Facciamo un esempio possibile : ho 1000 BTC, praticamente una milionata di euro. Inizio a vendere con bonifico e prima di dare nell'occhio cioè che mi bloccano il conto riesco a venderli tutti. Chiaramente sono segnalato e mi bussano alla porta (perchè ho 1 milione di euro sul conto, ma ripeto, di gente con 1000 BTC in mano ce n'e eccome)

Se equitalia o qualunque altro ente più contestarmi qualcosa di non dichiarato lo può fare solo perchè da qualche parte (parlando molto in generale) è indicato cosa e come avrei dovuto dichiarare ma allora è possibile dichiarare ed essere a posto col fisco.

Se invece, non esiste legge allora nessuno può contestarmi niente.

Io sono un matematico, non un commerciale, ma quello che ho appena detto è pure logica matematica applicata sulla lingua italiana

Se Non B (non dichiarare) implica C (Denuncia Al Fisco)

Decidono in quante parti dividere questa potenza X, esempio 300.

Quindi abbiamo 300 Shares (condivisioni).
Sia X la potenza, ad esempio 3000GH allora 1 Shares = 10 GH Di potenza a diciamo 0.05 BTC a Shares

Tu compri 10 Shares, quindi 0.5 BTC. Hai il diritto a ricevere BTC con pagamento temporale solitamente settimanale, di 10 Shares X Potenza, in questo caso 10 X 10 GH = 100 GH.

Quindi è come se ti fossi comprato un minatore da 100 GH gestito da terzi che posseggono l'hardware ma hanno anche lo sbattimento di gestirlo. Tu vieni pagato per la tua parte e non ti devi preoccupare di altro.

Chiaramente, per quel che ne puoi sapere, io potrei anche puntare il minatore su altre monete molto più profittabili e poi pagarti in BTC in maniera "proporzionalmente ragionevole" secondo i calcoli di un "Bitcoin calculator".

Io non butterei mai 6000 GH di potenza su BTC, ma solo su monete alternative

No, you cannot buy/sell to yourself.
There's a routine in the Algorithm to Exclude your price from the possible price of a new order/recreated order.
Routine is called "DontSellBuyToMyself" 

Portfolio value is a little "tricky".
It's too simple, and is never the real value of your coins.

Let's do an example :

If you have 100 XXX Coins

And in the relative markets best Buy orders are

Buy 1@10
Buy 10000@0.5
Buy 10000@0.4
Buy 10000@0.3
etc

And someone buy 0.5@10, current situation become :


Buy 0.5@10
Buy 10000@0.5
Buy 10000@0.4
Buy 10000@0.3
etc

And Last Trade is 0.5@10

Your estimated portfolio value is 100*10 = 1000 BTC

Other 2 orders 0.5@10 And 2000@0.5 -> 0.5 is the last trade

Your estimated portfolio value is 100*0.5 = 50 BTC

You have lost 950 BTC

It depends.....if it's a order create CAT will retry to create the calculated order.
But if Cryptsy didn't refund your account for previous orders deleted, you continue get "Insufficient XXX in your account".

If i don't set a limit, CAT will risk to freeze forever in the market.....

Yes, and i think there are other 4 servers on the way...

Today Cryptsy is faster than yesterday and CAT too
