521  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: December 07, 2015, 12:23:24 PM
Hmm I really dont get why people still addicted to gambling after suffering a terribly loss especially in those house edge type of games.

I stop gambling "too much" in those house edge type games when I suffered my first big loss this year. I don't have any feeling or desire to since then that I will back again to play on that type of games for "high amount".

Now I still do betting especially in sports betting. I bet between 0.05-0.1 and if I loss its fine.

Well some people just get addicted, because some of them don't do it for money they play for fun and it gives them a kick.
I know what you mean when you loss that big amount, but still a lot of people just play and play.
Is just the fault of people who still play.
522  Economy / Speculation / Re: 400$ was the top on: December 07, 2015, 12:20:38 PM

Well the price is around 390 dollars is still good for me.
I hope well increase even more in the holidays so that I can buy more presents.
523  Economy / Speculation / Re: 10 BTC. Will I be a millionaire by 2030? on: December 07, 2015, 12:19:08 PM
if with just 10BTC can make you become a millionaire , what about people who own 1000BTC? i think they'll be a quillionaire  Grin

Yeah that is really true than everyone who have 10 bitcoin in the future will just be a millionaire and just retire.
Why work if you have that money. I think in year 2030 bitcoin will just be around 5K - 10K dollars.
524  Economy / Speculation / Re: The future of Bitcoin on: December 07, 2015, 12:16:24 PM
I can't say that I know what well happen in the future of bitcoin, but I just know that the new generation will use bitcoin and than in the future bitcoin will be so big that everyone will use normal money and bitcoin.
525  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: December 07, 2015, 12:11:19 PM
I think you need more than 1000 btc,

yeah maybe it sound like a lot but in 20 years i think btc price will around 1000$

And if you do calculate the inflation rate, i think that number should be enough for normal living

We might see $1000 in the next 12-24 months.
If Bitcoin will be $1000 in 20 years I can tell you that this experiment has failed!
In 2 decades I expect at least 5 figures!
Furthermore how much coins you will need to retire also depends from where do you live, what kind of lifestyle your prefer and a few things more. Therefore it will be very distinct how much coins someone will need to have a good and enjoyable life.

with 5 figures in price in 20 years i would be great to have at least 10, but with 100 would be great retirement

Yeah 5 figures that will be really nice and I think it will be around 5 figures in 20 year.
To be 10 figures mayebe 30 years or 40 years. We will see what will happend to bitcoin in 20 years.
526  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin and Porn on: December 07, 2015, 12:07:58 PM
It might be a taboo topic to some people...but BTC really might revolutionize the porn payment industry. The pseudoanonymity is a major plus
yeah correct, same like to gambling, porn can't be separated from bitcoin
porn site need hidden payments, bitcoin is very appropriate as a payment method
just when some porn site need you to fill in the data it just make lost thing that you call anonimity, even i can use fake data, better for them to remove this requirement

Yeah for payment just only your bitcoin address - username - password and not another the name or your email.
Just to enter your username and password what u need.
To confirm the wallet well do that.
527  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it a waste of time mentioning Bitcoin to friends and family? on: December 07, 2015, 12:05:18 PM
Will for some people they just think bitcoin like a fake money. So you need to let them see that is real money and you can earn a lot with it.
My family will my father was like is fake, but when I let him see what it is he is kinda enteresting about it.
The only think that is stoping him he is old and he don't want to learn new things, because is difficult.
528  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: December 05, 2015, 08:37:51 PM
Well if you are getting addiceted I would just do something else like going to the gym so that I can't think about gambling.

Or just stop and control yourself.
529  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How long do you play per day gambling like Dice ? on: December 05, 2015, 08:34:30 PM
For now I am not gambling I am kinda losing a lot of my bitcoins.

I have played in the pass 5 hours a month. I have won some and lost a lot.
530  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: In 2015, faucets are bad for bitcoin on: December 05, 2015, 08:31:44 PM
bot for faucets do not cost too much, i was going to make one by hiring a programmer(sadly i'm not able to code one in php) and he was asking very low amount around 0.1-0.15

but a bot liek that can earn you at least 0.01 per day if there are enough good faucets, it's worth a try

But hpw will it work than if you have a bot that do it for you the faucets?

Because they are anti-bot thing.

