5201  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Thailand government seeks measures to tackle the problems of illegal gambling. on: January 26, 2021, 10:03:36 AM

"Other than horse racing and the lottery, all forms of gambling are illegal under the Thailand Gambling Act of 1935. The penalties range from 500 to 5000 baht (about $15 to $150). ... There are over 50,000 arrests a year for gambling in Thailand."

"National Lottery is the only form of legal gambling that most people in Thailand have access to. This began in 1974. Today drawings are held on first and sixteenth day of every month"

So as you see all gambling games are illegal, so this illegal casinos can't get any licenses... It's not what I thought at first!

They are making money from those arrests instead of taxes if gambling is legal, 50000 arrest is big money for the coffer of the government, but these illegal gambling operators are making more money than the government arrest, somebody out there in the government should recommend making gambling legal this is for the government's additional revenue and also to avoid corruption.
5202  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think that bitcoin could hit 10 million ever? on: January 26, 2021, 09:37:22 AM
Do you think that bitcoin could have a market cap of around 200 trillion? Is it feasible?

For ten years nobody has thought that Bitcoin could hit 5 digits, almost everyone thinks that it's a bubble that was ready to explode, but look what Bitcoin has achieved now, ten million looks impossible but we never know what's going to happen in the next five years, the Cryptocurrency market keeps surprising us with many new milestones, it seems anything is possible here.
5203  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua on: January 25, 2021, 12:44:22 PM

If this fight will be a controversial fight, people will be more excited to see a rematch, another money making opportunity.  Grin

Will only happen if the fight will end in a DRAW or a split decision, but if it's a KO win then there's no need for a rematch, unless stated in the contract and the loser of the fight will request for a rematch, however, less attraction compared to the first fight.

I read that they agreed to a two-fight deal, even if there's a knock out they deserve to have a two-fight deal and there's a possibility of a trilogy if they have it one for each other, with two great fighters in the caliber of Joshua and Fury they need two fights so we'll know who really is the best fighter between the two, there's should be domination on these two fighters to declare who is the greatest and the best.
5204  Economy / Speculation / Re: $27000 or $35000? Which will Bitcoin head to at the end of Jan.? on: January 25, 2021, 12:15:00 PM
Is the dip this time filling the gaps or bearish reversion?

With only 6 days to go, I don't think Bitcoin will crash to $25000, there's a possibility that it will hit $35000 if whales decide to pump the market to hit the $35000 level, I'm also hoping that we stay in the $30000 level before the end of the year, February is something we look forward to another achievement and milestone.
5205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Kraken Delists XRP on: January 25, 2021, 06:29:14 AM

The worst thing for ripple will happen soon.

It could happen in three to four months it's not even a month and yet so many things happened on XRP, some top exchanges are delisting it, it is still listed in our local exchange but for how long the worse is yet to come for Ripple, investors who are still holding their XRP should have a backup plan in case the worse scenario happens, Ripple has become a risky investment to hold now, it could go from dip to crash.
5206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: You can lose transfering and withdrawing on: January 25, 2021, 05:16:36 AM
well, we can't avoid the high fees from each exchange. one way to reduce fees is to use 1 exchange, or use another token that has an inexpensive fee, such as TRX, or other coins. I still do this to reduce the fees that exist in each market.

