Obviously I will never agree with the managers and scouts, rather I would say that Rakitic is more expensive than Bernardeschi. Rakitic is the type of player who deserves to go down in history and not be forgotten along with Modric.
Rakitic is not a "great" player, he was good for Barcelona for some seasons, quite a talented player but not so good as to "go down in history". This will be a good deal for Barcelona, Rakitic is not as expensive as you feel when you check how old he is and the number of playing time he gets, then they'll be getting a good deal swapping him for a younger player who has many years of football ahead of him.
5282  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: As expected THE LIAR, CLOWN 'John McAfee' backs down from $1M claim on: January 22, 2020, 07:02:21 PM
A lot of people did! He has a lot of follower.
And why would they, would they do something as nasty as that just because they said some stupid impossible prediction. The internet is a nasty place nowadays, anyone can just post anything controversial and insensible and still draw attention to themselves.

"I'll eat my D**k if bitcoin ever goes extinct", does that mean I will, well even if otherwise, it'll never happen so holy shit, my balls are saved.
5283  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 22, 2020, 04:41:19 PM
Liverpool can definitely beat wolves but honestly Liverpool can win against anyone, even if it was city they were playing I would say Liverpool, united against burnley looks promising, they have been decent recently, Leicester will certainly comeback and beat west ham after what happened with Southampton, only thing I am worried about is Spurs because they got a tie last week with watford, mourinho haven't been able to turn things around just yet, they are still clear favorites tho so I bet on Spurs anyway. Lets see if we can get all 4 right this time.
You just went with all the four teams that ought to win, it can said to be safe, but my guts tells me all four favorites wouldn't be going home tonight with a victory in their respective games, if there's a match that's maybe certain, not that it is, but because of how strong the team has been, then it's Liverpool, but the last time they played Wolves, it was just a narrow one zero win. Too many teams haven't been able to score Liverpool lately, so I went with Wolves to score in this game.

Leicester are still struggling to recover, Westham may present another upset for them, Win or draw for Westham is what my bet slip looks like in this game. United and Spurs to win, let's see how our both predictions(bets)pan out.
5284  Other / Meta / Re: Is there a section of the bitcointalk forum where I can raise funds in BTC, ETH on: January 22, 2020, 02:39:08 PM
Just looking for the right section to post some ideas and see if I can raise some funds, if there is a section like that.
There's no section such as this where you post ideas and get funds in return, if you have good ideas that will benefit users on the forum, you shouldn't hesitate to post them in the section that suits the idea.

If your ideas are good, the best you'll get is merits, not BTC, ETH or even USD
5285  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 22, 2020, 12:29:30 PM
He keeps saving their asses this guy,,, and people still do not really cheer for him so much. I mean even City fans they do not love him the way most people love their club favorites like me Spurs I really like my heroes. Why is this so do you think?
Why do you think Sergio Aguero isn't loved by the blue half of Manchester, I do not quite agree with that, Aguero is revered by the Etihad fans and he's a "god" in that area. City fans may not be as loud as the kops(liverpool fans) or the Blaugrana's and fans of other top teams who sings the praises of their clubs most important player, but there is no reason why city fans wouldn't love Sergio, not after that last minute goal against QPR that gave them the title in 2012.
Anyway, 4 points from the last 2 games thanks to Aguero. They can never replace this man.
There are only but very few world class/top strikers in the game at the moment, and Aguero is well amongst them. City still have him for a few more years and I know they'll hope to add a few more on that, Gabriel Jesus is good, but he isn't competent enough imo to fill Aguero's boots, maybe a new striker would come in when he leaves.

<...>
I'm curious as to if you have any kind of statistics or any whatnot that can corroborate your information, we cannot agree to that based on just what you say. But if it's true then maybe the altcoin market will improve and the investors will likely be selecting the good projects, making it easier for them to make ROI through the year.

2020 hasn't started bad for the altcoin market, and maybe it's a good indication that the industry may experience a good year, better than last year and the one before it. But investors should still be careful and not take this as an indication that the market has become safe, research is still very much needed.
5287  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 21, 2020, 09:43:21 PM
In my opinion, Sheff U is not a club I easily get with a different lineup, and I don't think there will be many goals.
And there wasn't, City just managed to win by a lone goal, Sergio Aguero was the man again to produce the decisive and important goal that keeps city second and firmly in control of their faith to qualify for next seasons champions league. Sheffield united is a really good team, newly promoted but yet proving themselves even against the big guns in the league, they are in 7th position, and I'm sure they never dreamt of being there when they got promoted.

