5222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 50% increase in Doge coin price in just 24 hours! on: July 09, 2020, 02:48:55 PM
I am curious about what the OP said, (Dogecoin tiktok), I tried to open the youtube video site, eh it turns out that many people talk about doge tiktok.

In this case it does look a little weird and a joke (Dogecoin tiktok), but if you look at the history of the coin doge creature, it cannot be taken lightly/trivially, it should be taken a little seriously.

Why I say it like that, of course it has a reason, usually underestimated, that works.
Doge History: ( https://www.investopedia.com/terms/d/dogecoin.asp ) doge coins were created to mock Bitcoin, but in fact the price of the doge is increasing so that it becomes one of the developing coins in the market.
This is most likely with the price of doge can also influence it, with the current video (tiktok) tener, it is likely to happen like history when doge coins are formed, jokes come true, that's my opinion.
5223  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Why has not any government stopped Bitcoin? on: July 09, 2020, 03:59:28 AM
Governments have done enough to dissuade common people from using Bitcoin extensively. Being charged with operating unlicensed money changing businesses is a possibility if you engage in cash-bitcoin conversion.
if you visit my country you might not believe what happened with Bitcoin there.
from presidents to ordinary people, who use Bitcoin.

"How do you forbid all your family "not" can eat and sleep in your home". It is impossible...

In the Bitcoin stronghold that trades and invests, not just you here, starting from the president of the board members, the people, law enforcement, police, judges, involved and tempted by Bitcoin, so, how to ban and who prohibits...the answer is definitely not there..

You see in the news, the media, it's just a trick of the government to the people, as if Bitcoin is not good, the fact they are all in droves to buy Bitcoin.
5224  Other / Meta / Re: Where do Locked topics on the forum move to? on: July 08, 2020, 01:30:35 PM
1. Where do the topics go? after a Minute I set my eyes on it and I come back again to check for that topic I won't find it
Answer to question 1.

Off-topic replies have become a big problem. From now on, I will be deleting such replies without notice, forum-wide. If your replies disappear, this is probably why.

This is not fair to the people responding to a topic, IMO. People who reply to topics should know that if they are on-topic and they follow the rules, they will not be censored. Also, it is very annoying for reply-writers when they write long, detailed responses and then the topics become off-topic and useless.

Maintaining perfect on-topicness is difficult. In the future, discussions may be made threaded instead of flat, which will basically be like having a system that automatically creates new topics when people are posting off-topic things (in many cases).

2. Who has access to locked topics in the forum apart from the creator of that topic?
Answer to question 2.

"Moderators" moderate specific sections. They can delete posts there, edit them, move topics, split topics, lock topics, and sticky topics. "Global moderators" are the same as moderators, but they moderate all sections. All staff can also whitelist newbies and ban newbies. Administrators can do anything.

Any user can report a post. The report is send to the admins, global moderators, and any applicable section moderators. The recipients choose to act on the report or not.

done.

Not strange ....!

I see an account named; @Motherofpaco, registered on July 6, 2020,
Meaning: not long, only one day.

Maybe, when he made an account, his first post was direct, the gambling section.
@Motherofpaco, very angry because his son, who was a minor was involved in gambling.

The question is, I see @Motherofpaco, has 0 posts, 0 activities, 0 Merit.
user still; Bpip: Motherofpaco (Active)

1. Motherofpaco

Now the user when viewed from the profile looks empty, however, his post is still "intact" in the gambling section.

Topic: Luckyfish accepting kids

http://archive.is/wip/gXT7P

already two pages commented on by other members.
In fact, there are members who posted today, whether not paying attention or reading, which makes the topic all 0, useless, isn't it...!

maybe, the topic will also disappear today or tomorrow, or leave it alone....! Be, topic by beginners who have 0, post, 0, activities, the most unique.

Just,,,have fun,,,don't be too serious.

Rough summary of what this means: If you post once per day on average, then you will eventually get the maximum number of activity points that you can get. Posting more than once per day on average is useless for increasing activity. The maximum number of activity points you can get is 1 per day, but your activity score only updates every two weeks. Therefore, it will take about 100 days to get 100 activity if you post once per day on average.

