I hope users visit the thread I created to highlight some of the underhanded tactics employed by Ray from Adkinsbet.

Their plan to use sock-puppets has backfired, they are now with zero reputation but they still have time to turn things around and become respectful, they just need to stop using sock-puppets and address the outstanding scam accusations.

5222  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The Rock Trading Scam www.therocktrading.com Exchange Review fraud opinion on: February 02, 2021, 06:26:41 PM
Funds were converted in euro by the account owner at current market prices of those times.

Of course we do have full transaction logs on file.

Thank you

Edit: Last conversion on log was made on:  March 02, 2018 15:39

with a btc remaining balance of: 0.00000488 BTC

Yes that is correct, I remember reading about that request to convert to EUR before withdrawal and then when it was blocked I think myself and maybe several others asked if it would be possible to allow Coinfan to withdraw crypto to their wallet as that also would have avoided the whole unfolding of events that occurred in this thread after that request was declined.

Anyway, I am elated that this issue seems to be heading to a conclusion. In the end as long as the OP received their funds then that is paramount as far as I am concerned because going over 3 years without access to funds of that magnitude would seriously affect a lot of people.

I really did not like the way you went about ensuring to make things very difficult for the OP because they opened this scam accusation thread and challenged you and your tactics openly but you should not have created an environment where the OP had no choice but to do it and one where both parties are taking legal action against one another. Hopefully the legal action and court fees that both parties will end up paying money for can still be avoid if both parties decide to end matters and both parties move on but that has to be something only after the OP has received their funds.

I do not know what prompted you to make the decision to transfer the funds to the Arbiter and whether this is the same Arbiter that Coinfan accepts but this is a huge step forward in finally bringing matters to an end.

From now on, euro balance is no longer in our control and disposal.

In order to access the funds, there are few options:

1) The account owner may contact us at legal@therocktrading.com and request Arbitrator contacts in order to fulfill AML/KYC requirements.

2) A Court of law will require the arbitrator to release funds

3) Any other case prescribed by the law.

On our side, we will publish on a quarterly basis the bank statement received by the arbitrator with the evidence that funds are available.

You'll find all records, including today bank transfer receipt, at the following link:

https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1AcIIsoWP5mcMCApKMMPtTokkXfS9eyIz?usp=sharing

Thank you

Of your options the OP currently has to retrieve their funds,  I personally am against #1 because I remember suggesting to Coinfan not to send their personal details to you for obvious reasons involving possible revenge and I stand by that and the same would apply to any exchange. If the Arbiter intends to pass on their KYC details directly to you then I would advise the OP against sending their documents.

As far #2 is concerned, if things finally get to Court and a judgement is made for the Arbiter to release the funds with or without the need for the OP to send in KYC documents then that would happen after a lengthy process involving both parties paying legal fees. Also, once the Court case is over it might entail the losing party having to pay the full legal fees of the other party. I would advise both parties against it.

Regarding #3 this seems like a way both parties can settle this issue very quickly.

May I suggest that if Coinfan went to a registered lawyer in their country of residence and that lawyer certified that they have seen the documents (passport, ID card, driver licence, bank statement etc) and can confirm the identity of the OP and sent you an affidavit (a statement legally sworn on oath) revealing only the name, address and bank details (which you already know from when they used their bank account to send funds to your exchange) then would that suffice?

You came a long way to get matters so close to the finishing line, surely you can go one step further. Would you say to the Arbiter that an affidavit by a registered legal professional from the country where the OP resides would be acceptable to you and once that is received by the Arbiter they can forward it you and the Arbiter can send the funds to the OP?

I hope Coinfan will consider this as an option to quickly get their funds back and to close this issue.
5223  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The Rock Trading Scam www.therocktrading.com Exchange Review fraud opinion on: February 02, 2021, 04:31:38 PM
@coinfan - please check what eliale (Andri Medri Rock Trading CFO) wrote and has been confirmed as accurate by you.

This is excellent news, I am very happy to read that eliale (Andri Medri Rock Trading CFO) has posted the information. It will bring this whole matter one step closer to a resolution that has left the OP without access to their funds for several years. They have tried to get their funds since December 2017 and have been in limbo ever since.

@ eliale - this is a welcomed step forward, an unexpected and surprising one but nonetheless a very welcomed one. It is an important step forward because it shows Rock Trading is solvent. If you have passed the funds out to a third party (Arbiter) regardless of your motives for doing so, it brings everything one step closer to a resolution. I hope coinfan welcomes this step you took.

