There is one thing that I learned being a trader for not so long, that is to control your emotions. Yes, emotions, I learned that if you are going to use it not your mind or knowledge about trading, you will lose a lot, yes, I did lose a lot but of course, I learned an important lesson and with that, I know how to use or make trades.
Actually emotion can only make you lost the more important thing you better know is the news so you can sell it or buy it earlier when the news you heard might give high impact on the price. Emotion will only came if you make a late reaction even you already have idea about the given news and how these news will affect the market. You are right, emotions will always make us to loose hopes in the market, even though people try to analyze the market situation, but sometime it will not help them to make a profit. Of course, sometimes the news from the company will not help us to reach our desired target and this will surely create panic for the trader. |

Agree with you that USDT is not really safe, its price may collapse if there is FUD like in 2019. But you may be a little confused about USD and USDT, basically both are the same together. The exchange rate between USD and USDT is always equal because USDT is guaranteed by USD Agree, in 2019 we have seen some negative rumors about the USDT coin, but later again the price of coin start reaching to the same value. Of course, now we are seeing there are many other stable coins which recently Binance exchange has been launching the stable coins. |

Part of me doesn't believe we are. As once this all is over, I wouldn't be surprised if people's wallets spring back out once they are receiving a consistent pay cheque again.
I agree that the whole situation and predictions depend on.situation with corona virus. Having in mind how it looks now it seems that it might last for a few months now and that is not good, that will definetely be trigger for recession.and no one can't predict how deep it will be and how long it will last. Many people's existence will be endangered that is for sure and at current point I don't think that recession in most countries in the world can't be avoided anymore. See most of the countries are affected by this Covid-19, there are some countries very serious about the lockdown in order to control the spreading of these diseases. As long as there are many covid-19 infected persons, the cirsis will not yet end. We should expect more crashes in all financial market because the virus is still spreading in different countries. Right now there approximately 800,000 plus active cases around the world and it is not yet the worst because the virus is really contagious. This crisis is worst than the 2008 crisis. I think it will take more months or even a year in order to fully recovered in this current crisis.

I am currently bullish on bitcoin and hoping the market recover soon. We don't have any reason why bitcoin should fall and going below $4000 is out of the equation. Bitcoin might get better before the halving if the covid19 pandemic is reduced to controllable major.

It's too much for a crap exchange site like coinmarketcap which always helping scammer. I personally will prefer to see binance will try to acquire crypto rank rather than MCAP. it looks like that binance is looking for the traffic that has already acquired by MCAP site. Not for advertising, now most of the people are searching coins through CMC, which many people are losing their money through fake pumps which are listed in the CMC. Once if Binance acquires CMC there is a huge change in terms of listing because the will be in a selective manner in order to eliminate fraudulent. |

Leasehold is going to Rent out properties for private people (not owned by leasehold) and profit. (Leasehold just signed their 5th contract)
Leasehold is also going to buy and own Property , and then Rent out that Property on Partner sites such as airbnb, booking.com.
So the company will draw profit from 2 main sources,
1.owned properties ,
2.properties we do not own, but Lease out.

The annual yield is not yet determined caused by it needs more time to launch ethereum POS system. As far as i know if the annual yield already expected to be around 3% - 10%. This is just my prediction based on some opinions from the experts and the ethereum core developers. You are right, based on the other predictions people are spreading the news about the annual yield, I hope it will take some more month to release the POS system for ETH. I think I quite agree with you, the project team needs to have a strong marketing team and also need to create crypto invests that will attract investors but that being said,bounty hunters play very important role in publicising the project,most crypto investors get to see these projects and the hype will attract them to making research. Bounty hunters are also helpful.
Honestly, if the project had a great marketing team, they wouldn't need to have bounty. And their projects will surely get noticed by their projects in cooperation with major exchanges and investors. Only weak and unqualified projects do bounty to attract investors here, which is why we see very few successful projects in 2019 and this year. Even companies like Aternity, Tezos, Binance conducted their bounty promotions during at the time of their ICO, not only marketing team they need to have an efficient development team and it will surely help them to get more awareness about the project. The longer it laid out the lowest it will get, people are dumping why buy when you can get it free and if you already have it in your wallet and you have kick token, you are going to dump your shares and just wait for them to unlock the their airdrops, unless they take action now and roll out the unclocking procedures or set up the exchange we'll see it go to zero. As of now, they didn't mention anything about releasing the Airdropped coins and yes, you are right, people who got the airdropped token will dump them once they give authorizations.
