Придумали обратиться к статье "Форс - Мажор" там написано, что контракт можно расторгнуть, ссылаясь на выпущенный правительственный акт. Вот и выпустили такой акт с идиотским требованием продавать газ за рубли с надеждой, что долгосрочный контракт будет расторгнут, а заключат новый с ценой побольше.
