521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The rise of Axie Infinity on: October 26, 2021, 09:32:22 PM
Now after the pandemic slowing down in some countries where Axie was really popular (PH) and normal activities are allowed, I wonder if people start to realize Axie ain't the only thing they could spend their time in. Would you waste many days of playing a game where you can be rich or go to the factory and make a steady amount of income?
I think NFT games will be treated as like you are playing the lottery or leisure gambling activities. Yes, there will be a chance you can be rich by playing it but most won't hit that.
Your point is valid, but now one thing is also happening a big community feeling it's a better way of income because they can play any time and have earning from this which is happening few days back I was checking few communities about this game and most have good increase in members and players because managers investing good amount from their profit.

This is good for NFT and this can increase some more interest in both ways investment and players. On job, you have fix time and income but here both in your control with this advantage now many peoples in poor countries are adopting this hopefully in near future we will have some more options about this as well.
522  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NO KYC Sportbooks? on: October 26, 2021, 08:38:32 PM
If Sportsbook is under the jurisdiction of a country that has anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist financing and tax evasion practices, then the platform can require all of its users to pass a KYC regardless of the factors you listed!!!
You are right but as long as the funds are clean and you are not involved in any illegal means then you should never have any problems with them. I am betting at stake and sportsbet for a long time now and never had any problems apart from some wrong settlements and minor issues which are then looked after by the support teams.

1xbet (scam) has been known to cheat players and that is where you need to be careful. If you are gambling at a fair site you should be good.
523  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fiat-betting to crypto+betting on: October 26, 2021, 07:43:20 PM
Is it really necessary to discuss the advantages of crypto betting over fiat betting? For what? Encouragement?

Remember not all gamblers are crypto-oriented and simply just don't want to crypto. It will be biased if we will just push our own preferences to them. As long as gamblers are enjoying advantages at either fiat or crypto betting, that's what matters.

Choose what you preferred, simple as that.
That's right but a lot of gamblers who are new to this online crypto gambling scene needs to know the advantages crypto gambling has over the traditional ways. I must say that gambling has been among the biggest contributors for the rise of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies as a whole and I don't see a reason why we should shy away from promoting crypto gambling as long as it's legal and we are promoting legit casinos.

The biggest advantage I feel crypto gambling has over traditional is that we can bet any amount we want because in a real casino you cannot just make 5 cents bets.
524  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: October 26, 2021, 05:44:39 PM
Some coaches don't like taking job in the middle of the season. I think Manchester United is using these three matches mandate to buy time and search for a perfect and long term replacement of Ole.
But in whatever situation, Manchester United needs to understand two things;
1. Manchester United fans and players have lost confidence in the leadership of Ole, any further attempt to delay his exit will also be bad. Better to sack him and let Carrick take the 3 matches.
2. Any new coach must be given 5 experimental matches to adapt, add these to the current woes of Manchester United and you will predict what their condition will be.
I am feeling your suggestion is much better because Ole already lost his confidence and now players are also talking about this too much which is not good for team's moral now it's time for quick action and fired Ole with new caretaker coach on and talk with few which suits bring him for better results because right now situation is some better, and they can handle if they lost few more matches this could be disaster for them and their team.

Ole already have some good time and completely fail in his strategies because he is unable to handle these big guys mostly peoples was feeling Ronaldo's entry could be having big impact, but it's not works mean now just change of coach is better for all parties and management need some quick work for this.
525  Economy / Economics / Re: A tale of the two parasites on: October 26, 2021, 10:14:18 AM
indeed things like this we will not be able to finish when we still cannot be free from what is called greed and avarice.
For sure having intense and selfish desires for wealth has been causing a lot of people to do things that are really unimaginable. This is really bad because most of all those rich people are in control in government, that's why most countries these days hardly move forward economically.

It is because of all these parasites that are always taking from the country and not giving back, and always doing things that are only going to satisfy their selfish needs. Well, there’s not going to be a world without these people, so they are always going to be around. But we should always do our best to get rid of them whenever possible.
526  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you think October will be for alts? on: October 25, 2021, 09:04:42 PM
October had many events notable for the entire cryptocurrency market: Ethereum almost recovered to $ 4,500, and Bitcoin's price surpassed $ 66,000, which is a good sign that October will be a great month for most cryptocurrencies. Now I am closely watching the process of collaboration between polygon, stellar and nws.
Bitcoin and Ethereum stopped increasing, and there have been on the red for some time now (with a little green of course). When the price started moving up,I was expecting Bitcoin to reach $70,000 before it would maybe slow down for a bit. Maybe before December we’re going to see it reach that high in price, and that is going to be the same thing with a lot of alt coins in the market: they’re going to increase in price heavily.