I am curious about one thing though, the balance in BTC that coinfan had at the time of the funds being seized were 4.88 BTC. Today on CMC Bitcoin is showing a value of $34,650 which means the 4.88 BTC is worth over 191,000 Euro (which is over £169,000 and over $230,000).

Why did you transfer 35519.92 EUR to the Arbitor instead of 191,000 EUR?

1.22790482 BTC = 35519.92 EUR

What happened to other 3.65209518 BTC that belongs to the OP coinfan?

Maybe I have the calculations wrong, please elaborate on the disparities between the two figures. If the time of the withdrawal in EUR the Bitcoin were worth 35519.92 EUR but today are worth over 191,000 Euro - why did you not transfer 191,000 Euro to the Arbiter?

Subject: Transfer Euro balance of account TRT 1218

As per our criminal procedure against Coinfan, we decided to transfer funds to a third party bank account owned by an arbitrator.

The amount transferred is: Euro 35519.92

Account  TRT 1218 has some residual balances still available with us as follow:

BTC: 0.00000488
LTC; 0.00096756
XRP: 99.709355
Lindens: 0.97
USD: 1.55
BCH: 0.00010488

From now on, euro balance is no longer in our control and disposal.

In order to access the funds, there are few options:

1) The account owner may contact us at legal@therocktrading.com and request Arbitrator contacts in order to fulfill AML/KYC requirements.

2) A Court of law will require the arbitrator to release funds

3) Any other case prescribed by the law.

From the time I signed up to the forum until now, if I take all my posts and divide them between the weeks I have just over 61 posts a week but in some weeks I know I made zero or very little posts so no doubt I must have hit well over 80 posts in weeks.

I am not talking about the quality of the content I posted (or lack of), just the numbers involved  Grin

See Top posters on Bitcointalk in the past 7 days: only a few people post more than 100 posts per week.

when I saw this list the first thing I thought was to run to see what the position of @figmentofmyass was and he is in the position 747

but if we count all his accounts, the guy could do more than 100 posts a week. this guy is legend

Eh, I average 75 posts on a good week and it's not unusual to see me at 60 posts per week. And there are some people here who can do even more than 75 (I read in his services thread for example that @Ratimov can do over 100 posts a week).

two years ago i was able to do up to 60 post per week ... i think if my memory is not failing i still haven't managed to do 70 a week since i'm here at bitcointalk.

currently I can't post 40 post a week.

This thread says it all about the way Adkinsbet have disgraced rhemselves using paid shills and sock-puppets. Instead of using them to promote their agenda they started attacking DT members and those claiming to be victims.

Excellent investigative efforts.

I think there will be more accounts that will be shown to be connected too. It might be possible that he has been cheating signature campaigns other than Chipmixer and this set back is going to hurt his pockets temporarily but he will be focusing on using his other accounts and maybe is going to purchase or use sleeper accounts to start all over again.

It seems that @figmentofmyass, not only cheated on the @ChipMixer campaign, they were also involved in selling accounts.

Because:@nutildah, he has burned all the alt accounts, we can be sure that there are no other Alt accounts in the future that can be sold or rigged.

There are four more Alt accounts that are owned by:@figmentofmyass, they use the same Twitter account to make a living on this forum.

Bitcoin will definitely start getting more and more acceptance as it heads to mainstream. Sure banks and finance institutions will have reservations but they are very much in the loop right now because anybody wanting to convert crypto to fiat still has to use traditional banking.

There does not seem to be any way to completely bypass banks right now but in the future as P2P transactions grow things might change.

These banks are scared of Bitcoin like chickens. According to them only bankers should be rich in this world, not ordinary people. You should be a bank slave all your life.

Just one PC running with several different browsers would be enough with each using a freebie VPN if necessary.

9+ individual devices such as laptops or PCs would be difficult to house and maintain though not impossible for somebody determined.

It seems like he hid himself very well and posted in a way to not expose himself but thankfully in the end he got caught out but made a lot of money out of the Chipmixer signature campaign by cheating them and maybe from several other current campaigns with more connected accounts that have not been exposed yet. So far 9 connected accounts have been exposed.

If these guys all used the same device for posting then I'd imagine one of them would've posted something using the wrong account and get busted much earlier.
Wonder if they just have a bunch of cheap chromebooks that they use to keep everything separated.
5230  Economy / Reputation / Re: Long-time sig campaign farm ID'd via single wallet transaction on: February 02, 2021, 02:24:51 AM
Well if he was that determined to have so many accounts in order to pocket cash under various guises he still might have other accounts that have not been discovered yet which might not be connected to Chipmixer but might be used in other campaigns.

