521  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: August 06, 2016, 09:00:30 AM
If you don't have any skills then you will not earn enough to survive living on bitcoin alone.

I don't think so, i know someone who don't have any skills but can earning a living with bitcoin by joining signature campaign and always seeking a free thing.
how can you earn enough money with bitcointalk signature campaigns to make a living? no signature campaign offers that much money to be able to live out of it
yep you just can't live with signature campaign unless you have a permanent job because signature campaign is not offering that much money where you will able to help you to live everyday unless you have a many accounts that you can post 80+ plus post per week then you probably you can live with signature campaign and you can also call your self a "LEGEND"

Anyone who does that is deserving to be called a legend. If there is.
I can't even manage to reach my maximum post limit with one account!

Signature campaign isn't enough to earn a living with bitcoin and even posting for signature campaign still needs a good skills epsecailly if the campaign requires to post on gambling section. you'd have to be a good writer as well.

what a bitcoin enthusiast needs to make a living would be to invest and learn trading.

Yeah the payouts from campaigns are limited and you cannot expect to get rich only with it, its good to save those earnings for future so that you can sell when price goes higher.
522  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do bitcoin accepted in your country? on: August 06, 2016, 08:56:46 AM
Hi, bitcoin users i am from the Philippines. Willing to know if bitcoin is accepted to in your country. Because right now i have used one service that allows me to pay online or shopping buy steam and load so i am wondering if bitcoin is being used or known in your country.    Huh Huh Huh Huh

The majority of people that even knows about bitcoin in my country is at 29%

Many people don't even know that it assist so lots of biz in my country don't accept bitcoin as payment, only few online exchanges are the one that can help to convert to flat currency before i can use it to bye what ever i want

That is the scenario in many countries that many people are not aware about it so we cannot expect that it will be used at physical places for buying goods.
523  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: August 06, 2016, 08:53:15 AM
I'll keep on working for coins and save thwm in my wallet then wai for the price to shoot up. I believe one day that could happen and I'll be thankful that I had known bitcoin when it's price is what it is today. Cheesy

If you want to get rich with bitcoin then you need to save it for the future, as bitcoin will be more powerful in future and price may reach to the roof which can give us good returns on our investments.
524  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price rise is over on: August 05, 2016, 07:43:25 AM
it is just the beginning in my opinion and the price is going to go up pretty soon
You are already wrong on your speculation, bitcoin already goes down and we already seen the 400$ marked again this past days, and it will continue to go down.

Bitcoin going down to $400 seems to be difficult at a moment as price has started to recover slowly again and will rise in next couple of months so its better to hold it for next few months.
525  Economy / Speculation / Re: It is Buy time! on: August 05, 2016, 07:41:16 AM
Will be buy time when price starts to fall and rise again(or not, might be a bull trap)

I don't know how low we are going this time before a recovery
i think its right time to bitcoin because the is stable and i am sure that bitcoin will be going to up faster .
of course the price of the bitcoin is going to grow a lot in the near future, in my opinion it is definitely a great time to buy your bitcoins in order to make good profit

Yeah price is good at a moment for making  an investment in bitcoin, as price is expected to go higher in future which can help us in earning higher profits.
526  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I believe in Bitcoin ? on: August 05, 2016, 07:39:37 AM
It is the right time to buy BTC as it has top $1000 dollars in value. Now it is currently 575$ per 1 BTC so you can see that there is a margin of safety for growth. So it is really a good time to buy BTC.

Exactly if we buy at current price then we can earn good profits if it reaches to $1k in the end of the year, so current price will give you higher profit margin.
527  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: August 05, 2016, 07:38:05 AM
Your only best and stable way to make a steady income is to work.
Not being on the computer 12 hours a day on this forum watching people type away their lives. But to go into the outside world and work for a living that is the only sure way you will make you financially stable and make anything of your life worth living for.
I don't know how the mod's do this all day long. They must be immobile where they are forced to sitting and being on the computer for so long day after day after day..  Roll Eyes
Well, they prefer to do the job and in every job there is a standard requirements that needs to be met, so if your thing is not like staring your computer all day you can always make a job in the real world and make money in fiat but I would tell you that signature campaign is not the only way to earn as there are many options more profitable.

There are many ways to earn bitcoins but signature campaign  guarantees us the stable and steady income on regular basis, rest involves risks and cannot expect steady income from them.
528  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: August 05, 2016, 07:35:52 AM
Price is always matter, if you don't care about it, better not to use bitcoin, at my opinion every bitcoin user should care about it and make our future better.

Yeah we all care about the price of bitcoin. My understanding is that eventually the price will become stable and we don't to speculate anymore.
Today it's all about speculation.

