5261  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Price Prediction: $350k before the end of 2022 on: July 02, 2021, 02:46:25 PM

Am not a pro trader or anything,  but markets pay both buyers and sellers and from this you can see that there is a 3 block move to the upwards which means it won't stay long at that price of $350k as it has to go 3 steps downwards too.

But on the realistic side of things this is way too bullish of a market, who will be pumping these markets with the current problems our markets are facing and the pandemic doesn't look like it will be over any time soon?

5262  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Gathers Upside Momentum, Faces Resistance Near $40K on: July 02, 2021, 11:25:02 AM
Can anyone define "Faces Resistance Near $40K" to the crypto noobs?

I hope this will be the simplest explanation  Tongue

"Faces Resistance Near $40K" means the market has more sellers than buyers at this zone and when ever buyers try to push price up...all what is happening is sellers getting out of the market by getting those buy orders.

So what needs to happen to break this zone is having more buyers than sellers and market psychology will change as people who were selling will now be buying creating a support zone.
5263  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.com scam - lost funds on: July 02, 2021, 07:03:52 AM
Since you say you are a group, what controls have you put in accessing this account....is it one person with the password responsible for any transactions.

My advice, before you go to Luxembourg try ask among your selves, good luck.

OP, some of the scams that some users might ravage against Blockchain.com may not even be their fault but from the users carelessness. There have been phishing sites online in disguise as Blockchain and most users usually makes the mistakes of signing up with them.
That's one problem we can not over look, a "man in the middle attack" but thought these aren't has common as they were a few years back.
5264  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: July 02, 2021, 06:45:27 AM

Mbappe is still a good player no matter what happens, other best clubs will still want him even if he has missed such penalty, in football, such happens.
Are we suppose to crucify the young lad for that missed penalty...I don't think So!

Besides no one player has a perfect record when it comes to scoring them so let's not be hard on him and let's not forget that regardless of what happened that night he remains to be among the top 10 players in the world today and no club would refuse to have him in their team Cool
5265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to make good profits through ICOs? on: July 01, 2021, 10:40:02 PM
I think any ICOs that are showing up after the first wave have a 35% chance of succeeding because very few stay in line with their long-term plan as most projects exit the markets after collecting our money and disappear.

So honestly speaking good profits aren't easy to come by after the ICO boom as most never hit market cap or never even raise enough to have the funds to hit an exchange.
5266  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you pay with Bitcoin whenever you're able to? on: July 01, 2021, 10:31:42 PM
Back when fees were super low, I would use my bitcoin were ever possible

but now that they kind of have gone up and we have alternatives that have way lower transaction fees than bitcoin

I hardly use bitcoin for my crypto payments unless it's the only option available.
5267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you were me , Do you buy this coin ?? on: July 01, 2021, 09:26:35 PM
A fancy announcement thread here on the forum doesn't always mean thats a good project,  no ico doesn't mean good either and you saying low risk for a new project doesn't fit the profile too, because  if established coins like bitcoin, ethereum and others are considered high risk how on earth are we to trust a new project...never I guess!
5268  Economy / Economics / Re: Covid-19 effect on your country's economy!!! on: July 01, 2021, 07:07:47 PM
Here the pandemic has really slowed things down, Politically the politicians in power are feeling the pressure as solutions are expected to come through from them, economically this part is slow to stagnant and technologically things to be improving in this area has this is the only space that has seen some positives.

But honestly I would really appreciate if this whole covid thing comes to an end because it has left a trail of destruction world over.
5269  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Million dollar win on $15 parlay whoa on: July 01, 2021, 06:44:06 PM
No f**king ways!

$15.5 to 1.36 million dollars  Shocked I thought this was a 20 leg bet slip at the least but this happened from a  six-leg parlay and I must say...the first two games from the parlay are predictable, the other winners all on the same bet slip not in a hundred years.

