Your point is not clear, If you want to ask about crypto in your thread then you itself doesn't have a knowledge about Bitcointalk forum. The platform/site where you check privacy score are usually checking how anonymous your transaction is and hence you send all btc to one wallet, that's mean that your wallet directly linked to only one wallet which is easy to investigate. If you send partial amount than there is possibility that you send remaining amount to other wallet which further linked to orher wallets give you more privacy

BTW as far as you have a btc that comes from fair source than no need to be worry about privacy score. I am saying this according to my country condition and maybe your country condition change from here.

I researched about for your question and found that some wallets like HD (Hierarchical Deterministic) wallets already mentioned by @Chloe provide the capability to generate new addresses for both receiving and sending transactions. The good things is that the wallets use a single seed phrase to derive an entire hierarchy of key pairs which allow you to create new addresses which we needed  for enhancing privacy and security. You could use HD wallets for the feature you're looking for in address generation for sending transactions and I hope your problem will be solved.

Yes reimbursing announcement already made in their tweet because ledger almost lost the trust but still there is no any best competitive of it this why still they ledger service is surviving. They are working on the signing transaction display where user will given details(how much fee will be charged, hidden fee and many other features) while signing. I think it will help experienced user to be safe in future but newbies will still repeat the same mistake.