That is nice that if you could do that. That the bot just collect satoshi for you.

the bot i'm talking about is connected via api to those website that solve captcha via human work, so no anti-bot can stop this, but you must pay something for them to solve

it's around few cent for 1k captcha i don't remember right now

here the best one https://2captcha.com/ 1k captcha = $0.66

As I said if it really was worth it faucets would be dead by now, it only takes a few people using bots to drown them out but as we can see faucets still exist so I pretty much doubt there is someone using bots out there unless you can prove otherwise

now it's too late i agree, but it was worth it in the past, like with mining, there was someone on one forum doing it and it was profitable forhim, without doing nothing he was earning something like 0.01 per day from faucets

It has been late for ages when it comes to making any relevant amounts of money through faucets, but the thing is, the main point of faucets to exists now or keep existing in the future is to introduce newbies into Bitcoin. If I spoke to anyone in real life about Bitcoin, I would tell them to go to a faucet so they can get Bitcoin for free, but I haven't told about Bitcoin to anyone I know yet because I feel like they wouldn't get it, but in the future im sure all noobs will be getting their first satoshis thanks to faucets.

We were talking about bots not about making money using faucets the legit way, you should read carefully.

0.01 per day seemed pretty ok at todays price.

Doing nothinig wiht 0.01 per day is kinda a high price for one day. That is like 3 dollar every day.

Doing the legit way is just 15 cents a day so not worth it.
531  Other / Archival / Re: should i save btc for future? on: December 05, 2015, 08:25:22 PM
i dont know about you but im holding it

If you have a lot of bitcoin I don't think you have that many.

Maybe I am wrong, maybe you have a lot of bitcoin and you are holding it.

I would buy this https://www.bitcointrezor.com/ if you are holding for a long time.
532  Economy / Economics / Re: They are in possession of everything we buy! on: December 05, 2015, 08:20:27 PM
This kinda funny to see that Coca Cola owns Fanta, Sprite, etc...

I didn't knew that, this so interesting to see.
533  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: December 05, 2015, 08:16:42 PM
The bad thing on the retirement project into bitcoins is that we dont know the price that can be bitcoin tomorrow soo thinking into 20 years ,sure its a long time and bitcoin can be worthing less then todays or even much more then before the fact is todays 200 btc would be enought to retire for me.

I have the different opinion. We do not the price of bitcoin next year, but we know the price will rise next decade if the adoption is increased through the years.

That is also not true, we just don't know what will happen in the future.

With bitcoin everthing can happen. You can't just say that bitcoin will rise in the next decade.

But I am also prety sure that bitcoin might just be increasing in the next decade, because of the new generations of people that will know about bitcoin and will use it.
534  Economy / Gambling / Re: Battlecoin.org - Multiplayer bomberman clone on: December 03, 2015, 01:05:03 PM
This game I always played this when I was young. Nice game.
Look more a arcade to me than a gambling think but that is is oke.
Good that you have a toturial video how you can play it.
535  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How greedy you are ? on: December 03, 2015, 12:59:59 PM
I don't believe that they are so much people who play smart. The most of people who gambles are greedy.
So stop voting that you are not greedy. If I am wrong than so be it.

536  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will this bitcoin will go down? on: December 03, 2015, 12:57:50 PM
Although the price of Bitcoin fluctuates, it seems like now is the best time to buy Bitcoin. As many have stated, the halving will occur next year, which will drive the price up. If you buy Bitcoin now, you'll reap in the profits next year.

Yeah I am trying to buy some bitcoins just little amounts to build that up.
We will see if next year will be a good year to the bitcoin, but I think so it will.
537  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Welcome To The Blockchain on: December 03, 2015, 12:55:55 PM

538  Economy / Speculation / Re: Btc Good time to buy ? on: December 03, 2015, 12:52:52 PM
This is a question no one will answer Cheesy

Do you mean that they are no good answer for this question? A lot of people is answer this question, but yeah it depends to the person what his/her goal is to buy bitcoin.
539  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: December 03, 2015, 12:48:18 PM
There is a simple answer to the OP:

Find another hobby instead of gambling  Grin

That is a easy answer to just find another hobby, but that would be that easy to take other hobby.
If I was addicted I will just ask for some one to help me or control me.
540  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: December 01, 2015, 12:16:52 PM
Growing my bitcoin really slow is doing some faucets is fun actually if you are watching a movie and doing some faucets.
Then you have 0,05 cents per hour just watching a movie.