I encounter this many times I have a lot of tokens that need Ethereum to transact, I tried to purchase on my local exchange and they are charging me $30 to transfer to another Ethereum wallet and it's only $100 eth so I can use it to gas my transaction, my only hope is to withdraw from one gambling site I'm working on whereas the fee is not that expensive.
5207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: People die from heart attack when they hit the jackpot. on: January 25, 2021, 01:23:03 AM
That's not a good way to die, you are trying to better your life by betting in a lottery but it finally comes, you cannot enjoy it anymore because of a heart attack, only your children can enjoy the jackpot, winning the jackpot if you are not prepared to receive the news can cause a heart attack
these people may not aware of their condition because a heart attack is deadly and a traitor disease, so if you are a bettor be sure you can take it if you win millions of dollars in a lottery.
5208  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can BTC go down to <$5k again now? on: January 25, 2021, 12:31:30 AM
Nothing is impossible in the Cryptomarket where there's a lot of FUDS and manipulation, and there could be a similar situation like CoVid where the price drops to $5k, it's very important to watch out what's coming to get the real-time update and look in the current news that might have an impact in the market so you can prepare if there is a huge crash.
5209  Economy / Speculation / Re: FUDS are big Confirmations that were in a Bull Market!!!!!! on: January 24, 2021, 10:30:34 AM
I remember the 2017 multiple FUDS from China banning Bitcoin and the Jamie Dimon btc scam FUDS and FUDS from everywhere to dip the price so they can buy CHEAPER lmao.

You will never get FUDS in a bear market.

Isn't this just blatantly obvious. Wink

Old school Market Manipulation.

Old school market manipulation will not work if you are an old investor but new investors, are likely to believe it because their foundation of belief in how the market works are not that strong if you know the market it's history and who and where these FUDS are coming FUDS will not have an effect on how you will decide on your investment.
5210  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can you really 'Sell High and Buy Low' in this 2020 BITCOIN Bull Run? on: January 24, 2021, 10:04:14 AM
Is it really possible to 'Sell High and Buy Low' in this bull run?

First I sold some at 19600 hoping it will pull back before crossing 20k and I will buy back at 'LOW'. It never pulled back.

Then I sold some again at $25k milestone, hoping that it will pull back which never did.  I then sold some at $25800 hoping it will pull back before going further. And again it never pulled back.  BITCOIN is just going ATH after ATH.  BTC is setting new ATH every day, if not every hour  Grin  I stopped selling now  Cool

It's not like I am complaining, far from it!  I am enjoying every bit of it.  But how can we really follow the mantra of 'Sell High Buy Low' Huh Tongue

You can only follow that rule buy low sell high if you are patient and you can follow the market, it's hard to check the hint when the price is going down but every dip is every opportunity if I have the funds I usually buy on every dip by a small amount, I still have an allocation whenever there is a dip, and even if the price goes up, I will have a good profit, it's important to always have a room, you never know when the bottom will hit.
5211  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Another insane win!! $ 1B mega million jackpot on: January 24, 2021, 07:28:21 AM
Wowow, from a simple man to almost a billionaire! I would have died of happiness and heart-attack! If I was the man however, I would have chosen the first option, that is getting one initial amount and then annual payments for next 29-30 years which means I'll never be poor even if I'm gambling addict, I wouldn't be able to gamble away or lose the whole funds! However taking one time huge amount can be very very risky!

Very lucky guy, indeed, I will also opt for one big initial payment and from them on annual payment for the next 29 years, I also choose this so I will not handle my money recklessly, there is a big temptation to do this if you have a big amount of money in your hands, especially if this is the first time that you are holding that big amount of money.
5212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will DeFi help ethereum reach it's old 4 figure value? on: January 24, 2021, 06:59:55 AM
Ethereum is growing popularity has largely been attributed to the rising interest in DeFi projects, what's going on? Will ethereum finally be able to leave it's 3 figure value?

The number of daily addresses interacting with ETH has surge in the past 24 hours to a Two Years single day high of 486,000 addresses! The last time Ethereum's address activity was this high was on May 5th, 2018

There's a big possibility it will, DeFi plays a major factor in why Ethereum is one of the most talked about tokens in the community it's a concept that begets a lot of project,s and all of this because of DeFi, and the high transaction fee is also one of the reasons why Ethereum is getting a lot of users, it's on an all-time high in terms of transactions.
5213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Any other place to sell, buy, trade cryptocurrencies without internet connnecttion on: January 24, 2021, 06:11:03 AM
The following company enables users to sell, buy or trade cryptocurrencies without the need to connect to the internet. This sounds too good to be true isn’t it?

https://allohash.com/

I want to know about this futher more 🙂

I don't think I will go on this one in my everyday trading activity, I want real-time update something I cannot find in a text messaging service although this is interesting and good for traders who are in far-flung places and they need to trade, this is good only for back up but not for your daily trading, let's see their potential, they need to promote it through the Cryptocurrency community.
5214  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin can hit $50k? on: January 23, 2021, 06:21:28 AM
How do you think when the bitcoin price can hit $50k?