The stableness of it will not happen yet. It will be for a long time. For there are lot of bitcoin to be mined. It is still at its young stage. We just have to sit for now and go with the wave.
Yeah! and not just simply waiting, we should do productive things and my priority for now is investing. We should invest now while it is in the early stage as the money it will to mainstream we will be ripping our rewards for our faith in bitcoin.
Investing fiat in bitcoin is a good thing to do, but investing bitcoin in any online site is very risky as majority of sites are turning out to be a scam so we need to be very careful  before investing.
529  Economy / Economics / Re: is bitcoin can be a fiat money? on: August 05, 2016, 07:33:57 AM
Hope one day bitcoin will be a fiat money.  Hope that there will be an atm for bitcoin which already have in other country, but it would be nice if it will be available just like the regular atms.

It would be possible if we will continue to support bitcoin and if many people will know what is bitcoin, its value, and what it is capable of.  Surely, ten years from now or sooner it will become a fiat money.

I don't think that is ever possible in future as bitcoin will never gain physical form in future, its a digital currency and same will be the scenario in future too.
530  Other / Off-topic / Re: Have you ever lost Bitcoin? on: August 05, 2016, 07:29:15 AM
Have you ever lost Bitcoin?

If that happened, why?   Was it your own fault,  or were you scammed?
Yeah it was my fault when I try to gamble all of my bitcoin (0.8+ BTC LOSE) but I got scammed also on here and other forum totally ($20 BTC)
And the last is I got scammed in several cloud mining ponzi (Lose Over $50+ BTC).

I think you should learn from your mistakes and should stay away from gambling and ponzi schemes as in long run you will surely loose everything that you have, safest way is to save them for future.
531  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: August 05, 2016, 07:27:23 AM
It is difficult to introduce bitcoin to other people because not all are like us that always connected to internet, or they are not so interest to this. Anyway, here in our country I think we still don't have a shop for bitcoin only a exchange site/app. I want to spend my bitcoin as currency someday.

You can spend it online at a moment, as its really difficult to find any physical shop where we can spend our coins directly as still majority of people are not aware about it.
532  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WORST decision about BTC on: August 05, 2016, 07:25:55 AM
My worst decision probably is losing all my earnings in gambling. Because all I have to do is click the withdraw button then I am out but my greediness kicks in and decided to to double my earnings. I was left empty-handed.
yeah, gambling used to be my huge problem either though i managed to escape it right now and i dont gamble my money any more that was a great decision to make for me

Hey any tips on controlling gambling addiction? Please help us. And also is it hard in doing it, what alternatives did you do to stay away from it?
Gambling addiction is one of the hardest problems to stop. If possible make a permanent commitment to stop gambling. Surround yourself with people to whom you're accountable. Avoid tempting environments and websites. Give up control of your finances (at least at first) Find healthier activities to replace gambling.

The only gamble I am doing right now is Stock Investing compared to the risk of betting it is low as if you have fair knowledge to what you buy for sure you won't be overcome with emotion. So I suggest now to stay away in gambling but you go for the safer and easier way.

People who are addicted to gambling will never quit gambling as they want quick money and gambling is the only way to get there, but they forget that gambling is also an fastest way to loose money.
533  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: July 25, 2016, 10:47:10 AM
When investing you are risking a lot and you might end up having nothing. But it's also not so easy to just save your money - they might be stolen or they might lose their value. So think twice before making a decision. I think it's better to just save.

it depends on where you invest your money in. if you put your money into hyip's and other obvious scams just because they offer "high returns" then you'll surely end up on the losing side. if you stick to holding your coins safely in cold storage, then there is not much that can go wrong. holding bitcoin is probably the least risky form of investing. just make sure you're not panic selling when the price does happen to go down. just relax and everything will be just fine.

Yeah even if we see price drops we need to have patience and hold it tightly for the future as price will be on the roofs in future which will help us in making huge profits from it.
534  Economy / Economics / Re: I have 12 BTC in my Account, How should I invest this?? on: July 25, 2016, 10:44:35 AM
Just wait and holding all your 12 bitcoins in your wallet until the halving come. Because i think the price of bitcoin will increase when the halving come, and when it happen, go sell all your bitcoin.
well the halving came but nothing too good happened, in my opinion the price might only grow after a few years but that would need a lot of holding of your bitcoins
yeah we've been through halving and 2 weeks later after halving come. there is no difference whatsoever on the price of bitcoin? then I think is it pump occurred before halving come? because before halving comes a higher price than today? so I think you should be able to take advantage of opportunities as possible. halving not necessarily provide an advantage. you could see today

Whenever its allowing you to make profits you should sell it instead of holding as if you hold and if price drops in future then you will regret for not selling them.
535  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: July 25, 2016, 10:42:12 AM
no i am not going to quit my job. it is my way of earning and the earning from bitcoin i consider it as an extra income and it just fulfill my pocket money.
I think it's not a problem for make bitcoin as an extra income, because the work on bitcoin is easy and only takes a little time. if you can still divide their time between working at a real job bitcoin and I think that's not a problem to have two jobs. but if it disturb you. you have to choose one among the two jobs it?

