5261  Economy / Economics / Re: PayPal to allow cryptocurrency buying, selling and shopping on its network on: December 02, 2020, 05:18:21 PM
It means Paypal will also put up their trading exchange if they allow cryptocurrency buying and selling? Maybe they just accept bitcoin and other currency to store on their platform like a crypto wallet. Because if Paypal allow buy and sell of crypto then they will add additional features on their platform for cryptocurrency.

I believe that they are in testing stage and will likely change some of the features, honestly I don't like the way they handle integrating Cryptocurrency in their platform, they should have an option to deposit and withdraw those Cryptocurrencies in their dashboard, it's to centralized, centralized exchange is better than their feature, in the long run I don't think they can keep up.
5262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins will reach all time high on 2021 on: December 02, 2020, 03:46:25 PM
Bitcoin and Ethereum are more in demand for investors than other altcoins. There is no need to have high hopes for altcoin anytime soon.

But I do have high hopes for some altcoins like Ripple Tron Eos among other altcoins that are on the top 10, just don't mind coins that are beyond 30 although these coins have good potential we should be in a safe zone when investing if you are not whales.
I don't look down on altcoins but they have to prove themselves and come out with a good and unique platform and they should have a strong community, these are the ingredients of a highly potential coin in the market.
5263  Economy / Speculation / Re: Where do we see the price of bitcoin after 3 decades on: December 02, 2020, 01:35:05 PM
As we all know the market pool of crypto currency is on growing stage and only around 0.5% of the world population is involved in it so once the market size gets matured enough in the hands of more than 10-20% of total world population, the price of BTC can be more than $1M in next 30years.

Refer the adoption chart predicted by cryptoaims

Still its time to buy at $17600 and make rest of your life as financially independent

Three decades is 30 years, so many things are going to happen between that time, there's so many things that are going to happen between that time, but all the predictions are pointing that Bitcoin is going to go higher every year, we are open to predictions anyone can predict this is what makes the community strong and to entice people to invest, who would want to invest where your money will grow.
5264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Airdrops are important on: December 02, 2020, 12:21:01 PM
Airdrops are good if they are similar to that of Uniswap, no KYC, decentralized with usage and already in the market, this is the kind of airdrop worth participating, I do like airdrop but I don't like KYC, because it's very risky to give your vital information to people, so lucky that Uniswap did not ask for KYC.
5265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO scams vs DeFi scams on: December 02, 2020, 02:52:47 AM

why is DeFi platforms more easier to hack? Or are developers the real culprits hacking their platforms themselves? DeFi failure will forever be a stain in crypto history

People are pinning their hopes on DeFi this will soon become a multi billion industry if there are to much hacking and scamming going on, it will become even worse than ICO scamming, because DeFi should be safe as it is smart contract based, the biggest problem is the cloning of tokens via fake smart contract and loopholes on the smart contract, people should fully understand how DeFi works before getting involved on it.
5266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is this the long awaited bull run? on: December 02, 2020, 12:12:14 AM

Please share your views if this is the bull run we are waiting for and how long should we expect it to last?

I can confirm that this is the bull run that we are waiting for, the fact that we are already in the $18 - $19 k range the last time that we are on this level was three years ago and it's been a very long build up from there, and on how long will expect it to last, it's hard to answer that question but it will be much longer period, hard to say how long.
So many things happen since the last bull run this year and it will have a long term effect on the market.
5267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Understand how cryptocurrency scams work? on: December 01, 2020, 11:51:30 PM

Another popular scam technique is called an "initial coin offering (ICO).

It's still a popular way to scam people, there are new projects coming out using ICO, but not all projects that does this are scammers right away, you have to figure out if they really are, some of them are copying other project's whitepaper and some employ fake profiles and fake credentials and they are lying about on their roadmap.
5268  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy after COVID-19 on: December 01, 2020, 11:31:48 PM

Right now the pandemic is not showing any signs of a slowdown. Especially in regions such as the United States and the European Union, the number of new infections are rising. First the pandemic needs to be contained. Only after that, we can plan about any sort of economic recovery. Trends are looking bad, as the winter season is peaking in the northern hemisphere.

