5261  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [OPEN -2 DAYS] #3rd KnC Neptune #1batch #1dlv > +9TH/s = 0.05 B/Sh SebJu escrow! on: December 11, 2013, 07:20:06 PM
Since some accusations came up:

* I know AnyKeyWhy from the forum like any other knows other forum members. No one will use an escrow he heard the first time of so i dont see what someone wanted to insinuate.
* Im not part of the groupbuy. Im only doing the escrow and pay the miner in the shop directly to prevent the bitcoins being taken.
* The Bitcoins asked for refunds werent needed to pay another miner. I offered to pay missing funds from my own bitcoins and wait until the last shares are bought so i get my bitcoins back.
* AnyKeyWhy gave me, like he and i claimed all the time repeatedly, a list with all refund requests now after the buy of the miners. I sent all refunds out in full after i was online seeing the email. I cant afford to be in the forum all day.
* Bitcoiner12... your Bitcoins are on the way too.

So was it really needed to accuse and threaten? Everything said was correct so far. I dont see why it was important to get to this level.
5262  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTOSTOCKS] Labcoin Official Thread - Self-Moderated on: December 11, 2013, 06:50:25 PM
Is anyone planning to deduct the labcoin loss from their taxes? With bitcoin so high that could amount to a significant deduction.

How will you do this? How will you explain the tax agency that your investment in an unregulated security isnt a private pleasure? What proofs will you give? I think thats not really possible. And thats the problem there is with bitcoins.

Claim you bought into BTC at the price $1100 and had to sell out at $650?

You think they will lower your tax because you claim something? They will happily will you let pay taxes when you claim you earned something but claiming your tax has to be lowered because you invested in a scam company? I dont see that happening.

Everyone at Neo & Bee are now involved in this resolution process.

Does that include the janitor?

Apparently not.  Turns out NO ONE at Neo & Bee is involved.
From Danny* himself :
When I say no monetary cost, then NO ONE who works for Neo & Bee is involved, then I mean just that.

*he uses his name on this forum
 Undecided

It can be read as no employee is working for ukyo. So no employee costs are used. That doesnt have to mean the NEOBEE-Heads.

Not sure i understand.  How are you reading these two statements:
Everyone at Neo & Bee are now involved in this resolution process.

When I say no monetary cost, then NO ONE who works for Neo & Bee is involved, then I mean just that.

Yes, it contradicts each other somehow. I only try to find an explaination. The last sentence might mean no paid users are involved so its no cost for NEOBEE and the first sentence might mean they want to say that NEOBEE is fully behind this now. Something like that. But the sentences are strange for sure...
5264  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: December 10, 2013, 10:37:20 PM
So one update and the clouds are gone again? And in 3 days its back to old right? Its so easy to move atmosphere in here.

Whats your bet on the valuation of shares on crypto-trade? Where will it settle after some days?

This is quite clearly not a scam anyone who really thinks that is insane. A scammer does not pay out $500k+ in dividends.

You obviously never heard of ponzis. The business model is to promise some percent per week. The
issuer then starts to pay out pennies until people believe him. At one point he stops paying out and keeps what he has. Pirateat40 did it the same way.
So its a perfectly fine thing for a scam to pay out. I dont believe ActM is a scam though.

Right... but NEOBEE have their own Business. Helping a scammer for no good reason would hurt their own business badly. Might be they dont have a clue about what really is going on but im pretty sure they are cautious and checked before they jumped in. I mean i wouldnt risk my business so easily.

Your statement is based on the assumption and Neo & Bee want to run a legit business. Unfortunately there is no hard evidence for that.

Even if they were scam you need some kind of scammer honor to protect other scammers. Thats not existing. Except you think its a conspiracy.

But im already at the stage of giving up. I cant being angry anymore. Ill wait and at some point i will use an lawyer. Till now i think theres a chance they work on it.

@chnch... i have the BTC in full. They arent exchanged to USD. So i dont see a reason for not paying back BTC refunds in full. So the answer to your question would be that you get your payment in btc back in btc fully.
5268  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [GB - OPEN!] #3rd KnC Neptune #1batch #1dlv > +9TH/s = 0.05 B/Sh SebJu escrow! on: December 09, 2013, 11:22:02 PM
Like AnyKeyWhy stated... i asked for his login to the knc-Shop so that i can pay the miner directly without having to give AnyKeyWhy the bitcoins. That would negate the purpose of an escrow.

There are 3 miners ordered waiting to be paid. The funds in bitcoin are still in full in the escrow address. I wait for the moment when AnyKeyWhy is telling me to pay one or more miners.

Regarding refunds. AnyKeyWhy wants refunds to be done after the groupbuy in order to not clutter the thread with buyers that decide one way the first day and the opposite direction the next day.
5269  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: December 09, 2013, 09:37:14 PM
You don't need lawyers, and you don't need money to go after Ukyo.
The real step is to file a formal complaint with the SEC.  People have a misconception on here that they only deal with shutting down exchanges.  No.. they have even busted ponzi schemes and have in many cases returned the money to the victims (the term "securities" and "shares" cover a very large array of situations, and pretty much anything that requires an investment from the victim).  In fact they will reward you 10-15% if it leads to recovering at least $1 million of funds through federal prosecution (read their website).  This is the cheapest way..  and the best way IMO

At this point, SEC is our friend..
and yes they handle international cases too if the scammer is in the US

Ok... so what would they do? Probably visiting him and questioning. He claims the wallet software is faulty and shows the help he hired. SEC will go.
The worse effect would be they dont believe it and... cant repair anything either. But they block anything to prevent he steals something. In a couple of months a case at court starts and and and.