There is not much time consumption if you are only doing signature campaign. But other jobs like campaign managers, or escrows or traders will need more time to do their job. If their online jobs can be more productive than their offline jobs, then I think they can consider switching and leave their jobs for bitcoin. Otherwise, yeah, doing bitcoin as part time is always good.

If you have multiple ways of earning bitcoins then you can afford to quit your job but if you are earning it from a single way then it will be good as an extra income.

Yes that's the only way to shift to full time bitcoin worker, if you have a lot of sources of income with bitcoin. But you must have assurance that it is going to be stable at all even the price of bitcoin is not stable at all. It is going to depend on how you are going to manage your time.
If you can work with bitcoin full time.

Yeah and you need to make sure that you are earning descent and big amount regularly so even if price drops in future you can still have an comfortable life.
536  Other / Off-topic / Re: du you spend coins on real life. on: July 25, 2016, 10:38:42 AM
In real life i will spent it yesterday i need cash so i convert it in peso. We used bitcoin for only pay bills but if we need it to buy any thing we convert it in cash so we do spent money from bitcoin. Some people here in philippines they did not know how to use bitcoin but i think many of them heard about bitcoin.

Same is the scenario in my country where people have heard about bitcoins but not using it as they feel its risky to invest money it and have a feeling that it will not survive in long run.
I think people who have often used the Internet to be familiar with bitcoin. but the question is why they do not join
with bitcoin? perhaps because they think that bitcoin is not so mainstream and they are still difficult to use bitcoin?

Bitcoin is very new to them and they don't want to risk their money in something which they really don't know as they always have an fear of loosing their money.
537  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you accept bitcoin as your salary? on: July 25, 2016, 10:31:11 AM
Nah some users here is accept it already because we know much members already participate in Signature Campaign that you will get BTC for your post, like me so yes I accept it.

Payouts from signature campaign are not too high so we cannot consider it as an salary its just taking care of our basic stuffs and it would be risky to accept salary in bitcoins.

I agree that payouts from signature campaign are not that really high it is just good to consider as part time income. But if my boss is going to pay me bitcoin as my salary, I'm going to think for it many times. Because the chance is 50/50 , 50% risky and 50% profitable.
As the price of bitcoin is not stable at all.

Yeah we cannot expect stable income from bitcoin as price keeps on moving up and down and if you accept salary in bitcoin then your earnings will depend on its price which can be very risky.
538  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: July 25, 2016, 10:19:37 AM
If you are sure that bitcoin price will increase then don't sell you bitcoins rather invest it on Bitfinex.com

Or if you think you should be on safe side then i prefer exchange of bitcoins for $ on the site and investing it there.

Investing some of them can be good, and rest should be saved for the future so even if your investment doesn't work then the coins that are saved will take care of you in future.

Yes it is a good thing if you are going to put some of it into investments. But for me, I will just going to hold it until the price is going to satisfy me.
And after satisfying with the price I'm going to think about if going to invest it or I will just going to convert it to fiat immediately.
And going to put a real investment or business.
Yeah investing in real life business is an right thing to do to earn regular profits and you know that it will also survive for long term if you work hard on it.
539  Other / Archival / Re: Where you get Bitcoin ? on: July 25, 2016, 10:16:48 AM
Signature Campaign, working on such site to get bitcoin also sometime invest on ponzi but not too often as because I know its risk and faucet.
I think it would be useless if you use the faucet income or income from signature campaign to invest in ponzi site. I think there is nothing you can expect earning from a ponzi. almost mostly I often experience a loss rather than a profit in ponzi

Ponzi is a best way to loose your investments, as they will promise you to give huge returns but in long run they will run away with your hard earned money.
540  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do bitcoin accepted in your country? on: July 25, 2016, 10:14:36 AM
Yes it is but im hoping for more store will accept bitcoin as part of their mode of payment because as of now hotels and some online shop and few store are only accepting bitcoin. It is good because bitcoin now has a great value that is why i feel i have a discount every transactions.
just like my country. bicoin not banned in the country. but still very few people using bitcoin so you can know that hardly any merchants that accept bitcoin as a payment method.
I hope the deployment of bitcoin could get to my country quickly

Most of the users are facing the same problem of not able to spend it at any local places, as majority of countries are not into bitcoin yet, and it will take long time to happen.
