5241  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will the new US administration be friendly to bitcoin? on: November 10, 2020, 06:22:04 AM
The election is over, Trump had negative attitude towards bitcoin but what Biden's administration will bring to crypto. The fact that the Fed will continue printing $$ and new stimulus is coming is definitely good for bitcoin.
Never heard that president-elect Biden or someone from his camp made any public statement about bitcoin or crypto-technology, hopefully no tough regulations will be made.

Don't rush it because he will heave his own statement about it especially since Bitcoin has now evolved into the top currency of the world. he should have something to say about it. One thing is certain, no matter what he says about bitcoin, the price in the market will get affected. What is my reference? remember when the President of China says about cryptocurrencies last year?
5242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A Post-COVID World Powered By Blockchain Technology on: November 10, 2020, 05:46:42 AM

What impact will Blockchain technology have after the demise of COVID-19? Will everything be automated without middleman? Will people resort to physical cash once more or adapt to the new monetary system powered by CBDCs? Or is it still too early to tell? With how successful crypto and Blockchain technology have been since their inception, it's likely our world will adopt Blockchain technology to the fullest.

Thoughts? Huh

We can say this will happen only in the cities while those who are living in remote areas don't prepare this kind of automated payment without the involvement of physical cash. until most of the rural areas are developed we won't really go to such eras when everything is automated except Japan where they advance with their technologies obviously and other countries that have some unique technology development than the others.
5243  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: TOP 10 Lottery Winner Losers on: November 10, 2020, 04:18:29 AM
If this will be my future then i rather not bet and win in lottery ,i don't wanna lose my love one and i don't wanna lose my life in those ways.

Why would people dream of becoming a millionaire when the end will be such a cruel  and inhumane death?

i know how Good having that much money when you can almost buy everything in the world, but remember that we cannot buy back our life when it was taken from us.

and i believe that even how good you will manage the winning still Greed of people will not stop to take it from you.

There are a lot of things you can't really do if you are blinded with money, most of the time people think spending without reasons will bring them good things until they spend it all and finally they woke up with nothing to do to get it back. If those people really cared about their future, they could have stopped themselves from wasting all those money and think of the way on how to keep it until they leave this world. But most people don't know, all they want is entertainment which often leads to their demise.
5244  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: PRIZE OF FIGHTING Boxing’s biggest contracts revealed on: November 10, 2020, 03:54:24 AM
That's a lot of money they got there. I wonder I they will spend that much money in their whole lives. These guys are no longer need to worry about their financial cost throughout their life if nothing goes wrong along the way. Some of the past boxers who earns maybe not as much as this is now living a hard life due to their extravagance and proudness when spending their money. ended up almost losing everything that causes them to live in misery and regretting the things they did with their money. On the other hand, boxers on the list are getting some experience from those boxers to not follow their footstep ever when spending their money.
5245  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We need more decentralized stablecoins on: November 10, 2020, 03:35:55 AM
Stablecoins should all be decentralized. If they are not decentralized, they better not exist at all. They are just posing unnecessary risks to their users who are mostly clueless of how they work.

If possible, these stablecoins should not even exist at all. They're fiat after all. They do not belong to the world of cryptocurrencies.

The only thing I know about stable coins is we can use them very well if Bullrun comes will happen and we can quickly convert our BTC or other cryptocurrencies to it without worrying about getting stuck in a congested network when most of the people converting their crypto assets to fiat. However, I don't really know if stable coins are risky but all I know they help a lot regarding how useful they are.

5247  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a world power? on: November 09, 2020, 06:04:58 AM
This will increase the creativity in bitcoin world.Have we thought of this, I’m seeing bitcoin leading the world as the world power cryptocurrency. If a president of the world power is a trader and in support of bitcoin, It will affect bitcoin positively, countries, people will now start to legalize bitcoin on their own.So it will be great if this happens, I do understand that bitcoin is not a physical cash, that doesn’t stopped anything,You can move with millions of dollars in your wallet as bitcoin. It will be a positive impact if this happens.

If he is one of the promoters of Bitcoin, some other oppositions will promote hatred about it like using the media and the other way around to disapprove of his/her view about bitcoin. That's why before doing something like it one must know the risk of doing such things and they should know some way to counter such malicious. Because promoting Bitcoin when you are the president of a country takes a lot of responsibility unless you know what you're doing.
5248  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: November 09, 2020, 05:30:55 AM

As long as they are doing great in handling the safety of the players and staff, then it's alright to continue the season. Sports can wait but they already prove to us that nothing can stop sports, even during this pandemic.  So there are no reason for them to not do it again next season.

And why do they need to wait for more revenues if they can continue earning even a small portion compared to pre-covid, it's still better than not earning and just waiting for the virus to be gone.

I think those guys already know about this pandemic and it's not really dangerous as the other claims. As you can see they end the season successfully without any problems. all players are satisfied despite the situations. I wonder if they gonna play from city to city when the start of the season or they will gonna do like the NBA Bubble again in Orlando. If they play from city to city with the so-called pandemic is still there, they may gonna face some serious problem if one of the players is infected like the last season.

5249  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you use bitcoin? on: November 09, 2020, 04:08:35 AM
There are many countries where bitcoin is not accepted legally, so how do you use bitcoin in that country? Usually if you raise the level of bitcoin use in that country then you may get into legal trouble.
So how do you use your earned bitcoin in that country.

