To the admin, have you considered a little raise of prize pool for the freeroll? There are many many people (at least 270 in every freeroll), and 10$ seems too low  Angry

Increasing the prizepool would only make even more players join.

Perhaps if they reduced them to $1 or $5 there would be fewer players and you would be happy?

Update:

I've had my btc-casino account credited 510 mbtc (4 mbtc more than my missing withdraw)

I requested a cashout, and was told I should receive it within a week!?

I hope this is a case of customer service simply being uninformed...here is transcript, followed by what their terms say.

14:10:28James
Hi Vlad, I finally was able to have my withdraw from over a month ago returned to my account
I have requested a new withdraw, will you please expedite it or give me a time frame on when it will be processed
for 510 mbtc

14:14:50Vlad
James, I do not know a time frame or exact period when it will withdrawn.

14:15:08James
can you find out

14:15:55Vlad
I know, that probably you'll be funded in a week.

I HAVE SUBMITTED A REQUEST FOR BALANCE WITHDRAWAL TODAY AND THE MONEY HAVE NOT BEEN PAYED OUT STILL? WHY?

Please consider that according to our Terms And Conditions payouts are processed within 24 hours after submission. You should also pay attention to the fact that your balance is not blocked and stays available for making stakes until the ordered payout will be processed.

FINAL UPDATE

Earlier today I finally received my withdraw for 510 mbtcs, so I will not be opening a scam accusation thread.

What a nightmare that was overall, but in the end they did pay me.

In response to BTC-Casino, I did not try to swindle you as I've already explained.  You've requested me to be polite and delete all my "lies".  I'll need you to be more specific though.  My timeline?  The screenshots of support chat?  The screenshots of your withdraw policy, and "instant cashouts"?  Let me and everyone know if you believe anything I posted was not true.

Update: I was paid 0.027 BTC (remaining balance in account after cashing in player points) and informed "As for the 0.506 BTC. We will resolve it on Monday"

Tomorrow (monday)  I will post and confirm issue resolved, or open a thread in scam accusations.

Just pointing out the irony in system allowing government to kill a person while prohibiting all persons from killing themselves.

Death penalty in India is only given to the most barbaric of the crimes. And India very rarely executes its prisoners who are sentenced to death, with the average being less than one inmate per year, although hundreds are currently languishing in the death row. These people are executed for harming others. It is justified.

You didn't even bother to read what I originally posted.

Has this anything to do with the topic?

Just pointing out the irony in system allowing government to kill a person while prohibiting all persons from killing themselves.

"The number of people executed in India since independence in 1947 is a matter of dispute; official government statistics claim that only 57 people had been executed since independence. However, available information from other sources indicates that the official government figures are false, and the actual number of executions in India may run to several thousand."

I come here to bet on sports, I have wagered over 160btc on sports-bronze II member.

 - If you wagered over 160btc on sports at betcoin, you would be higher than bronze II. ( https://www.betcoin.ag/vip )

 - It's kind of obvious from scanning a few of your posts that you just go site to site looking for whatever freebies you can get, cashing them out as soon as given the opportunity. WPN results also support this ( 37 tournaments, 31 of them freerolls )

Not saying there's anything wrong with that ethically, just that it makes sense why sites would choose not to make it easy to do what you do.

I'm guessing all the enthusiasm for the site is just guys trying to get people to click their affiliate links or get reward for some signature campaign or something.
533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Looking for a poker site on: August 16, 2015, 04:34:35 AM
Playtodos is an interesting idea for sure, but a great place to play poker?  No.

It's basically all bots due to the "auto" option.  (Just check the auto box and it plays your hands for you)

There were multiple ways to abuse the surprise box and the reason we don't want to provide specifics here is because people will read it and start trying it again...  Think about it and be creative.  I will say the fact that you haven't figured out a few of the ways shows us that you were not abusing it, but we never thought you were.  Thank you for playing with us.

It is unfair to us who didn't abuse your system, you should blacklist them who abuse the system or give them 2-3 days per box, but you can't give us everyone 2-3 days to get one box, it is unfair to us, restate again, it must lose many players, especially me, your sportsbook don't attract if you decrease the daily box, unless your sportsbook significantly enhance the odds.