5228  Economy / Economics / Re: India-China border tensions on: July 06, 2020, 01:45:25 PM
The way the two countries are facing each other on the China-India border is creating a tense atmosphere. If the conflict escalates, I think it will have an impact on international trade and cryptocurrency, what do you think?
There is no need to argue between: China & India, at present all, international, or local TV, Talking about the two countries, new news was broadcast on television on Thursday, July 2, yesterday they were both India & China, will take a "step back" from the border area which is currently in dispute, the aim is to prevent ongoing clashes, some troops will be withdrawn, in certain areas.

@Zhao Lijian: said this was a "positive progress" step for the two countries China & India, easing tensions between the two countries.

Meaning: if the two countries of China & India are in peace, there is no need to worry about whether the economy, trade, crypto and others are related to the economy, this is a good step taken by both countries, I hope for the future ,there is no other dispute, for India and China.
5229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: COMP and pump and dump? on: July 06, 2020, 06:47:49 AM
Is i really poised to collapse?
Not long ago in 2020, history said that COMP had occupied the lowest price of around $ 61 USD. On June 18, 2020, now on July 6, 2020, it was still trading at $ 197 USD, and traded 53 exchanges throughout the world, with a total supply of 10,000,000 COMP.

I see COMP, has a very good trading volume for now, for example: in one market Vol 24h: 220.3 COMP, because not only COMP coin has decreased, almost the average coin is still falling, various factors areinfluence it.

Conclusion: if the COMP coin, you believe, will go down, in my opinion not too conspicuous at least at the level: $ 140 USD, it's the lowest price this year, it won't touch to the level: $ 61.
If you observe again COMP has a price at the level of: $ 381 USD, this is a sign forward, COMP can pick up prices at the level: $ 381 more likely, if viewed from the market, volume and supply of COMP circulating in the market.
Now it's up to you to decide whether COMP is down or up, investment or not.

Oh..oh.. very impressive, that is the main point of friends in this Forum, who are aware of various types of Altcoin on the market, Before I go too far to invest in existing Altcoin like BCD etc.

@Bthd: thank you for the advice, I haven't done anything that harms me especially for Bcd, that's what 'friends' are for. Discuss before taking action.

@hatshepsut93: no serious consideration yet, however Bitcoin is the main thing, thanks for the advice.

@Krislaw: Very exciting, thanks.

@nicedreams: gloomy ,, terrible ,, thanks for the advice.

@michellee: ha.ha..your are very sure ... firm stand ... commitment ... thank you.

@Reid: very appreciated ,, discover something new about BCD, new information, thank you.

5232  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can online gambling help to kickstart the global economy? on: July 05, 2020, 05:47:19 PM
What other positive things can you think of that online casinos can add to the global economy?
there are many things that can boost the economy of gambling casino revenue in addition to being centered on taxation & online.

For example: complexes such as restaurants, hotels, certain casino venues in each area and entertainment venues allow it to be positive to foster a global economic stimulation, the reason is simple in such an area capable of creating a gambling casino industry, with the needs provided are: transportation, drinking/food for the needs of local and international tourists.

In this case the hotel, restaurants and entertainment venues can also provide online casino gambling games at applied rates, the economy will automatically increase automatically with the facilities provided in gambling.
5233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there any successful precious metal crypto? on: July 05, 2020, 03:53:01 PM
Is there any successful precious metal crypto and traded?
OP, as said by: @coinfinger, 'precious metal crypto' for now that is very successful is the PAX Gold (PAXG) coin.

A little summary:

Quote
PAX Gold (PAXG) is a digital asset where one token is backed by one fine troy ounce (t oz) of a 400 oz London Good Delivery gold bar, stored in Brink’s gold vaults. Anyone who owns PAXG owns the underlying physical gold, held in custody by Paxos Trust Company.

Currently PAXG coins are traded [15] trading exchanges around the world, with prices currently still at the level: $ 1,781.10 USD / coin, this is the most successful precious metal crypto currently on the market.