Even though i think ukyo's silence is stupid, i think they should get some time to work on it. I mean it looks like they are in cyprus now and work together on the problem. Hopefully with more effect than ukyo alone.

4) Please don't release his address - it'll change his life into nightmare - even if he stole from PPL a lot of BTC he doesn't deserve to be hurt - everyone has right to fair process - legal actions are most fair for everyone

I think that's the idea here, is it not? Why doesn't he deserve it when he made other people's lives into a nightmare?

Yes, but to take legal action you need to serve him and for that you need his address.  Anyone needing his address just PM me.

I only hope that doesnt lead to everything blocked by the police... so that it takes months or years to see anything back... normally i think they would speak to him, he explains that he works to repair the software and they go again...

That was said about pretty much every scam ever.

But as i understand it's not NEOBEE who jumped in.. it's just a single person who is working for NEOBEE...

Really? I read it from the start that NEOBEE is helping. The announcement from NEOBEE sounded so too. I might be wrong though.

Good morning..

I would like to sell at .00075
Ken can keep 7% for his troubles, as I know how busy he must be.

John K escrow would help us simple by holding onto the buyers bitcoin until it has been confirmed by ken that the rights to my shares have been moved to someone else.

If anyone is interested please let me know.

I guess once on an exchange the prices will be even lower than that... i think i will see where it settles first. But i wonder why the shares arent on crypto-trade already.
5274  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: December 08, 2013, 03:02:10 PM
I don't think some people are actually catching on to what's going on here and are immediately thinking the worst of the very person who is trying to get them their money back. Neo aren't going to do anything detrimental to their business and they aren't going to throw away shareholder funds. Neo didn't make the problem but are hoping to offer a solution.

Also, some of the 'facts' being posted by others are not true. Inferences are being made which are incorrect. It may not seem obvious but that's because the full story hasn't been released. Everything said by Ukyo or Neo tallies with my knowledge so far and no one has been lied to afaik.

Finally, certain people here are outright trolling for entertainment. It's no coincidence that they have little or often no money at stake when looked into further.

I'm going to be absolutely clear on this. If neo (or someone similar) weren't helping, there is very little chance any of us would see more than a tiny handful of coins returned, if anything at all, including if you take all the legal action in the world.

If neo, or similar, can help successfully, we'll get them all.

It is an absolute no brainer, and it's sad seeing Danny getting abuse for it. The community has been shafted one time too many and apparently can't see a good thing when it happens.

So the claims of cryptocyprus that there are no coins and next he says there are only some coins mean that the wallet is broken and only a couple coins are seeable? Now they try to repair the wallet to get access to all coins again?

5277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Just-Dice.com : Invest in 1% House Edge Dice Game on: December 07, 2013, 11:01:43 PM
Hm... yesterday i tried investing 1BTC. I came back a hour later and it dropped... another hour later it dropped even more. The next day it had been dropped way more... at the evening its even way more now... I cant really see a house advantage of 1% here. With the mass of bets happening it simply makes no sense to me that this big amount of bets turn out to have this result.

The winning end losing bets are really spread fairly about all invested coins or is there some early investor advantage or so?

Anyway... i will watch this some more days but with this amount of random calculations this result doesnt make sense anymore to me. You know... throwing a dice often enough you will get more near the result to having nearly the same amount of all 6 digits as a result. And there has to be thousands of bets in the last day.

Its strange at least...

@nicolaennio... no martingale doesnt work. You cant beat luck this way. I hope you wont try it to make a fortune since you only will lose at the end. If you dont believe me ask google for explainations.
5278  Economy / Securities / Re: [Weexchange issue] The fall of Ukyo III - Updates and references on: December 07, 2013, 10:35:18 PM
Perhaps authorities seized all of Ukyo's servers and private keys, thereby leaving him with no access to those coins.

They know how to do this? I mean i cant imagine ukyo is so noob that he dont know how to back up.

Anyway... why should ukyo fly to cyprus to work with NEOBEE then? When the coins are gone that wouldnt make sense.

If you promise to support my family, following me making that information public at this very moment in time.
You will have to excuse the fact that I value my freedom.

There will be a solution in active progress extremely soon.

There is a tiny amount of BTC in the wallets, however by this Friday there will be access to these coins, distributed on a proportional basis.
5279  Economy / Securities / Re: [Weexchange issue] The fall of Ukyo III - Updates and references on: December 07, 2013, 10:21:28 PM
Apologies for the slight delay in getting this information out.

Jon (Ukyo) is now here with me in Cyprus to ensure this problem is resolved for everyone involved.

The bitcoins are simply not there anymore, we are continuing to work through the implementation of a number of solutions to correct the issue. We are hoping to have one of many very important announcements before the Christmas holidays that will enable the bitcoins to be returned to those that are owed, however the run up to the holiday period may cause delays in some aspects.

The solution will take time to pay everyone in full however, there will be no preferential payments and the payments will be distributed proportionally.

A full explanation as to why the bitcoins are no longer there, will be provided as soon as we possibly can.

Neo & Bee has no exposure to the liabilities of WeExchange. The solution will enable Neo & Bee and all of those involved in Bitcoin to benefit greatly in the future.

Roll Eyes They arent there anymore? But they want to pay in full? The bitcoins cant vanish. They have to be sent form the addresses. And the wallet cant be lost if you have backups or at least the private keys.
So this is a strange use of words here.