You are probably part of the reason they changed it.

LOL, I have said I am honest on this site, I get daily surprise box, and never get it twice or more in 1 day, I just get it per 24 hours, I never abuse it, so your claim is totally incorrect.  Wink

I didn't say you were dishonest.

Just saying you were probably one of the players logging on every day around the same time just to claim the box, this is obviously not the kind of thing they want to encourage.

Personally I think making the surprise box appear randomly makes it more of a "surprise"

More of a treat, less of an entitlement.

Also if they have to take it down for a day or two in the future, there will be fewer people upset about going 1.5 days without their box...well...those people will likely find something else to be upset about and attempt to get something else out of it...

Why did you try here? Why did you not read recent posts? This casino has worst reputations here, it had 3X rollover of every deposit robbery rule, and very sick system bugs when you get free spins, your games will be offline, and when you re-enter again, you couldn't track those spins any more, it is deliberately scamming players.

I think the majority of complaints in this thread are from the same few posters who are either being over dramatic about a minor issue or making an issue out of a non issue and then acting as if every issue a new player brings up is reason to celebrate and taunt both the new player and the site.

Well I've got the day off today, why not see how frustrated I can get over half a coin...decided to go on live chat and see whats up with the vanishing 506 mbtc withdrawal.

Found my previous chats with support archived, here's a few snips of our conversations that took place on 7/16, 7/18, and the last one from 7/19 (last thing I heard from them untill today)

So I decided to see what support would say, and sure enough it's my old friend Egor again...

Well I received a prompt reply from rep via pm here on forum.

They unblocked my account, and informed me I could withdraw my remaining balance of .99 mbtc - They told me it was because they believed fraudulent accounts were created under my affiliate link.  (again to emphasize, I did not profit more than 50 or 60 mbtc as an affiliate, and I deposited 40-50 times that ammount SINCE my affiliate link was active)

Anyway, they seem to have overlooked the fact that my issue is my missing 506 mbtc withdraw from almost exactly 1 month ago, and wasn't as concerned with the .98 balance (which I think is also wrong, but whatever)

When I look in my history, the withdraw has simply vanished.  I have only one other withdraw which was in may, that one is still there.

Luckily with the chat transcripts and support tickets I was just able to take a screen shot of, I can at least prove it existed?

I can prove a lot with the screen shots I've taken, but thats a pain in the butt, so hopefully they will just send me the btc and we can move along.

I did go ahead and cashout my 27mbtc worth of comp points and request a withdraw, we'll see how that goes.

540  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTC Casino | News | Special Offers for bitcointalk.org Users on: August 14, 2015, 02:26:21 AM
Absolutely I still have issue with this casino, and my issue has not been resolved.

You can read about the delayed cashout in my previous post from about a month ago.
On july19th I receive this email:

DEAR PLAYER!

YOUR ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED.

To find out the reason of account block please contact online support.

You have received this email because you are registered at BTC-Casino.io/Terms and Conditions/To unsubscribe please follow the link You may address all your queries to support@btc-casino.io

The only reason I can think of for having my account blocked is to do with the affiliate program which I made ~.05-.06 btc off of in the weeks prior to them announcing it.  I shared my link and offered a small payment to players who signed up and made a deposit in my skype groups and suspect some of them may have not been authentic, it was only my intention to bring new regulars under my affiliate.  However, I was a depositing player, prob depositing 3+ bitcoins over the course of 30+ deposits all throughout, and I don't see how this could justify them basically stealing ~.6+ btc from me.  This is all just a guess as to why they did this.

Anyway as soon as I receive email saying my account is blocked:

I click the link and it says they are not available but to leave a message.

I try to log into my account, it says "server does not respond"

As soon as I got the email,

I email support, no response.

I try to create new account, it says "new accounts are not permitted in your country"

I've given up on the  .506 plus whatever was left in my account.

I only feel guilty for not reporting back sooner to the forum, this is just such a pain in the ass to go over again and again!

If they make it right, I will be more diligent in updates if there is anything else to update.