I think you don't have any choice, you just have one option, just trade it on some decentralized exchanges or you may trade it with some people like what they called p2p trading but since it is illegal in your country, this method is risky. A country that goes neutral with Bitcoin has a lot of benefits like what we have in our country today. we can use it in so many ways there are lots of options and our local exchanges are user friendly too.
5250  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you read the TOS of a gambling site? Honest answer please. on: November 09, 2020, 03:46:45 AM

It's much easier to read FAQ than TOS and most people choose to do that.

The only problem with choosing to read FAQ is that it's not legally compelling. They could write something else in TOS than in FAQ and confuse or cheat users so by doing it you're taking a risk but it's much smaller than simply accepting TOS without reading anything.

I agreed, FAQs are more easy and direct to the point, most of the time when the user encounters some unusual thing with the site, they will rush to FAQs. there are also some people who wanted to go straight there by reading everything so that they can understand how the site works. Sometimes, if they read something strange there, they won't gonna deposit any BTC to the site and leave immediately.

5252  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambled against Biden - funniest instance on: November 09, 2020, 02:54:32 AM
At least he's still acting as a president despite of what he lost.

I have a question regardless of the gambling, why is Trump allowed to run again? I thought, no I actually read it somewhere that there's no president should sit twice in a row, although Trump didn't win though but it troubles me to find out why.

Anyway, gambling is just a game, for entertainment purposes. Why would a president lose himself just because he lost to a bet?

Yeah! unlike some other guys whom you never see again after losing a huge amount of money from betting who gonna win this election.
I wonder it too, in our country the president is not allowed to candidate twice after his term. However, if our president caught playing gambling such as this, it may use to get him out of the presidency.
5253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Selling LTC for XRP? on: November 09, 2020, 02:26:00 AM
Technically that's a clever idea however XRP hasn't been budging from its price since it fells down that low. however, if you have some information about it or some news of the development of XRP, then go on, do what you are planning to do. Anyway, most of the investors are not trusting XRP anymore because of its slow development and movement of its price in the market. I think you may consider some top Altcoins that have a higher chance to surge than XRP.
5254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Uniswap has made it easier for scammers? on: November 08, 2020, 09:03:13 AM
Scammers don't really need to have such things for their ill intentions because they can do any evil acts to execute their plans. No matter how advance we have achieved in the industry of crypto, those scammers still have some plans to fool people or to lure them into their scam projects or fake investment method. Either way, we really need to be careful and equipped ourselves with enough knowledge to counter their evil plans. So that we won't fall to their traps when they sugar coat their words of baits.

5256  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why most of us are losing money in sports betting? on: November 08, 2020, 06:09:00 AM
This is the purpose of sports betting - it is entertainment. Fun always costs money. It is quite obvious that most people have fun here and "voluntarily" leave money when betting on their favorite team. Some of the players are trying to make money here, but this is an empty activity and sooner or later people find something better for themselves or they just start accepting bets instead of making them  Cheesy

That's what happened when people bet on their favorite team, most of them don't really care about the other opponent because when both betting and cheering for your favorite teams gives you so much excitement that you forgot the other team advantage. This is what happens with sports betting only those who are pro in this industry have done all the research before placing their bets.
5257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Alts Market already bottomed out? on: November 08, 2020, 04:11:37 AM
Some of those Altcoins are not participating in this current surge while the other Altcoins have also increased their price due to the investor's demand. Most of the time when the price of bitcoin is rising, all of the sudden, those other Altcoins are raising their prices as well. Because some investor believes that those Altcoins won't gonna fall down and they will earn higher than investing on Bitcoin. while the other Altcoins are surging its price, there are others who don't even budge and continue to fall down even though the market is celebrating its green days. that's one indication that those Altcoins are not worth to invest our money with.
5258  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: US Presidential Election 2020 and its impact on gambling on: November 08, 2020, 03:52:46 AM
Now it's official that Biden won this election but so far there wasn't any news from Trump about his acceptance of his defeat. Anyway, it says that Trump is the first one-term president of the United States for almost 30 years. This is a good start for the United States and forgets all the bad things Trump has done to their Country. That man from the UK who bet million dollars for Trump to win have already cried right now I think.

5259  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Philippines Allows Land-Based Casinos to Accept Bets Online on: November 08, 2020, 03:41:43 AM

I don't think they are accepting bitcoin in casino's here, although we have coinsph here , but when it comes to gambling currently no crypto currencies are being use , they maybe aware because the price is volatile, but who knows maybe in 3-5 years we will be using bitcoin , but until then, philippine currency are being use.

Yeah! Casinos here are old school and they don't really adapt to the new level of betting because most of the time the players are not from this country like what we have seen in the news. most of the people who played casino here are Chinese. they came here to play because it has less policy than their own country and some of them don't even have some proper documents but still playing.

5260  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The main driving force behind bitcoin rally on: November 08, 2020, 03:19:24 AM
With strong bitcoin bullish trend I was asking myself: what is the main driving force? In my opnion it's not retail traders or mass adoption, it's insitutional money that keep flowing in and pushing the price higher. What do you think?

One of the reasons was the Bitcoin Halving that happened a few months ago and the news of PayPal that shake the entire industry on Cryptocurrencies. Of course, of all the Altcoins, Bitcoin is the number one to benefit it and for some reason people who knew that the price will gonna rise after a few months from now. has already purchased a decent amount of bitcoin for they already know the result is going to be positive in a higher rate.