It will be reduced after the distribution of the vaccine, and it's going to happen on the second of the year, once the first wave of distribution of vaccine occur the percentage could drop to 50% we will build a herd immunity right away even if only 20% of the world's population is vaccinated, there is a study that vaccination could last for two years until everybody is vaccinated.
5269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoins replace Bitcoin?!?!? on: December 01, 2020, 04:16:07 PM
Will the rise of altcoins eventually lead to the demise of Bitcoin? Ultimately Bitcoin has been tested and it has a place in the crypto world. Join our  discord https://discord.gg/pp7Jwsp9 for further discussions about this topic. Tell me what you think?

We don't need a long discussion to discuss what altcoin that can replace Bitcoin because until now there is no coin in the market, old and up and coming that can replace Bitcoin Bitcoin dominance is very huge, Dominance: BTC 61.4%, even Ethereum the number two spot in the market is not even half of it's dominance, our discussion should be focus on another all time high and not on Bitcoin replacement.

5270  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Non-Standard Casino Games on: December 01, 2020, 03:42:17 PM
I have to admit, I'm not a rather actively involved in online gaming, but well, curiosity didn't give me peace of mind, so I decided to try out what it feels like to play at different online casinos and what games they have. What I've noticed is that sometimes 'standard' becomes boring and at some point, dice, roulette or slots can feel somewhat monotonous.

What unusual and non-standard games did you play? What are the online casinos offering something unique and fresh?
(I plan to make a consolidated list with all the suggestions you post in this thread.)

You still have not got the knack of it, I don't find these games boring, maybe money is nothing for money you when it comes to betting you don't mind losing money, so every bet has no meaning to you, well not for us, but if you think these are boring then look for gambling sites with many games on it and try what games will get you excited, try to experiment but be careful not to lose money.
5271  Economy / Economics / Re: The pandemic did push the world towards a more digital age. on: December 01, 2020, 03:20:59 PM
I agree that the pandemic makes the transition to digital age at a very fast rate, here in our place the malls and the shopping centers are mandated to do their transaction through cashless and even the toll gate are mandatory to do cashless, this is to prevent contact so to avoid people from getting CoVid, and our government is still finding ways for some industry to go cashless.
5272  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price 17000$ today on: December 01, 2020, 02:02:24 PM
15000    - 6 (17.1%)
14000    - 1 (2.9%)
20000    - 17 (48.6%)
25000    - 9 (25.7%)
10000    - 2 (5.7%)

Total Voters: 35

This is the latest tally of the vote and the nearest that we can get based on the number of votes is $20000, honestly this is more realistic than $25000, but I believe that we can still get that $25000, it's not really hard to reach because of a lot of great news that we are getting and the community are now seeing the effect of the halving, 2021 has a lot of promise for the Cryptocurrency community.
5273  Economy / Speculation / Re: December for moon on: December 01, 2020, 12:17:32 PM
From the past records of the bull run season, December period has always been a mooning season where almost all coins gain new ATH. This was exactly what happen during the 2017 bull run. We can say that this is a Characteristic of bull signal. One thing to note for everyone is not be carried away because at the tail end of this moon season there is usually a flash dip. Let's be wise, enjoy the ride and take profit. If otherwise happens such that December happens to be a dip season, then the bull run we are waiting for is yet to come.

If we have another all time high this December, then we can have similarity only on the month, but I don't think there will be similarity on the situation because back 2017, almost all coins are hype and pumped, the situation now is very different the investors have matured, investors will only invest on the right coin / token that has usage and platform.
5274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty managers can do better on: November 30, 2020, 10:20:47 PM
I once wished that bounty hunters can come together as one to escape the ruined reputations of bounty hunters and the unfair ways we've been treated but I think this can easily be done not by bounty hunters but by bounty managers

If bounty managers can starts doing screening on new bounty projects scam rate will be limit, for example come face to face with team using video chat and forcing them to do KYC just to confirm they are real, this day many new projects only chat with bounty managers and that's all, I think this is why bounty detective can't figure out that kingcasino scammers are from Nigeria

Please bounty manager make sure the team you doing a job for are real atleast, don't just take a job through chats only

if all bounty managers are going to unite and make it a requirement that will be good for both bounty hunters and bounty managers. we have so many projects using fake accounts coming from photo sharing sites, some of them are even using fake people with fake credentials, they get random people on social media, promising big payment just to use their profile, if they have that requirement scamming will be minimized
5275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: bounty hunter on: November 30, 2020, 04:49:49 PM
I got stuck with a question bounty hunter - Isn't he a criminal???