How the hell do these guys come up with such a winning combination...you really need to know your sport, congrats to the lad.
5270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Elon Musk's two tweets on Dogecoin drive value of cryptocurrency up by 7% on: July 01, 2021, 06:32:26 PM
Two tweets by Tesla and SpaceX founder Elon Musk drove the value of Dogecoin up by seven percent on July 1. On the other hand, two other cryptocurrencies - Bitcoin and Ether - traded lower.

Dogecoin, after trading below $0.24 in the early hours of trading, surged to $0.2573 after Musk's tweets, as per the data shared by CoinMarketCap. The 24-hour trading volume was stated as $2,762,760,820, by the time this report was published.

Elon Elon Elon, are we still going to ignore how much influence this lad has on dogecoin and the crypto ecosystem in general?

I still feel the damage that was done on crypto(bitcoin) because of the elon tweets about the carbon footprint can be undone if we can find cleaner ways of mining...and he will be the first to blow the horn for damage control.
5271  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not just a currency, but represents a new human civilization on: July 01, 2021, 11:58:58 AM
I want to get more inspiration and thinking from your gays
Not an English lesson but would appreciate correcting this typo.

Bitcoin is not just a coin, but a new civilization of human.

I named it Bit Civilization.
This sounds catchy, I like it too!  Bit Civilization.

How does crypto  Civilization sound as backup Roll Eyes

And you are right, bitcoin has opened a new chapter to how we use money and this can be seen how most of our industries are adopting this technology, which has signed a whole new Civilization. Am just glad to be part of the Bit Civilization:) just looking forward to seeing more countries atound the world making it legal tender.
5272  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 01, 2021, 11:38:05 AM
Nuno is a great guy and he showed what Wolves could do with a lot of talent and attacking style,,, which is please what Spurs need to keep.
Wolves will definitely miss Nuno Espirito Santo's
I wonder were most of these teams miss it by failing to keep their managers longer because this was and still is a brilliant coach as we saw it in how he managed wolves.

Now given a team with bigger pockets and better players,, I see him using his coaching magic to push spurs to higher heights.

Can't wait for the Premier League to start Smiley

After so much speculation finally this move has happened, hope this doesn't off set an imbalance at United for players to be demotivated and try to leave because of competition.

We need this guy to help bring some trophies for United as his a high impact player, in the mean time give the lad some game time for the EUROS  Tongue

5275  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is there really a lot of money to be made trading bitcoin? on: July 01, 2021, 06:42:16 AM
Generally forex and crypto trading has billions floating on the market everyday and its there for our taking, but only available when we learn how to trade and stay profitable.

And in this case for bitcoin it's actually quite profitable because this asset is volatile ,which is a good attribute.
5276  Economy / Services / Re: 1xbit.com honest review campaign (open) on: June 30, 2021, 11:58:15 AM
So this time around I wasn't looking at things like how fast the website loads or looks like, or what offers and promos they have, neither was I looking at the sports games available on the site .

My main focus was to try several coin deposits and see how long it will take for my deposits to reflect on my account, so I picked btc and litecoin for my test...for bitcoin my deposit reflected after 3 confirmations and this also depends on transaction fees used... but the more fees paid the better & faster and I guess the 3 confirmations is the industry standard. As for the other coin this was faster to showup on my account in about 5-8 minutes my deposit showed up... I guess this should be my go to coin when topping up my account.

For the withdraw side of things, these guys do process withdraw requests very quickly which is a plus, only hoping they add some kind of way to deposit using fiat in the future .

Harry Kane strikes, what a linkup with Jack Grealish...

It's over for the Germanys....I guess karma is a bi**h, had Muller scored it would have been a different story. But a comeback isn't impossible we saw things turn around yesterday, can we have that today  Tongue
5278  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA EURO 2020 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Finals in June 2021! on: June 29, 2021, 05:16:46 PM
England 0-0 Germany /first half.
Quite open game between England and Germany, many missed opportunities and anyone of them could score at any time. Last chance for England was very close.
If the game continues like that then a draw is very likely to happen.
Open game agreed, unfortunately this match looks like a low scoring game but Germany seems to be the better team, attacking more and have created better chances than England after the break of the half....could they be the team to go into the quarters.

30 minutes to go