The month of October is already coming to an end, we just have less than a week and October will be over, but I’m not doubting that the few days left can bring a new change to the market. Let’s just watch and see.
527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To all pro traders on: October 25, 2021, 08:02:32 PM
there is no guarantee that the current market will be the same as the market at a certain time, if you really want to be safe then we can choose altcoins that are at the top. if we are going to equate market conditions, of course we must have a strong basis, such as news that can encourage market movements, or technical analysis that can be used as a reference to open transactions
I met with a person who got a loan during 2017 peak period, he did it quickly from his mobile app so it wasn't really that difficult to get it, it wasn't 20k when he got the loan, so he did actually profited a bit. It was either 14k or 16k and I am not sure. He bought bitcoin and then even altcoins and we all know how awesome altcoins was for a while in early 2018 as well. So, he made a great profit and kept on paying his loan monthly without any problem at all.

What happened later was the bear run and the crash of the crypto and that really resulted with him losing nearly everything he has, so he failed to pay the loan eventually and not even selling every coin he holds was enough, which is why he had to pay it by selling his car. Do not imagine this awesome period right now will be the same as the situation 6 months later or a year later.
528  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: October 25, 2021, 06:50:29 PM
I guess Lakers finally getting one win is a good news for them, everyone loves a good win. However let's be honest with each other, there is no situation where Lakers could be happy about beating Grizzlies and taking that as a future sign. Hell westbrook alone nearly had triple double with turnovers, that number needs to go down a lot more if Lakers wants to keep going. Their streak of non-existent chemistry issues is a bad thing, it is really not something that we could be looking out to.

I personally believe that there is going to be some sort of team bounding situation going around in order to make that team better. Sit them down, or make them go bowling, or let them help the community together, do whatever you must when they are off the court but still talking, hell a bbq party would be more than enough, do that and they will be doing better.
529  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Just a piece of advice needed here folks on: October 25, 2021, 06:02:26 PM
I started trading (long-term) for couple of years back now and since then i've been doing averagely okay on whatever altcoins project I put into. But what I seem to be lacking is when to actually get out at the right appropriate time.

At least, if not perfectly okay, a bit fairly okay.
Please my pull out strategy are quite poor, kindly help a soul out before it gets completely worst. 🙏
You should first start with what works for you. Are you a long term trader or a short term trader? Whichever one you are, you should try to make use of the right strategy and also try to sell when you believe you’ve made enough profit than having to wait, maybe out of greed, and then you end up losing some of the profits you have made.

I don’t think this is something that anyone can actually start to explain to you on a comment section, maybe it’s best that you start watching some helpful YouTube videos that will help you know the right choices to make and when to make those choices. Making the right choice at the right time is really going to help you.
530  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: October 23, 2021, 01:51:08 PM
The ICC should see Afghanistan as a team and not look in their political issues. Even though we know that Afghanistan Talibans are threat to the world but this has nothing to do with cricket. If they are playing good cricket, then ICC should not ban them.
By the way, is there any news which hints that ICC may impose ban on Afghanistan cricket board or is it just speculation ?
After this T20 CWC we will have some better idea what's going to happen in ICC about Afghanistan because right now they are busy with this all. I am feeling most chances ICC will ban Afghanistan because few big are not happy with this all which happening in Afghanistan, so they will use their own power and ban them. Taliban will never allow women in cricket, and they will never compromise with this all so its can happen in near future. But right now, these all are speculations we have to wait from both sides about this what is clearly coming because I feel they have to allow Afghanistan but still it's all about power and personal ego.
531  Economy / Economics / Re: A tale of the two parasites on: October 21, 2021, 08:59:48 PM
Both are parasites, both damage the economy.
The two parasites works hand-in-hand and are the problems that we have in the society. The poor parasites you have described here are the same ones that collect pennies from the rich parasites and are then used to carry out whatever foolish plans than the rich have, and thereby creating social unrest most of the times.

