5241  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin the next big thing? on: December 22, 2017, 07:41:06 AM
For those who argue that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are the next big things, buying and investing in Bitcoin might just pay off. Bitcoin might excel if currencies like the dollar et al trips under a hyperinflation scenario but that for now is not visibly an option that is available, thus, another fundamental question is wether Bitcoin can replace normal currencies and that again is not feasible in the nearest future. Why then should people invest in or buy a currency that can rise or fall by 20 percent in an hour or two?

Actually bitcoin today is a big thing and all of a sudden bitcoin today is become famous not just in terms of its value who rises and reach a big value but of course the way it helps many people. Even those jobless people was very thankful to have bitcoin because in just simple way and you only need internet and gadget, you can earn bitcoin.

I think so as well. Just as how the internet was well critized before and is now a necessity, bitcoin, or crypto in general, may have the same effect in the near future. Blockchain technology to be specific is already being studied and considered by a lot of big name companies
5242  Economy / Economics / Re: Government & Bitcoin on: December 22, 2017, 07:38:53 AM
Bitcoin and government.

I think the government supports bitcoin progress.

Hopefully technological developments add easy access to bitcoin and invest in bitcoins, because foreign currency trading has also been authorized worldwide and also is not inferior to digital currency that has the highest price.

This digital money is also very helpful to a very popular world today. This year the government may make new steps to access bitcoin easier to get it, Help the government spirit to support the development of bitcoin.

Well that depends on how your government sees bitcoin. I agree that when put to good use, any country will bemefit from the technology that runs cryptocurrencies. The problem is there still are things to consider since being decentralized and anonymous can be taken advantage of by money launderers and terror groups. There needs to be a couple of regulations to be made as well for governments and bitcoin to go well hand in hand
5243  Economy / Economics / Re: How do I get bitcoin? on: December 22, 2017, 07:35:18 AM
You can get bitcoin simply by joining signature campaign but you joining in signature campaign is not easy. You must work hard to rank up first in order for you to be eligible to join signature campaign and must follow their instruction and guidelines. You need to meet their required post and make constructive post in order for you to be able to get paid.

Its not like before anymore when it comes to.campaigns though. If you check the services section in this forum, there hardly is a new campaign that comes up. Good for those that had running campaigns but with the price of bitcoin surging this december, it will not be that often that a new campaign will open. You can trybyour luck in bounty campaigns for icos though
5244  Economy / Economics / Re: DON'T DO PANIC SELLING !!! on: December 22, 2017, 07:32:20 AM
Selling bitcoin at the moment does not mean they are selling because of panic. There can be many reasons like they have more than doubled of what they have invested and they had a previous fixed target profit in their mind. And they are not being greedy.

Well i actually think it's healthy that btc is in this kind of dump. The wild pump this december had a lot of people joining in. People who don't really understand btc and is looking for big cashouts. These people are probably shaking from head to toe seeig their money dwindle and is selling to avoid losing what they've invested. When the smoke clears after this correction, the ones holding will reap good rewards
5245  Economy / Economics / Re: what is the future of Bitcoin ? on: December 22, 2017, 07:27:53 AM
Bitcoin is a profitable business for those people who are invest in it.It is the best source of incoming platform. This is blessing for all who are connected to this forum. It is the first crypto currency. For all those things,Bitcoin has a bright future.
Agreed! The way bitcoin is making its name amongst the people is a proof of this thing that it is going to have a very bright future in the days to come. Bitcoin does not hold a bright future for itself but also for all the people and investors who are associated with it.

Bitcoin is for sure going to change the lives of all its investors in a very significant manner. We all need to get into this stuff for having a better life.

And it brings with it the crypto generation as well. With the rise of bitcoin, other alts like etherium and litecoin have come across people's knowledge. Bitcoin's future may very well be linked to these up and coming coins as well
5246  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin Volatility Be Controlled? on: December 22, 2017, 07:25:55 AM
Time has shown that even trading on the exchange can not reduce the volatility of the cryptocurrency. This is a tool for speculation, so the price will constantly change over a wide range.

Well it probably can if you think about it but only by those people that have enough btc to move the market. Yes if a lot og btc whales are up to it, the can control the market's volatility to be up or down
5247  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: December 21, 2017, 08:13:49 AM
Milwaukee Bucks able to passed Cleveland Cavaliers 119-116. The game was really good overall and all I can say is !@#$%. Dwayne Wade goes into Miami Heat mode again but end up short. Kudos to all Bucks squad who able to produce double digit score by 5 of their roster.

This is how you see Lebron James' dominance at his post peak age. 39pts, @14-22FG , really a wow. He still being compared to young players like these on their recent game, The Greek Freek. Who's next?

It's really amazing how he can play on that level while being on late 30s already. It's all about discipline and being healthy I suppose. The thing is, he needs another guy who can play on an all-star level too, if he's gonna take the team again to another finals trip. Wade can't do it.

