5281  Other / Meta / Re: Connection problems. Too many RTOs on: October 08, 2017, 04:58:24 PM
Most of the day, I couldn't access Bitcointalk (like yesterday). But when I check http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/bitcointalk.org, it says "It's just you. bitcointalk.org is up.".
Does that mean the DDOS cuts off traffic from certain geographical areas only?
It probably could, but usually it doesn't. If the website isn't completely down (which is the case here), and depending on the type of attack, some requests may be going through while others aren't. Therefore, checking whether BTCT is up for everyone is not going to be reliable.
5282  Other / Meta / Re: Connection problems. Too many RTOs on: October 08, 2017, 04:14:54 PM
What can be done to decrease its effect, should I stop using the forum for a day. Will It help other users to get access more easily?
Not really, no.
5283  Other / Meta / Re: Connection problems. Too many RTOs on: October 08, 2017, 03:44:56 PM
So it is back that this forum is attacked by DDoS and this time with full force. So did it got affected to only site getting slow down or something serious damage have been happened.
DDoS doesn't usually do anything on its own other than make resources unavailable by exhausting them.  Therefore, I doubt that any *serious* damage was caused unless other attacks were executed as well.
5284  Other / Meta / Re: New DDOS attack? Huge lag today on: October 08, 2017, 03:25:40 PM
Read this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2244896.msg22675677#msg22675677, and lock this one.

Are these funded?
All you had to do was read the 2nd sentence:
The 2017 Mercury 1oz silver coin loaded with .1BTC.
5286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: | 🔥 [BSD] BitSend Signature & Avatar Campaign 🔥 | [OPEN] on: October 08, 2017, 02:46:40 PM
Is anything wrong?
He claims to have worn the signature for the whole last period, and I have not marked him as a signature campaign participant. Therefore, he should have gotten 92 total.
5287  Other / Meta / Re: [SMAS] Signature Managers against Spam (light version) on: October 08, 2017, 01:24:30 PM
You don't follow your rules that you seted yourself!
I do; however, I do not have to if I do not want to. I don't have to review anyone if I do not want to, and could permanently blacklist everyone right away. By giving spammers 2 chances for reviews I am being lenient towards them.

What the hell you wrote then "If you wish to not be on this list, your post quality can be reviewed after 60 days. If the review confirms your ban, or you ask for a review before 30 days have passed, you will be blacklisted for 6 months. This excludes permanently blacklisted members that can be found in their own thread" if you don't follow that?
1 review denied -> 2nd review denied -> permanently blacklisted.

I was trying to talk with you and see what was the problem in my comments, but you have said you don't give such advices for free.
Do you realize how many people PM me per day? Let me rephrase, do you realize how many people waste my time with bullshit per day? (more specifically, a lot of the requests are bullshit, complaining, et. al.) If I were to analyze everyone's shitposting and give suggestions in my free time, a backlog (for all on-forum *obligations*) would be created that would take weeks if not months to go through. Therefore, I rarely do such a thing (e.g. maybe I have extra time, or a good day).

Do you take money for your advices, really?
I do paid consulting, but that's not relevant to SMAS. If you are complaining that someone doesn't want to do something for free for you, you being a stranger to them, then you're a self-entitled brat.

You are not fair. And if SMAS support you in that they are not fair as well.
Everyone is being treated equally, more or less, thus it is naturally fair. Whether I am too strict or not, has nothing to do with fairness.
5288  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Auction] New Titan 2017 Coins on: October 08, 2017, 10:59:22 AM
Question for those not very familiar with Titan (which includes myself): Who owns the lower numbers and when were they released (e.g. ANN thread)?
5289  Other / Meta / Re: [SMAS] Signature Managers against Spam (light version) on: October 08, 2017, 10:11:13 AM
I'm really have no idea when I got into the list and once I got ask Mr/Mrs.Lauda to review my status, I just got blacklist.
Your incompetence is your problem.

Is there any specific reason behind this act ?
2nd review gets denied -> you are permanently blacklisted.

I was discussing my situation with my husband which is high member ranked on the forum and friends, and I think I understood why I was called as spammer by Lauda.
A high rank does not mean anything these days.

I really talked oftenly about my status of housewife on bitcoin and topics alike.
I do not care who you are nor what you do, thus you understood nothing and neither did your husband and friends (?).

In any case, Lauda is giving 60 days to improve comments' quality, so I will count that period from that day when Lauda said me that I'm blacklisted and after I will ask him (or her) to rewiev my posts.
Which will get you denied, again and permanently blacklisted. Something so simple as SMAS, and people still don't understand it. Sigh.
5290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥[GUNBOT] Automatic Poloniex Profit Generator🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 on: October 08, 2017, 07:45:59 AM
Hi,can you tell me why they are  a lot of resellers ?  if this software work , why people dosn't want to use it anymore ?
For someone to be a reseller, they literally have to: a) Own Gunbot. b) Know how Gunbot works (more or less). c) Use it. Resellers help build up the community in languages that Gunthar does not speak, as well as reduce the obviously high workload of his. You may be confused by the word; what they are selling is new licences.