Yes it seems he pocketed a lot of cash through his multi-accounts primarily through the Chipmixer campaign.

figmentofmyass joined Chipmixer campaign Week 20

exstasie - Week 25

Squatter - Week 31

Current week is 194

So this 3 accounts have been milking Chipmixer for more than 3 years.
5231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XRP] Ripple Speculation on: February 02, 2021, 01:17:46 AM
Plenty of pumps and dumps will happen with all crypto but with Ripple there is the impending SEC lawsuit hanging over their heads so XRP price will be bouncing around in a more volatile manner until that case is settled. I cannot see Ripple failing so the obvious way out of it an out of court settlement if the two parties can strike a deal.

Liverpool won that match far more comfortably than a revitalised West Ham United team should have let them. West Ham should have been stronger.

Full credit to Liverpool for taking their chances and rising to 3rd in the EPL table. West Ham are still having a great season and are sitting in 5th position in the EPL table.

Liverpool are the current champions and they are firmly in the hunt behind Manchester City and Manchester United.

West Ham fail to stop a revival by Liverpool.
Indeed, A big win for Liverpool and directly go to the third in the Premier League table. Salah back where he belongs, an exceptional performance from him.

in fact you're right. I know many members who think that figmentofmyass is a great user and that he's contributed alot to this forum. they consider him as their mentor FGS!! he owe them an apology or at least an explanation.
Let's see how many posts he makes without getting paid for it.

I would say the total amount of post those 9 accounts will make from now on towards the end of the year say 31st December 2021 is going to be almost zero. It might take more time before other accounts that the same person operated come to light.

It is simple, everybody should add those accounts to their distrust list:

Anyway, it seems any doubt was removed by the 4th post in this thread or so. I have tagged all 9 accounts. Exstasie is no longer DT2 and FOMA is very excluded from DT1, so not much more to be done at the moment.

Excellent thread.

I am tagging all 9 too but figmentofmyass was on my distrust list from a long time ago, he reciprocated in revenge of course.

I remember when I was contacted by at least one users telling me figmentofmyass was sending PMs to users trying to me and get others off their trust list so I knew he was a low life long ago. Thankfully just as others got caught out with strong evidence when they got too big for their boots this low life did too.

Nice thread, a well thought out and thought provoking piece of presentation  Smiley

All these years later so many institutes and funds have purchased large quantities of Bitcoin and them along with older whales control too much of the circulating supply of Bitcoin. Them buying and selling in bursts is affecting the price of the whole market.

Of those people that are oblivious to what Bitcoin is, we hope they will learn about it in due course and end up holding some and maybe some other crypto too as the world move away from fiat towards crypto in various aspects.

Adkinsbet Shills & Sock-Puppets: "Slender/Slander" and "Donk" : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5313867

I wonder what Ray and Adkinsbet has to say when newbie troll accounts are being used in their promotional thread posting the nonsense that can be seen in the previous post.

Adkinsbet really need to pull their act together and start behaving like a real business otherwise they will never be able to recover from their tarnished reputation in this forum and beyond. If you want to show all the members here that you are changing paths and want to make amends for previous behaviour then you should start sooner rather than later.

I also asked Ray from Adkinsbet for some clarification about things in my post made just after yours but he has not yet responded. Their sock-puppets are posting in this thread but the AdkinsBET user account has not yet responded to the questions you and I asked.

How can many IP addresses have any meaning? I get a new IP address from my Internet provider at least once in 24 hours (DSL connection is reset if it lasts longer than 24 hours in a row). I believe this is the situation with many internet providers in the world.

Does that mean I can't use AdkinsBet? (It's NOT that I want to after all this, of course.)

So, they want to use this platform just for their own promotion and attract new players and do not want to address valid questions from the members of this community? I don't think there's been any service with that kind of mindset on this platform for a long time. They deserve nothing more than to get their reputation wasted if they can't take a few minutes a day to engage actively with the community.

Just shut your mouth if you keep posting posts like an idiot.
you are not objective, you are using alt accounts. You are not objective.
Can somebody grab that donk?

Nobody asked you anything you donk. You hacked my account.
If somebody has personal details about this donk, please PM me I offer 10k for this information.
5238  Economy / Reputation / Adkinsbet Shills & Sock-Puppets: "Slender/Slander" and "Donk" on: February 01, 2021, 09:27:05 PM
Since there has been too much going on in scam accusation threads against Adkinsbet I decided to start this thread. I added some users that should be ~tagged. I added several to my ignore list and recommend you consider doing the same.

Other names will be added to this list as and if I go through the relevant threads to read up on the sock-puppets and shills but for now here is a list of users that are either attention-seekers unconnected to Adkinsbet or are paid shills or sock-puppets - but all of them are highly obnoxious for one reason or another.