The guys not the average athlete to start with. Size, speed, talent, and the work he's putting in makes lebron what he is even at age. Though i think giannis would be the closest we can get right now to lebron considering his size and speed along with skills. We're seeinv the future whenever the bucks play
5248  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Global correction. When? Or will it be? on: December 21, 2017, 08:10:11 AM
We are experiencing a unique period in the history of cryptocurrencies -- lots of new money coming in. And that's what is bothering me. Nothing to compare it with. So, maybe there will be no major correction at all? At least in the coming weeks.

What do you think?
This comming week would be the biggest. Grab until the bitcoin still low today because befor new year, bitcoin will pump again. Also grab some alt coins because today, they are rising from the drop cause by the surge of bitcoin lately.

Right. If you're holding btc now, i suggest you stay away from anything that can make you jittery since btc is pretty unstable. But this has happened a lot of times before so people can take comfort in the FACT that btc will bounce back once the whales see it fit to buy again
5249  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's happening to Bitcoin? on: December 21, 2017, 08:08:12 AM
Dont panic everything must gonna be okey it will be recover soon remember that its flactuating wait for its pump again.I am still holding my bitcoin just relax and it will gain more profit sooner or later.

Many people are panicking now but this is exactly what happened around october when roger ver made a statement in favor of bcc. Bitcoin plunged to around 5k and then recovered to break ath after ath.
5250  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: your mentality after a huge loss? on: December 21, 2017, 08:06:36 AM
What do you do after you suffer a huge loss?
If you have more money would you again take the risk and invest or would you just stop trading and try to earn in some other way?

As a trader you have to understand that losses are inevitable. But you need to be able to minimize their. If you can't and you lose more than you get, maybe you should pause such activity, learn more about it, and come back Wink

Yeah. A loss, whether we admit it or not, will affect us emotionally. Feelings like regret and desperation are some things that you don't need when you're trading because you're likely to have a string of losses if you trade with it. Veering away and taking your attention somewhere else is your best option after a big loss
5251  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to trade efficiently? on: December 21, 2017, 08:04:18 AM
In trading, the basic rules are buy low and sell high or buy really low => hold => sell very high. That's the basic rule in trading, the rest are just supporting the main rule.
In order to trade effectively at this point in time, I think you should learn the techniques of candlestick charting techniques that can be applied from forex to crypto. Also, keep an eye on the penny you invest to keep up with the latest news that will keep you active in the trade.

Right. Mastering technical analysis and reading charts would dictate how your trading career would go. You can of course follow some telegram tips but that's not going to go your way all the time. Buy low sell high seems easy to do when you hear it but it takes a lot more to put it to play
5252  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Good news to bitcoin traders. on: December 21, 2017, 07:59:25 AM
This is indeed a good news. People should stop spreading fake news on the internet also. I hope other countries will follow regarding this matter. That they forsee the great benefits that the bitcoin has, and they are right that the best time to invest bitcoin is now.
Bitcoin trader are only seeing the rate graph of bitcoin and now a days the rate graph is increasing with a high speed and that is the best news for bitcoin trader and the other good news for them is that now big investor have start investing in bitcoin due to which the rate of bitcoin will be improve more in future.

Do you try to say this news is not good news for investor or traders too?
I think if china not banned bitcoin, their citizens can make bitcoin blow up. There are potential market there in china to support bitcoin price.
China is the most populated country in the entire world. Moreover, the people living over there do know the importance of bitcoin and they are very much interested in making the best possible use of bitcoin. The bets news for not only bitcoin traders but also for the ones who are holding bitcoin in their wallets is that the market value of bitcoin is rising even higher and few countries are planning of declaring it as legal currency.

Bitcoin achieved many milestones and all time highs with china ban on icos and excganges. Though it's a good news, i don't think it carries that much bearing anymore. But of course these and other news, fake or not, have an effect on how btc, or the market in general moves. Pumps and dumps can be initiated by these and that happened a lot of times in the past already
5253  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trade or Hodling on: December 21, 2017, 07:53:16 AM
I think that you should do it your way. Some people just want to buy, hold and when they check the value after some time and they see that their trade was profitable, they are happy. As a day trader you have to have patience, information and stop loss as you never know :-)

Simply put, day trades are for people who can afford to spend mosy of their day in front of a computer to monitor the market movement. For me its as profitable as hodling since your profits would roughly be on a daily basis
5254  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is a whale? on: December 21, 2017, 07:51:26 AM
What is your definition of a whale? How many BTCs do you need to have to be a whale?

I think in my own understanding about it "WHALE" is an illustration to those people who is Rich or wealthy type of a person that has an authority to control the capacity volume market in trading industry in terms of value. Meaning these are the big investors in bitcoin industry Smiley

If your picture is like that I think we should better collect Bitcoin that much. Wink
on how many bitcoin that you have for it is better to have that atleast a lot of bitcoin for me this is where you may test on how rich you are and as of now we can see the thing of possibility on how wealth you are can be for.

