I have 900 ready to buy 3 coins and hoping it gets to $300 if it keeps at this level soon I may have to get less and pull the trigger.

I'm trying to get 10+ coins before halving with just spending mad money like ebay cash when I sell something random around the house.

If it gets over $400 before jan 1st and I cant get all the coins I want I will be happy but also sad that I didnt get more at 300.

Yeah, I'm hoping it goes back down to $300 too before the halving... but I personally don't see this happening, nor will it ever go sub $300 ever again.  I don't have a lot of extra spending money either unfortunately. If only you could pay your bills and stuff with bitcoin then I would be good to go to automatically convert my paychecks to bitcoin when I get them, but I don't think this will happen for some time.

Edit: What kind of things have you been selling on Ebay exactly?  I'm starting to try and find some stuff to sell, but not quite sure where to start looking.  I've never even tried to sell anything on Ebay, and would assume they use Paypal for payments... doesn't this take a large cut of what you receive in payments?

You could invest into it right now, how low are you actually going for?

Because the value has been going down this week.
Yup In the starting of this week it was very low and Previous week It was increase nearly 25$. Whenever we can invest on bitcoin, Sure we can do that. We can trade out in future and we can save for future as well. due to rate fall We can buy bitcoins In this situation to make profit for future.
This week the price dropped to $ 352, the previous week, the highest price $ 375
down more than $ 20, wow sh * tt
I still keep 3 bitcoin in my wallet

We can't really predict what will happen.  We can speculate and a person can speculate correctly and then brag how they were right.

Hello :-)

I do agree with Denker, the  price is pretty low now. I would say buy as much as you can afford as the price has been relatively stable over the last month. It is best to buy at the price it is now as i am sure it will go up within the next 6 months as more marketing is done to promote it and as more retailers start accepting it.

Cheers

Just invest. Bitcoin is going up, and the value of the bitcoin you buy now compared to later will be the same. But now, and let the +EV come to you.

I agree.
Although today it looked like that the price was going down. The lowest I remember was around 348 at Bitstamp.
But suddenly the baby decided to go up again.
We might see some declining this month (christmas vacations and stuff). But right now in the 300 range it's a good time to buy.We will not go down significantly. So if you have some affordable money, now it the time to invest.

+1 to this

Many global macro economic factors that are going to make BTC have plenty of positive news to fuel some pumps

it won't fall unless you want it to die, because we are facing the halving next year, so bitcoin must go up, if you don't want to invest on a dead horse in the future

any sane mind that invest in bitcoin now this, we are all here because we believe in the long term, and daily trading with shortage cna be done at any value, so not even an excuse for that

Although the price of Bitcoin fluctuates, it seems like now is the best time to buy Bitcoin. As many have stated, the halving will occur next year, which will drive the price up. If you buy Bitcoin now, you'll reap in the profits next year.

Yeah I am trying to buy some bitcoins just little amounts to build that up.
We will see if next year will be a good year to the bitcoin, but I think so it will.

It seems to be stable right now, don't think it will go lower than $300

If you want to invest, it's best to do it now and not wait until later.

Buying BTC at 300 USD is no bad deal at all, if it falls below that you are lucky enough to make fortune.
Good luck

Bitcoin is gradually rising and then gradually dropping. No one can predict when the price is going to fall.

These are just natural market swings. Volume is quite higher at the moment and that's why we are seeing these quite bigger swings up and then down.

When volume is lower these swings tend to be smaller.

Now in last few days we are watching another rise so I don't think its going down as we are near Christmas and in these days its mostly going up for more adoptions from many sites

I don't know why but I feel a little different: people gonna need some real money for the holiday season so it will go down a bit Grin then rise until the beginning of the Lunar new year and then rise again until after the halving Grin

Well yeah, more companies will be interested in getting paid in as many ways as possible. We are likely heading into a economic downturn, so most companies will try to open themselves to as many markets as possible before the slip, so they can have a bit more money to float on.