This is unexpected if @mrknight8686, defaults on loans and creates more Alt accounts here.
This is the most severe case if it is true @ mrknight8686 that Alt has been hanging around this Forum, committing fraud/loans.
5235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Opinions about Bitcoin Diamond (BCD). on: July 05, 2020, 05:50:10 AM
Talking about BCD coins, getting warmer, many ideas from friends all of which lead to positive, actually not too ambitious to determine BCD as an option or my favorite coin, I only refer to (halving) what will be doneby BCD.

@akhjob: no, expect the price of Bcd to reach ATH, however, it makes sense if BCD can go up to level: $ 2 or $ 3, maybe ... thanks.

@kindbtc: interesting to read, thank you.

@ScamViruS: good idea, reasonable, thanks.

@Tipstar: thank you, touched.

@Fluttershy: thank you, maybe you can try.

@Kopetunto: sure,,interesting,,thank you.

@Anonim100: You're right,,hopefully there will be a massive adoption of Bcd. Very nice.

@Little Mouse: not interested in Altcoin which isn't clear, just one BCD, which makes me very curious. thank you.

@IamAltcoinfan: Thank you.

Thank you, friend ,, your idea, can be a basic foundation for me to consider the best course.
5236  Economy / Reputation / Re: Merit begging or complain on: July 05, 2020, 05:14:11 AM
@Little Mouse: tell @ riyanselim5, if he wants Merit, he must have a quality post in this forum, unlike his current post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2768874;sa=showPosts;start=20, if he posts every day like that, not the Merit he gets, it's the token he collects.

Bitcoin is one of the best platforms in the world. I've been working there for a long time, but I didn't get a merit.😥
if I observe the PM from: @ riyanselim5, obviously he wants to ask something from you, indirectly and feels ashamed to say it.

I don't think BCD will get a good future.
oh,,ohh,,oh...I almost forgot...the problem,,is: (halving) that will happen next August 2020 to Bitcoin Diamond (BCD), soon...!

@Pffrt, keep track of this topic, before (halving) occurs and afterwards...I will see what will happen to (BCD), even though you are not sure that a brilliant bcd will come.....

I am very curious about the information in the source above.
I will at least review its developments later this year.
5239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Opinions about Bitcoin Diamond (BCD). on: July 04, 2020, 01:12:53 PM
Such a coin doesn't deserve a consideration when they have nothing to offer and I don't think the price would get any better because of the so-called halving.
very interesting to consider "investment"...maybe you are right, 'no'.

Thanks for the advice, however, some other suggestions don't mind either, take an umbrella before it rains.

@akhjob, What you say has a point, 99% of the current price decline, it is the worst phenomenon that has ever happened to BCD Coins, I am very curious about BCD in 2017 and now, that's why I want to know what happened to BCD coins, far different from coins for example: BCH, BSV, etc. which has to do with Bitcoin, not to mention that BTG is worse...if viewed from current prices, compared to 2017.
5240  Other / Meta / Re: Its really getting annoying on: July 04, 2020, 07:04:46 AM
Please what is the reason behind the locking of a thread by Bitcointalk moderators? some of the thread about altcoins created by my friend has been locked for further comments after receiving up to 60+ comments within 24 hours. What's the reason behind this, please?
friends or you who make threads, it's the same.

Many people ask questions like the ones you ask in Meta.
The answer always leads to some of the things below.

I can't find anything that explicitly answers this question for me, so I figured I might as well make a little Meta post and see what's going on. I've seen a lot of topics, as we all have, that are full of repetitive answers, redundancies and plain ole' spam. Not only mega-threads, but regular questions like in the beginner's and help section; a newbie will pop a question, get it answered, acknowledge they have received their answer and then dozens of people continue to post the same answer. I'm wondering if it is appropriate or accurate to report these posts to a moderator to be locked?

An example of a thread that I was watching can be found here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3123906.msg32423969;topicseen#msg32423969 , and I even suggested to OP they lock their thread after they received their answer. Is there any solution to this kind of problem or am I to just ignore it?

I sent the OP a PM to please lock their topic, I've posted in their thread instructions on how to do so and so now my only thought is hoping that moderators would be receptive to this kind of reporting and work.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1324174.0
The OP was thoughtful and genuine, but the topic is now over 300 pages long and most of the replies are now mindless and low quality.

Plus no one is truly discussing anymore. That deserves a lock, yes?

Someone reports your friend's thread to be locked.
