with the new platform. the described issue with deposits could be caused by one of the recent fixes which is reprocessing all your potentially pending deposits, which in some cases leads to old ones being reflected as new - the balance, in such cases, is corrected after the next login (or, as in your case, after 10-15 mins). If your attempt to load your card with EURO its currently unavailable. USD and GBP are now available. Can't see any issue with your account - the deposit is in, and you have already transferred some BTC to another wallet after that deposit. Seems like you've panicked too early.. Remember, it takes some time to for the deposits to settle - confirmations from the blockchain are not instant (unless you are using a wallet supporting BitGo Instant for making the deposits) No no, you misunderstand. Please allow me to explain: 1. I had 1.18 BTC in my account. 2. I deposited 6.039 BTC in my account (not yet confirmed as you saw in screenshot). 3. I send 1.18 BTC in a different wallet. 4. When the 6 BTC that I sent to e-coin was confirmed, my balance went down to 4.85 BTC. Can you please take a look and see? will have a look, no worries |

I got my Card today, and I've tried to withdraw my money on a local ATM. It works fine, with 4$ fee for withdrawal.  you have withdrawn cash in a different currency from the currency of the card, correct? Yup, and this is my first time doing it. It's brilliant  Nice to know that bitcoins debit card works fine on ATMs. I want to know which debit card you got and is it acceptable in all the countries. Appreciate if you can tell us the whole procedure of getting a debit card in few lines. E-coin, добрый день! 1. По какой-то причине перестали приходить письма от E-coin на мою почту в яндексе. Раньше все было нормально. В связи с этим не могу совершать платежи с прикрепленного биткоин кошелька, так как не приходит письмо, подтверждающее отправку. Отправил вам более подробную информацию в ЛС, проверьте пожалуйста. 2. Кстати, оплачивал недавно билеты картой в Малайзийской компании, средства списались верно, но судя по всему некорректно отображается курс конвертации в личном кабинете, вроде как написано, что 13 000 долларов цена билета вместо 55$ ))  добрый! 1. По емэйлам ответил в DM, скорее всего, проблема в настройках спам-фильтров вашего почтового сервера. 2. Не вижу ошибок на скриншоте. Компания, судя по коду валюты, индонезийская, а не малайзийская, 13000+ - это не цена, а курс доллара к индонезийской рупии, это действительно такая дешевая валюта, каждый раз приезжая и меняя 200 баксов на расходы, становишься миллионером  |

Deposited some btc and it said on the site and e-mail that the deposit was completed, which was almost pretty instantly. I've deposited a lot of times in the past and I'm pretty sure I've waited for like 20 mins each time. The thing is, the bitcoin account balance turned to 0 when I refreshed the site. Some kind of a bug?
which walled have you deposited from? With E-Coin wallet you are getting BitGo instant, so, if your other wallet is part of BitGo instant, you should get the deposits instantly. has the issue with balance been sorter after re-login? |

И еще глупый вопрос - как происходит конвертация при оплате через POS-терминалы не в валюте карты? просто конвертация по курсу валюты, или дополнительные проценты и/или фиксированный сбор?
при оплате через терминалы в валюте, отличной от валюты карты, просто конвертация по внутреннему курсу Visa/MasterCard + 3% взимают Visa/MasterCard/банк-эмитент - к сожалению, пока мы с этим ничего поделать не можем, но работаем над возможными решениями |