For example a person promotes (Bounty) projects, in the end learns that projects fraudulent
support in fundraising, but get nothing for it

What say comrades??

Bounty hunters are freelance promoters they are not a part of any project, they become a part of the project if they give their consent to participate and they are accepted in the campaign, and they can stop promoting the project anytime they want,
If they keep on promoting that are tagged as a scam project and they know it and continue promoting they can also get tagged for conniving with the scam project.
5276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty rewards on: November 30, 2020, 04:20:00 PM
Since bounty hunters are being blamed for the projects price drop,
Why not ask the projects owner to pay the bounty reward in BTC or whatever the investors used to invest in their project?
They've promised their hunters a reward that has a total of $ value on their token/coin but they couldn't deliver it.
Wouldn't this kind of payment would solve both the investors and hunters problem?
The project price wouldn't dump after the reward has been given to the hunters and the hunters would get what has been promised to them.
I think the BM's could try and convince their clients for this kind of payment if they give it a try.

This has been asked so many times before and my answer is still the same, they do not have a budget for this they also rely on their IOU token to pay bounty hunters, why would they have to buy Bitcoin or Ethereum when they can use their own token to get free advertisement, they also do not trust their token to have a good value when it hit the market, so they want to keep all the coins they've got from their sales.

5277  Economy / Economics / Re: 2021 not Looking good on: November 30, 2020, 03:25:04 PM
2021 not Looking good!

Only things what could be good are Bitcoin and cryptocurrency
Other things dont look good!

Why are you so pessimistic, the world put their hopes in 2021 because of the vaccine, all your perception about 2021 is all wrong, Cryptocurrency is doing great but in general, things will be back to normal as it was when we don't have this CoVid.
Right now the world needs hope and they need something to look forward to with hope and the year 2021is the year that can bring that ray of hope, so change your mindset.
5278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PayPal blocked a member's account due to cryptocurrency trading on: November 30, 2020, 01:59:12 PM
A trader with the nickname Thecooldoc reported on Reddit that his account in the PayPal account was permanently blocked. "PayPal permanently banned my account due to CryptoCurrency buy/sells being treated as "item SALES": https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/comments/k0rmtw/paypal_permanently_banned_my_account_due_to/
Can the Reddit community help the trader?

This is what I'm worrying so even if they implemented it in other countries I will not use that feature, my account has been limited twice for transacting with an unverified account, it's a light offense but enough to limit my account and hostage my Paypal funds, this is not a remote possibility for everyone, we are bound by a lot of terms of services on PayPal and they are very good on picking account to restrict so beware.
5279  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: France's gambling recovers on: November 30, 2020, 01:22:30 PM
According to the french national gambling authority. The gambling in france showed 49% more gambling activity in the third quarter

France really sets an example for other countries alike. I do think the countries where the gambling is open and regulated are going to recover faster as compared to the others since they are generating immense revenue for the government and at the same time the players also have a lot to choose from.

Lockdown and work from home gave rise to people actively playing in online gambling and not only in France but other countries which regulate online gambling they made good recoveries because of the taxes they pay to the government, this is a rare time that the gambling industry is helping many countries to survive this pandemic, the government should thank the gambling section for their help.
5280  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊[Boxing] Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Junior [PPV on Nov. 28] on: November 30, 2020, 01:34:06 AM
We were all suckered by this fight, hehehe, draw when majority saw that Tyson really won the fight.
Even Dana White called it for Tyson, both of them are close so we don't know, maybe we can see a cross-over, Tyson fighting in UFC?

I don't want to see him in UFC he is into boxing if he go there that means he is promoting mixed martial arts, Mike wants to have the glory of boxing back, and besides who he gonna fought, legendary fighters in UFC?, there are still available options for Tyson Like Shannon Briggs, Holyfield, Kevin Mcbride.
All of these boxers can attract PPV sales just like this fight.