How, is when the institutions that are investing have doubled, when? is when they are buying continuously and there is a strong motivation to buy just like what happened before the end of 2021, these are the two factors that will make it happen institutions supporting and are coming in buying, like the case of PayPal where they announced that they are continuously buying Bitcoin and other top coins.
5215  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs. Avni Yildirim - February 27 on: January 23, 2021, 02:17:11 AM
It will be an all too easy match for Canelo against a semi-unknown opponent Yildirim who hasn't been training for quite a while so out of shape, maybe he could have chosen a more challenging opponent

You don't need an analysis to figure who will win in this match we all know who is going to win the match but we can analyze what round will Canelo knock Avni Yildirim, this is a walk in the park for Canelo Alvarez, people are wondering why to take a very easy boxer to beat, there are active boxers there who can go all out in the ring and offer excitement to the fight, it's a boring fight when there is a mismatch.
5216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the point of so many cryptocurrencies? on: January 23, 2021, 02:00:09 AM
Hi,
I was browsing about 50 pages here https://www.blockchain.com/prices?page=50 then I gave up and googled it...there are more than 2000 cryptocurrencies!
Why?
The fiat tends to reduce thanks to EUR, what's the purpose of so many cryptos?

thanks

It's not only 2000 it's more than that since the introduction of the first Cryptocurrency Bitcoin because it's open-source people can easily create their own coin, and when Ethereum came along with it's token creation platform, everything becomes so easy to create a toke, and with this many companies, individuals and groups are creating their own token for their concept or product, it has something to do with greed because with their token they can launch ceowdfunding.
5217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet experience on: January 22, 2021, 10:27:39 AM
I have similar experience with Oikos it's not showing on Tronlink and Trust wallet but they are showing on other wallet specific for Oikos if you have this kind of issue it's better to ask the community about specific wallet that can be use for that token, it comes with compatibility, same with Ethereum based token it will not show on MyCrypto wallet you have to add it manually and sometimes on Metamask too.
5218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple is dying on: January 22, 2021, 09:21:52 AM
A lot of people are predicting that ripple is dead, while some are of the opinion that it might recover after all. Recently, there have been some talks over whether Ripple should go head to head with SEC in court or settle.

What is your opinion on this matter?

Ripple built its reputation and its name over the years I don't think it will give up just like that without a fight, they have slipped a notch on their standing, and the price is dipping but not crashing, they are going to do something about it to turn the tide, I already posted on one thread that it's a high-risk investment, but on the other hand if they turn this around those who accumulate will yield a huge profit, it's a gamble that you have to think if you want to take.
5219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ripple XRP Price in january 2021 on: January 22, 2021, 12:45:07 AM
Few days ago big case of Ripple company  this case is big issue in XRP COIN Price down this time. this issue is only USA person and usa related exchanges no big issue in other exchenges .  This time All coin pumping and what is possible to recover high price just like other crypto currency in crypto bull i thing XRP  just  short timeing  recovering in good price  whats your opinion in XRP price moving in  january 2021

They are not yet releasing positive on their case because there is none to release, and if they if they are not taking any action price will eventually go down, I now consider Ripple to be a high risk investment, but on second thought those whales who like to gamble might find Ripple the best coin to accumulate if at the end of all of this, Ripple come out safe and they allow to go on, there's a possibility of huge drop to 10 cents.
