C-CEX holidays vacations!
From December, 20 till approximately January 20 we will switch to "limited service" mode for New Year vacations.
We will: provide trading service, API trading service, C-CEX codes creation and redeeming, fiat deposits and withdrawals.
We will not: provide all cryptocoin and tokens deposits and withdrawals, support ticket service.
If you need your cryptocurrency to trade here or elsewhere during "limited service" period - please, deposit or withdraw it before December, 20. Please, do not send any deposits during "limited service" period as they will not be posted to balances.
We will resume normal service after January, 20. We may resume normal service earlier.

i withdrawal 1 ether cut on my main balance but did not received on my adress and did not show on history they told us 1 week earlier they would ha go in holidays and stopping the withdrawals except fiat ones... |

I hope they fix XVG wallet before 20th January... anyway Fiat withdrawal are working, I withdrawn USD with Payeer and everything worked fine.

guys I repeat once, the XVG and other coins aren't missing (until now). Click on "LEDGER" in the left menubar and you will see all your coins. Only thise wallets are "missing" because are in maintenance mode (probably till 20th january) since nobody can fix them.

anyway I don't know how difficult is for C-CEX ceo for calling a technician to fix the server issues. I have no problems waiting the 20th of January for withdrawal, but I'd like to trade and now is impossibile.

What i say is it's written since 3-5 days "limited access and come back on january" so i don't see the point of complaigning every two minutes they will not come back sooner. it isn't written limited access... it's writte LIMITED SERVICE, it's very different.. |

They also said the website would had run during these "holidays" instead they put it down. Have you seen the error 502? It means the website is offline. |

I don't know if they come back. Leaving the site broken without any kind of support gives a bad feeling to me. They announced their holidays on 14th december, just a week ago when the server started being totally unstable. They never wrote anything about these issues and everytime we opened a ticket just answered with generic solutions. They didn't mention at all about server problems. In my opinion something strange happened, maybe when they return on 20th everything will be fine, but they didn't mention at all about continous maintanance. Now it's impossible to trade anything and who know what will happen.

anyway going away leaving the server in this situation it's incredible, how they feel thinking at their customers? It's not professional, when people have the chance of withdrawing everything on this site they will run away and never return to C-CEX. I never seen something similar in my gambler life.

I hope somebody could call the C-CEX ceo and ask him to get a technician who can restore all the wallets down..