It doesn't just have to be many bitcoins, a whale is someone who has enough btc to affect the market. We're talkig about probably millions of dollars here. Volatility can be caused by these people who manipulate the movement of cpins through pumping and dumping
5255  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A crazy day! Who can explain? on: December 21, 2017, 07:49:21 AM
BTC jump From $17400 to $19300. Almost $2000 a day. Too crazy to catch it.
Is it a work of the Wall Street? Any correction expected?

It not surprising on this jumps since we did already witness it when the price was on still $11k mark which sudden pumps do really happen on those times and lasted until it reaches 20k All time high. $2000 a day is really amazing but expect for having price corrections later on. For active day traders this would really be like a paradise because making money on those waves would really be there but somehow risky but would really be worth of to try.

Well as sudden as it pumped to 20k it, it dumped to around 16k in a matter of hours yesterday. You really would have to have nerves of steel in this crypto market to avoid making panicked mistakes. People who entered at 18-19k are probably nervous right now especially those who don't have that much experience yet with crypto markets
5256  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you Panic? on: December 21, 2017, 06:35:40 AM
I don't do often panic before in the past months but after btc has begun becoming uncontrollable then I decided to sell all of my altcoins to bitcoin with a great loss. I know that people that don't really panic must have been did what I did.
That's what traders do when bitcoin is pumping, they will sell their altcoins because altcoins will dump but when the price started to get stable
they will still gonna buy buck their altcoins because it's expected that altcoins will rise when bitcoin will not.
It's like people are just transferring their money from bitcoin to altcoins, so if you are not a long term holder then you should do that.

Well basing on how the alts performed and are performing, you probably are regretting selling your alts for btc since it went the other eay around. Though you may just have to hold for a little while more for btc to recover
5257  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Altcoins are dying !!! on: December 21, 2017, 06:32:22 AM
While many traders keep selling their altcoins for BTC since bitcoin's price is risng recently, there are so many traders which choose to hold some altcoins which have the potential to success and having the prices growing as well, like Ethereum for example.
When you are looking on the exchange current price of altcoins are increasing. There is a time for altcoins and indeed it is not dying. Yes actually most holding altcoins although traders are also in holding of btc to have both profit.

Right. Its even more profitable to hold alts at this point than btc. Some alts are pumping more than 100% recently while btc is on a decline or remains stagnant. Keep it diversified
5258  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hold or Sell on: December 21, 2017, 06:29:59 AM
In trading how do you know if it is time to still hold or is it the right time to sell? Do you go buy your profit margin  or actually wait for the highest possible peak?
For example if you're earning like 10% of your investment, would you just sell or would you be interested in waiting and seeing if it goes more up so you could earn more, in doing that its possible that it may go down and you then earn like 5-8%
But what is your process in this? How do you go about hold and sell timings?
Since the value of Bitcoin right now is 17783.03 US Dollar, I would probably hold it due to the continuously increasing of value. As of now, holding your bitcoin also have the benefits of getting the highest possible profit in btc without making an effort. On the other hand, if you are planning to sell your btc then it is okay because fiat is necessary in order to live. However, it is always up to you.
Holding Bitcoin when the price of Bitcoin decreases every day, do you think it is good? While, there are many altcoins are pumping the price 100-200% per day, I think the trend of cryptocurrency market changed. Although this trend can be temporary, but I am sure holding altcoin is more profits than Bitcoin.

At thia point you're probably right. Bcc, ltc, ripple, if you've held those coins recently then you're probably going to have a very merry holidays.compared to those that kept to their btcs. But as you'vr also said, its likely temporary. Let's see come 2018. I prefer to keep it diversified for security lol
5259  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading Bitcoin and other alts still profitable? on: December 21, 2017, 06:27:29 AM
You can completely exchange altcoin to gain huge profits. Because bitcoin is too big, bitcoin exchange is very difficult, so altcoin exchange is good for this time. You can get dual values when bitcoin and altcoin increase the price.

Well if you've been paying attention recently to how major alts are rampaging, it would be obvious that its more than profitable at this stage. People have become rich from trading especially the past two months.
5260  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I dont like daytrading on: December 21, 2017, 06:25:57 AM
Yes, I agree with you, I was daytrader and it takes a lot of time and I do not have much time for me. You have to trade a lot and do a lot of technical analysts + research on the coins. It's very stressful but in the long run it's not as profitable as the long-term trader, because just by taking Bitcoin you still earn a lot of profit by doing nothing

Not really. Day trading can get you pretty good profit on a daily basis. But you're right, it will require a big chunk of your day to analyze the market, study the coins and check the movement most of the time. I also prefer hodling but i know many people who've become rich through day trading so it really works for some people