Seriously I don’t like these kind of people, they are the worst you will ever have in a community, they are a problem anywhere they are and they don’t want the society to rest for some reasons that are best known to them, they usually form groups that terrorize the society, because they benefit from such evil acts.
532  Economy / Economics / Re: El Salvador Bitcoin payment option on: October 21, 2021, 08:25:49 PM
even though it has been legalized, bitcoin users are still minimal in elsalvador which is only half a million of the total 10 million population. of course this requires a process to socialize so that they can use bitcoin fully, so that the experience that will be in elsalvador can be a lesson for other countries later
But, did you see what the comment that talked about the El Salvador president’s tweet said? That the 2.1 million active users of the Chivo wallet is more than the number of all banks users in the country combined, how is that even possible? So, is that to say that over seventy to eighty percent of people in that country are not making use of banks and doesn’t have a bank account? That’s quite hard to believe, so the number of people in that country that are unbanked is up to that level?

Well, I do understand that it is possible that a lot of people would sign up for bitcoin because of how easy it is for it to be used.
533  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Crypto bans are temporary, we are on the right side of history. on: October 21, 2021, 07:06:10 PM
I guess most of you have noticed the rise in the number of banks and Financial commissions and Governments in different countries announcing bans on crypto purchases using banks, crypto exchanges, and in some case Bitcoin mining crackdowns. From UK to Japan, Canada (Ontario) to China, but one thing for sure is all those attempts can't stop a force that has already gained momentum. It only signals that the Bitcoin movement is going down the right path of history.

They want to have control of how people spend and transact but with Bitcoin and other cryptos, they are powerless, that's why they are not happy.
This is the kind of problem we are having these days, when there is a change, people wouldn’t want to adapt to that change at first. You will see companies that feels like the new change is going to put them out of business, fighting against the change instead of them to up their game, adapt to the change and start following what’s trending, rather they choose to suppress the change which is very bad. But as time goes on you’re going to see that the change will still occur and all those people that never wanted to adapt will be the ones that will be ending up as the losers.
534  Economy / Economics / Re: What are common arguments for Bitcoin? on: October 21, 2021, 06:18:30 PM
Of course, every investor who comes with the goal is profit, so they must also know the risks and rewards associated with volatility. after they know of course they will learn like what you have mentioned above, so they don't slip into gambling, which will only lead to disappointment in the end
Funny how the same volatility is the reason why a lot of you are making profit from the market. You do know that if there was no volatility and the market was as stable as the fiat currency, it wouldn’t draw much attention as it did and most people that got rich through this wouldn’t be that rich by now.

In the case of volatility, if you can learn to have patience, and also invest what you can be able to hold for a long term (unless you’re a day trader), then volatility wouldn’t be that much of a problem, because we know that cryptocurrency, especially bitcoin, is profitable on a long term.
535  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think narcos may actually be on the 10 richest? on: October 21, 2021, 04:29:36 PM
The poorest on the top 10 list has Net Worth: $84.5 billion, and I doubt that any of the drug dealers can side with him - and even if he could, we wouldn’t see him on the official list of the world’s richest people because selling narcotics isn’t something to be promoted as a successful business.
Uhm, your data is not accurate. On the top ten list of the world’s richest people, then lowest on the top ten list is worth over $100 billion ($102.1 billion to be precise), and that’s MukeshAmbani. There’s a list on Forbes where it is being updated on a daily basis, and the top on the list is Elon Musk with a net worth that is around $219 billion. If you’re to include the two people that the op has mentioned (Pablo Escobar and Dawood Ibrahim) they would be nowhere close to the top fifty on the list, because the top fifty on world’s richest people according to Forbes is worth over $30 billion.

So, Escobar with his $25 billion wouldn’t be on the top fifty and Ibrahim is far off, lol. With that said, Criminals remains criminals and it isn’t something to be proud of and they shouldn’t be on any list, because those are stolen money and not something they worked for.
536  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🔥Fall Farming Season|⚡️Free BTC+BNB|Promocode🎟$10 for newcomers on: October 20, 2021, 08:03:45 PM
Every serious casino must have these rules in terms of service. It is required by state institutions. It is mainly about money laundering and terrorism. If the amounts being used are too high or somehow highly suspect then the casino reserves the right to ask for a KYC verification. (Actually, this is what the police are asking for through the casino)
I used to be so angry about the KYC stuff and do not share that with anywhere, not even exchanges and I wanted to avoid it because I was scared about who was getting it and I was worried that my government would knock on my door one day and tell me to pay some taxes and penalty and fine or whatever because I have made so much crypto income so far. Thankfully I have been in crypto for 8+ years and that never happened.

