I haven't found any information about the taxation of the capital gain with Bitcoin & the cryptocurrency in general in Hungary ?
Is there any law for the moment ? Or someone has a competent perso on this subject ?

Theorically you have to pay tax after it as any other product you sell, and you even have to pay taxes for mining. So it's not a specific law, it's the same like you get incomes from any other business or undertaking. Yeah, shitty, but you can avoid it if you withdraw less than 1 million Forints in a specific time, so you can fly under the radar. But a lawyer should know the details. I think it's more complicated. And i have real doubt if there is a competent lawyer in Hungary, specialized in the cryptocurrencies. Ok in US, everybody will pay tax (capital gain if you buy and sell cryptocurrency with profit, or income issued from the mining). In Europe, there is nothing for the moment, no law, no jurisprudence, not considered like a currency, 0 information from the NAV, it's seems a grey zone. Only Denmark in EU, formalized a real status for Bitcoin, with 0 tax. Yes there is no specific law, that's why you have to pay after it like every other income. It's not a currency but a porduct. Tbh I was into this problem a year ago, maybe they changed something about it since then, but I highly doubt. |

Azért kérdem a dual miningolást, mert múltkor SIAval dualoztam egy picit, de ott az ETH hash nagyon visszaesett, ezt pedig nem szeretném. Ha jól tudom prioritást lehet beállítani a Claymoreon.
Claymorenál például mineren belül meg tudod adni az egyes feszültségeket és frekvenciákat. Afterburnert annyira nem ismerem, nekem ASUS kártyáim vannak, nem igazán szeretik az afterburnert, de ha mindent be tudsz rajta állítani, akkor végül is az sem gond. A dual mining meg akkor érdemes igazából, ha annyira nem keresed az optimális sebesség/fogyasztás arányt, mert pl fix áramot fizetsz stb. és nem annyira számít a fogyasztás. Szerintem a legegyszerűbb, ha keresel valami referenciasebességet a kártyáidhoz, és próbálod akörül kihozni a lehető legkevesebb feszültséggel és core clockkal amíg még stabil sima ETH bányászással. Ha befektetésnek szánod, akkor igazából ennyinek elégnek kell lennie, jelen pillanatban ha eladásra bányászol nem hiszem, hogy nagyon megérné, akkor már inkább használnék nicehash minert, fix bitcoinban kapnád a rewardot attól függetlenül, hogy mit bányászol. Az eladásra való bányászást miért nem tartod rentábilisnak? Igazából ez nézőpont kérdése, ha úgy gondolod, hogy neked megéri, akkor természetesen semmi akadálya, csak mondjuk havi 70-80 dollár profit GPU-nként, ha 24/7-ben bányászol annyira nem kecsegtető, viszont ha kicsit kockáztatsz, és számításba veszed, hogy az ETH-nek még bőven van hova nőnie, akkor talán hosszabb távon jobban megéri tartogatni, főleg most, hogy az ár jelen pillanatban stagnál, de a diff emelkedik. Ennél a coinnál kicsit furcsán mennek a dolgok, a közösség inkább a bejelentésekre reagál és a hírekre, a diff és a minerek száma kevésbé releváns az ár tekintetében. Természetesen, ha mondjuk azt is számításba veszed, hogy szeretnéd visszakapni a GPUk árát előbb, akkor érthető, hogy először a befektetésed megtérülésére mész és egyből eladásra viszed és onnantól végül is már csak hasznot hoz. Persze ez csak az én személyes véleményem. Nyilván alap próbálgatásokat már csináltam, de komolyan még nem vágtam bele, mert egy stabilan működő rendszert akartam először. Úgy tűnik talán mostanra az összes gyerekbetegséget kiszűrtem és beállt.
Mi a realitása RX580/RX480 kártyával történő ETH bányászás esetén max. hash ratre, és közben min. fogyasztásra? Tehát nem olyan érdekel hogy 10 percig megy aztán újraindul, lefagy a gép. Ilyen már volt sok :-)

Néhány kérdésedre talán tudok válaszolni, bár nem biztos, hogy teljes mértékben ezeket a válaszokat vártad. Az optimális bányászás sajnos nem úgy működik, hogy van egy beállítás és az mindenkinek működik, mivel gyakorlatilag két egyforma kártya nem létezik. Persze vannak irányadó értékek, de sok mindent figyelembe kell venni. Ez kísérleti "tudomány", az optimális teljesítményt úgy éred el, hogy elindulsz egy beállításról, megnézed, hogy mi az a maximális alulfeszelés illetve core downclocking, ami mellett a kártya még a maximális hashratet hozza (stabilan). Persze ez attól is függ, hogy milyen minert használsz, és milyen drivert hozzá, illetve szoktak használni moddolt BIOS-t, de ez már egy kicsit bonyolultabb téma, plusz garanciális kártyánál nem biztos, hogy kísérletezni kell vele. A legnépszerűbb claymore dual minere, de itt azt is hozzá kell számolni, hogy van devfee is, de egyre többen használnak pont emiatt SGminert és sokan esküsznek is rá (ezt személyesen még nem teszteltem). Ha mindenképpen dual miningot akarsz, akkor Decredet érdemes, az elég szép növekedést produkált az elmúlt időszakban, de ha claymore-t használsz hozzá, akkor itt magasabb devfee is van, itt is személyes preferencia, hogy megéri-e neked a plusz teljesítmény és hő, amit a kártyák termelnek. Más aktív magyar fórumról nem tudok, egyelőre sajnos kicsi a közösségünk, bár most talán többen felfigyelnek a cryptoworldre, egyre több említést kap a technológia a médiumokban. Remélem tudtam valamennyit segíteni. Köszi a választ! Igen, azt tudom hogy minden kártya más és más. Magam is próbálgatom az állítgatást az Afterburnerrel. Van amelyik kártya szépen tuningolható, a másik ugyanolyan csak gyári értékekkel megy. Itt inkább tapasztalat érdekelne, hogy RX480/580 kategóriában pl. mi az elfogadható TDP 10W eltéréssel mondjuk. Olvastam egészen csodás dolgokat, de a fali fogyasztásmérő valahogy mindig mást mutat. Érdekes ez, hogy a kryptoközösség szűk annak fényében, hogy videokártyát nem kapni itthon sem sehol, ami potenciálisan szóba jöhet. Alapozva ezt arra, hogy egyes fórumokon nagyon sokan keresik ezeket a kártyákat itthon is. A dualmining meg azért lehet érdekes, mert ha pl. a Claymorenál prioritásban beállítható, hogy akkor farmolja a Decredet ha nincs meló ETH-ban, ezzel is mintegy a kártya kiterheltségét optimalizálni. Kérdésként merült fel bennem az, hogy pl. a Nanopoolon a bányászgép neve mellé van egy rating is. Vajon az pl. befolyásolhatja-e azt, hogy mennyi munkát adnak? Amúgy csak egy megérzés a részemről, de ez a cryptocurrency technológia elég komoly fejlődés előtt áll és élvonalbeli technológia. Mutatja ezt az iránta tanúsított érdeklődés.
