Keeping their bitcoins in an exchange is something that I would not recommend to begin with, along with moving their bitcoin around too much and not realising how much they are being charged for the privilege of doing so.
Leaving your bitcoin is bad because the bitcoin is not under control of you and your wallet but under control by the owner of the exchange you are using so you are relying on the honesty of the owner of the exchange. Mistake : simple those who are not patient and just sell of their btc when they think its crashing
That is panic selling, let them do it we can buy the bitcoins form them and profit from them. |

I had this too the login works badly. Just close the tab and open the site up again eventually it will work, when you login just go strait to workers and setup the worker. I say this because it logs you off easily and then it is a pain to login again. |

The price of bitcoin isnt that high anyways, long term wise, 2400 USD per coin is going to be a steal to buy. But how do we really know that, and how do we know Bitcoin will survive for 5 more decades or more? While I agree a little with what you are saying, sometimes it is good to think things through. He has some good points in that piece. I think that a lot of people, including me are indeed using bitcoin as a long term storage for my wealth, because fiats are not going to survive and we all know that Really? Do you think governments will be around in the future, issuing their own currencies? Yes ! I think governments will make their own currencies. I am not yet ready to spend too many of my bitcoins apart from the odd deal. I prefer to wait until there more places to spend btc because the value will be more and I will be able to buy more things and more is never a bad thing as I am sure we all agree.

I think it is fair to a point. Awhile ago when I paid even 0.0011 btc and it was frozen for almost two weeks till that one day when all the transactions all of a sudden started going through for everyone. Today I moved 0.10btc and paid 0.001 and it took less then an hour so paying that I do not mind. I use to not like having to lose bitcoins for services but now I realize that bitcoin is life and the bitcoins must flow between us all.

Im still waiting for my first staking rewards. I finally got the green arrow showing that I am staking and my weight, however it says it will be days before my estimated staking rewards, and the number of days keeps changing (ranging from 4days to 19days) yet I still have not seen the first rewards. Can someone clear up this question, (why do the days waiting for staking rewards go up and down without ever seeing a reward?) What factors change the waiting period, why arent rewards sent daily, and why do we not see rewards daily if the staking rewards are calculated and posted in a daily return time frame?
Depending on how many coins you have determines how quickly your staking weight will raise, until you've reached the point that the block is yours For example after my stake reward was earned it said 43,455 days until the next one; I have alot of coins so within a few hours it was saying 20 days and kept decreasing exponentially -> currently averaging 1-2 blocks per day. So in the case you have lets say 1 coin staking it will take a very long time to earn weight, but you will eventually find a block over the course of a long period of time. So, as an example, how many coins are in your wallet and how many times a day are you getting rewards? Inflation coin stakes exactly the amount it says it will. It works very well. I put 747k to stake on 6/13 on 6/19 i Recieved 89k and today i got 47k my total is 880k  Just for those thinking of investing yes it works. |

For hours, my lanacoin wallet just says "Out of sync". Even if I have a fast internet. Are there any problems right now with the wallet? I am not sure what is going on and how to troubleshoot it without losing my coins.
Do others get the same thing? I am not sure what is going on.

I believe your internet bandwidth doesn't matter, my wallet syncs every time i start it so it must be something wrong at your side.. Is this one time event or ... Have you changed something lately.? And don't worry about losing your coins, as long you dont delete your wallet.dat. What about your Lanacoin.conf file? Do you have it? Nodes are entered in this file? I went to %appdata%\roaming\Lanacoin but I was not able to find any Lanacoin.confg file. Though the wallet file is there and I can see it. I am not sure if something happened to the file let me see if firewall has something to do with this. You must create your own .conf file then copy and past the addnodes. But do this while the wallet is closed not open. Also remember please to back up wallet.dat file as many times as you can. Keep backups everywhere. |

Yes I agree the main post doesn't make sense. But when someone is talking about "betting" in regards to investment instruments like stocks, bonds, currencies, commodities they are usually referring to binary options. Like in 24 hours, I "bet" that Gold will be higher than it is at the moment or vice-versa. You can do this for forex and commodities easily. However due to regulations they don't have options like that. Most of the options available in the stock market are vanilla options. Basically calls and puts. I think the stock market is kiddies games ^^ and yes you are right a gamble is when you take high risks so anything can be a gamble but this OP was talking about actual gambling with betting which is ridiculous. Vanilla is always bad  |

Why did the Dev just disappear and let this coin die ? It was a very good idea killing off useless coins to get a new coins . The Dev was so amped and now it looks like he has just abandoned and given up. He was back and said he was back and said sorry then vanished again. I'm a bit sad and very disappointed about this one. It could have been great.