I wrote 16.09 that I installed the signature, you answered 18.09 that I "Accepted", I thought that you will make changes to the table yourself, based on this.
This is what happens when you keep enrolling, dropping out and enrolling back in as well as not checking your own data. I've made the changes. If you want the difference in BSD, you will have to contact Chris yourself.
5293  Economy / Reputation / Re: ! NEW USERS BEWARE "Reputable" forum members deceiving, stealing and harassment. on: October 08, 2017, 05:38:30 AM
Can we get this bum out of here?HuhHuh Clearly a scammer hes leaving Neg Rep for honest members, this guy is a Cancer can we please cleanse this place with Chemo???
Unfortunately, I do not think that will happen. Given that OP refused to use escrow, we can pretty much state with certainty that we've prevented *some* damage (i.e. people from getting scammed). I'm sure that he/she will be back under a new alias though.

This forum is way too lenient towards bullshit, which is one of the reasons why butthurt scammers and criminals of all kids (see Quickseller & co.) as well as shills from shitcoins (see DeepOinion and a few ICOs cryptodevil has busted recently) can damage the forum by spewing bullshit out of spite. Undecided
5294  Economy / Reputation / Re: Lauda gave me a negative feedback. on: October 08, 2017, 05:33:28 AM
I already gave the TXID of my payment.
That is only proof of the existence of a payment, not proof that the payment was made for the twitter account.

And please pay attention to my main question. I'm not discussing here for being tag as an alt account by twitter connect. But the fact of receiving a red tag of being involved on "trust farming" which is I didn't committed just to make the story short.
I would argue that buying existing twitter accounts could or should be treated equally as buying Bitcointalk accounts. When you buy someone else's existing account, you get everything that comes with it. So if you did buy this account, don't you think that you're responsible for/deserve the mess created by your own actions?
5295  Economy / Reputation / Re: why i'm still in negative trust on: October 08, 2017, 05:24:00 AM
You'll need to work it out with those that left you it. Nothing else can be done.
but he isn't replying anymore he said if i pm him about it he'll block me
That's because you were very annoying, and still continue to be. When I said I might remove it in a few months, that did not mean I want you to PM me every month and annoy me with this nonsense. I receive an absurdly high amount of various requests and try to answer most of them. Wasting time is often a luxury that I can't afford in critical moments.

Then there's likely nothing you can do.
This.
5296  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: ★LIST★ BitcoinTalk's Escrow Providers: Ranking & Blacklist ☠ Avoid Scammers ☠ on: October 08, 2017, 05:20:42 AM
-snip-
...your trust score doesn't help either.  Undecided

You're free to bring us some more facts if you wish.
The user is a butthurt shill from some project that cryptodevil stumbled upon then exposed. Any such, hypocritical and biased outbursts seeking revenge can't be taken seriously. Regarding my escrowing services, they were almost non-existent before that sting operation with the first major ones happening months after. It absolutely does not have any impact on that, nor does anyone who has/is/is planning to work with me care about that, largely falsified, thread.
5297  Other / Meta / Re: Outside moderator control on: October 08, 2017, 05:16:53 AM
Global moderators and admins, as well as patrollers (only for newbies though) can moderate that board.
5298  Other / Meta / Re: Banning Butthurt People/ Trolls on: October 08, 2017, 05:15:56 AM
Above all, there is a large difference between a sting operation and an extortionist. Explain this to me: Why would Lauda spend so much time finding scammers and negging them if she/ he could in fact join them and make money behind closed doors (secretly is what I mean). Also, why does Lauda often bust/ help bust scam ICOs with cryptodevil if, once again, he or she could join in on the ICO and make money off them by not exposing them, essentially blackmailing them.
None of that matters, nor does the shill care about anyone actually engaging in any scammy/shady actions or similar. That's what happens when you end up on the wrong end of negative ratings. Roll Eyes

I don't see that happening, and I do believe Lauda's 'extortion attempt'
was a sting operation.  You either believe it or you don't.  Lauda's good works
outweigh that little lapse of good judgement.
I think that it is fair to say that a number of people trust me on a much higher level than ever before.

However, regarding the logic of the above statement.  Quickseller spent a lot of
time scam busting....and then he pulled his escrow scam on a bunch of unwitting
victims who thought they were purchasing an escrow service with an independent
third party.  You know, a real escrow.  As in, a 3-sided transaction.  So just
because someone tries to bust scammers doesn't mean that person is not or would
not become one.  You never know.
Quickseller is a prime example of someone who deceived the public and who showed his true colors after his crimes were exposed.

Thank you for proving that you are a liar too.
Nope.

You need help? Sure: argumentum ad hominem, is 'where an argument is rebutted by attacking the character, motive, or other attribute of the person making the argument, or persons associated with the argument, rather than attacking the substance of the argument itself':
For this to be true, you'd need to have: a) An argument. b) Something worth rebutting. c) (My) Intent to to do so. Neither one is the case, especially not a and b. Smiley

There is no reason to answer this way unless desperately trying to distract from the actual substance.
To distract from the fact that you're a butthurt troll that needs to be banned? Now why would I want to do that? Shocked