Ray (the representative of Adkinsbet) has not covered himself or his website in glory especially by linking the returning of stolen funds to a victim with it being on condition DT users withdraw support for a valid and appropriate flag against them.

Write one word against the way Ray or Adkinsbet have conducted themselves then the deluge starts, the onslaught of shills and sock-puppets start attacking those that take an interest in the scam accusations.

-----

So when it comes to writing SLENDER instead of SLANDER, it seems Adkinsbet Ray is in one way or another using the following accounts:

gadado https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=228733

Always nice to see when people on the forum are posting in the topic, and then somebody tells you that you would sell your own mother for 2 Eur.
Why would it not surprise me that Adkinsbet closed your account because of your talk?
And remember that you decided to slender them before your account was closed.
By the way based on your posting history you seem to have problems with more bookmakers. What a coincidence.

ronaldo40 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=373301

at this moment mister jollygood is giving negative tags without any reasons and has a big negative obsession for adkinsbet as well
i dont ask people to judge about adkinsbet.com but i want to ask if they can judge about what jollywood is doing is with the principles of begin DT1 member?
bumping accusation topics every time, trying to slender adkinsbet in ann topic and giving neg tags for nothing. that could not be the idea of DT1. he is using his DT1 status now to seek revenge for his frustrations

AdkinsBET https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2882335

We were already working on your case to solve it, but you decided to slender Adkinsbet indirectly on the forum. We told you that this is something that can not be accepted.
This is also clearly written in our terms:

In the following conditions, your account may be closed by us, and will be viewed and evaluated individually by case. We reserve the right to suspend your account without notice, which will remain suspended until complete investigation of the matter. Adkinsbet remains the right to confiscate the funds if one of the terms will be violated. You commit to completely comply with all of Adkinsbet 's inquiries into such activities. We may opt to upload or close your account and confiscate the funds if one of the following conditions apply:
If you have more than 1 registered account with Adkinsbet.
If the name registered on your Adkinsbet account does not match the name on the required statement from your address and or ID card. Of course, we take into consideration that all countries have different ways of express names.
If a player causes image damage to the website (Any direct / indirect accusation through any possible communication channel (e.g. forum, Email, telephone or other communication channels). This could include spreading false information, false accusations and intentionally / repeatedly putting Adkinsbet in a negative daylight.

So when it comes to writing DONK, it seems Adkinsbet Ray has a supporter who uses at least two accounts:

nasipadang https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=920708

Somebody must remove that donk jollygood out of DT.

jollyg00d https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3103643

The jollyg00d newbie account that was created specifically to troll even went as far as offering money for information. I wonder if Adkinsbet are happy with the innuendo and threats being made in their Adkinsbet promotion thread.
-------

In summary, most businesses that use sock-puppets or paid shills in the forum normally do it with the intention of trying to make money by getting users to visit their websites. In too many cases they make a mistake by flooding. For example look at coinsbit and cryptoknowmics, all of a sudden their sock-puppet accounts stopped posting after being found out and in the case of the former it was all out attack by them on users who challenged their sock-puppets at one point.

This attempt at spreading propaganda and trying to drum up business from this forum to their website has backfired spectacularly on Adkinsbet because they should have all stuck to spreading their narrative and pumping their with words of wisdom such as "oh, I never knew the chess game was on tomorrow so I will watch it and place a bet" but instead they all decided to attack those claiming to be victims of scams and those on DT.

Hopefully for Adkinsbet once the situation with the current scam allegations is either resolved or is simply forgotten, they might still have time to salvage the situation and get a good reputation but one of the first things they have to do is to stop using sock-puppets to pump their thread and stop using them to attack scam accusers and DT users.

Just take a look at the Last Active in all the images....

Whether any accounts may or may not be directly controlled by Adkinsbet meaning attention seeker are jumping on the bandwagon to create mischief, they only did because of the atmosphere created by Adkinsbet and both of them are responsible. I hope Adkinsbet take a look at the situation and stop using sock-puppets is a great first step. After that they should publicly distance themselves from those that jump to their defence that are obviously trolls and attention seekers. After that they should find a resolution to the scam accusations raised by these users:

If what Adkinsbet is saying is true that all these user accounts are operated by the same individual/gang that has set out to scam Adkinsbet then we need to start seeing a little bit more effort on their part to convince users and maybe some evidence but that is up to them, the onus is on them to stop using sock-puppets to create misdirection and for the Adkinsbet official account to start posting in a professional manner. Using sock-puppets just defeats the object.

self-moderated in order to keep it clean from attention seeking users who may or not be sock-puppets
