These are just suggestions however and you may want to state what the promotion was as some people may accuse you of hacking. I believe you have about a 6 hour window to contact customer support and request a refund, if you don't you might not be able to get your money back.
lol, then you don't know neteller. There is far bigger window to recover but all depends of source of neteller. I know credit card payments have a long window to dispute, but for funds from other members/gambling sites the window is limited. Read about this a while back and the rules might have changed but now you won't finds a thing in their Tos/Faq about refunds. |
