Royse is not against criticism.
I once criticized him for including another campaign's information on a campaign thread I was following while both were competitors despite being managed by Royse (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5434037.msg62204082#msg62204082). I didn't see Royse respond in the post, but he updated the line by editing the name of the other campaign. In other words, he heard input from campaign participants.

The more famous someone is, the bigger the challenges they face.
I hope Royse can be wiser in making any decisions in the future and establish good communication with everyone, even with competitors.

Honestly i have no problem with your campaign management. Although in case of ridiculous BTC mempool, would you consider Bitcoin sidechain (probably Rootstock or Liquid)in the future ?

@digaran most often seems to be trolling, but it cannot be denied that he knows how to be quite direct. I have to agree with him here and emphasize the importance of payment accuracy. It just happens, one complicated campaign with "risky" funds, add to that the problem with high fees in other campaigns and things can suddenly look bad. In emergencies, making the right decisions on time is crucial.

You are a good manager; however, you need to improve your communication with participants. For instance, in your MoneyPot campaign, all 32 posts I made in the just concluded week 16 were denied without any reason. It means I won't get paid. I put in a lot of effort to meet the requirements, and I still can't fathom why that happened. I understand you have the authority to do whatever you want, but it wouldn't be bad to provide a reason for denying all my posts.