Nowadays KYC is not something that hard for me, I would literally be able to give all of my information, anything they want and I would be fine about it. Only thing that I dislike is that KYC information could be hacked, already got hacked in some places, and that is not nice, in the end why would I have all my info at the hands of hackers? But betfury having my KYC information is not something that I care about anymore, that's fine.
537  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC reach $100,000 in December? on: October 20, 2021, 07:02:35 PM
Even me dude i do believe that Bitcoin will reach 100,000 USD by the end of this year but we only speculating no one can dictate the market exept for big whales.
That will be a matter of time for bitcoin to reach $100k and I think bitcoin is on the way to go that price and if we see the situation now,  bitcoin can reach that price sooner or later. The price now is back to $64k after the price is down to $63k but I think we will see the price will be up and down for more to that range of the price before the price will surge and break $70k. But we can only speculate about how high the bitcoin price will increase this year without knowing the truth. So we need to be ready from now on and the next 2 months later.
I wouldn't say "matter of time" as in sometime soon, but it will definitely happen one day, maybe tomorrow, maybe a month from now, or maybe in a few years but it will definitely happen, it is true in that sense of "matter of time". The ups and downs will happen small time, breaking ATH is not easy and even if you break it by like few thousand dollars, it will still be a hard thing to achieve, and that is why I believe it is not going to be easy.

However at the end of the day, if we end up with something like 70k+ or something then it will be easy afterwards, breaking the 68k barrier will be the hard part, afterwards I feel like things look easier.

I am not sure if I would ever be able to save my spins, I didn't even know that we could do that, I assumed that it was just 48 hours no matter what and wherever we get it from. In any case I can't wait that much because I get too much excited about it and I end up selling it and hope that I would be able to get anything I could and that way I would basically be doing whatever I want right away and I would have to wait for it.

It would literally make me lose sleep considering what if I get something like a rolex from them? I know it is a very small chance to get something like that but if I ever get something like that then it would change my life insanely and I would basically be able to pay every debt I ever have, then get all the things tools I want and then I end up being super happy for at least 2 years thanks to it.
539  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The rise of Axie Infinity on: October 20, 2021, 04:49:45 AM
I believe the game axie infinity will be the best investment in the future.
In the future? For me its kinda are now. Its one of the best right now. Though the income generated before its not comparable to the past few months. The dev continously making such update and progress for the improvement of it. Sooner or later those who left axie game will definitely fomo back when they saw a lot of new features that added on the game. Like Jihoz said we are too early and I believe that.
Good thing devs are really active and giving good updates to this game which is helping community for better income, even we have some good cut in this but still many users having very good use of this. Recently I joined few communities related to this game, they have very strong use case and their investments are also improving constantly because they have very good profit from this all.

In near future if team works like this, surely they will be able to have the biggest investments and better community which always help to grow in better way.

Axie Infinity game is giving some good help in during Covid-19 tough lock down and have very good rise during this all period but now after this still youths are enjoying with this all.
540  Economy / Speculation / Re: How do you explain the October pump? on: October 19, 2021, 09:50:00 PM
Just a normal scenario for Bitcoin I guess.
September if you will look at the charts is really a bad month for Bitcoin but the remaining 3 months is one of the best months of it. I'm not saying though that from October - December, price of Bitcoin don't go down but if you will look at the history you will see that most of the time it goes up.

I think there is no need for an explanation into what is happening this month because it is expected already base on the history. One thing more is that the bulls are still in control of the market. We almost saw the Bears controlling it by seeing Bitcoin went down to below $30,000 but it didn't happen and instead the bulls prevail.
It is not a normal situation, but also a normal situation for bitcoin. It is normal because we are a volatile market and we have seen these type of increases all the time, last year around these times we started to move from 10k and then became 60k by the time we reached May, so it was a super increasing period and we did that from 10k, so right now doing that from 30-40k is not really that weird, which is why it is normal.

However it is not normal because we do not see it "everyday", it is definitely possible for bitcoin to have some sort of big increase and that is why I understand people who are seeing it as normal, but we reached as low as 30k as well, so this increase is something very important for us.