5288  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My funds have been stolen! on: January 21, 2020, 08:41:06 PM
From your explanations I do not know how your funds was taken(you can try and explain better), were you trying to send to an address and sent to the wrong address. Maybe your private keys aren't as secured as you claim it is, did you write or store it somewhere that's accessible to someone other than yourself.
I am desperate because these funds were supposed to be for my mother's health.
I just hope it's not just you sending to another address of yours, sorry I just get a bit sceptical when a line like this is added in this kind of post. If your mum is truly ill, you will have to find a different means of footing the bills.
5289  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 21, 2020, 06:44:10 PM
2 Marketing,
I think he's still priced that much for this above than for his "football", if Pogba is to be bought based on his performances in the last 12 months then I don't think he'll cost even close to the much this top clubs are willing to pay out for him.

But another thing to understand is that he's young and talented, not playing his best football now, but that can change under the right condition, better manager, better team, better working condition and so much more. It's worth taking the risk with him, he can be the "world best" on his own day.

When I joined Bitcointalk. At that time, my knowledge about Bitcointalk was Zero.
This also reminds me of myself, during my newbie time I didn't understand a thing, whether it's about the forum or bitcoin, but now I'm not a guru or an expert yet but I'm better than then and I've earned merits as a result and I hope to continue doing so.

Congratulations OP,  your journey doesn't end here, it continues, there's more hurdles, but I believe you're going to jump over them all and get to more higher ranks.
5291  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 21, 2020, 04:35:30 PM
This game should be a very easy game for Chelsea, looking at odds on the game Chelsea is given 1.80 odds and that is really really good, I personally will wager a bit on this, I mean not because Chelsea winning is 100% guaranteed
When the big teams in the league play against one another, it's never an easy game and there is no guaranteed winner, forget about the odds given by the bookies, this odds are mainly given based on current form, and one game is enough to change all that. Arsenal lost out painfully to Chelsea the last time they both met, two late goals from Chelsea broke the gunners hearts, and I'm sure they'll not want to lose home and away in this derby game.

Arteta is steadying himself and maybe not doing too fantastic, but he's getting to know his players better and how to bring something good out of them and Arsenal have been stronger in defense of late than before, Arsenal should take something out of this game for me.
5292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 8 of the best Binance alternatives on: January 21, 2020, 03:41:43 PM
I'm not sure if OP is affiliated to the exchange but I wouldn't believe in coincidence anymore when it comes to promotions and spamming in the forum.
Who knows, that's why users are tipped off not to get involved with any exchange, project or whatever is crypto related due to the promotions, posts or advice of others, they must do research that'll benefit them as many users are paid to disseminate false information for their own benefit and that of their employers.

I use Binance and I do not know if coinfalcon is worth a try, though I'm not going to ever use it, but a quick reminder for users is not to leave their cryptocurrency in exchanges, it's important to always remember that when you use exchanges.
5293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Pain of a bounty manager. on: January 21, 2020, 03:13:36 PM
just stop to be a bounty manager if u don't get that pain. we see now just a few still want to be a bounty manager, such as artezy, bubalex, btcltcdigger. mostly bounty manager already die. probably because they can find a good project,or too tired to managing a stupid bounty participant with sarcasm language.
You cannot advice users not to be bounty managers, as long as they are doing it as a contribution to the bitcoin forum and to ensure that only the very good posters gets paid for their posts. Though there are few users getting hired as bounty managers, because even the projects try to employ the very few mangers that often work for projects(more than one at a time most times). This leaves the upcoming managers who are yet to get any project stranded, this doesn't mean they should give up on their ambitions as bounty managers.

Bounty managers have to be blamed or are blamed if something goes wrong during the project, because it is them that the participants know and not the team behind the project, so as a result of this the managers should do everything possible to make sure they have control of the funds to be given out to participants. Selecting participants is also their duty, so on the issue of spam, it's up to them to remove users who do not comply to that rule and others, one way or another, the power lies in their hands.
5294  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 20, 2020, 09:31:40 PM
Cristiano Ronaldo is now increasingly shining at Juventus after yesterday scored a hat-trick and now scoring a single goal 2 goals is indeed a player who has nothing to die in football.
With that victory, of course, Juventus will have more power at the top of the table after the Inter and Lecce draws.
Is there any better player to have in your team than Cristiano Ronaldo when your team needs to get the job done, when your team needs goals to win games and to win trophies. Ronaldo is your man anyday, anytime, he has taken up the challenge in England and Spain before and he's not backing down from this one currently in Italy.

Inter are falling behind slowly, and that's bad news for their supporters(me included). Juventus hardly drop points, so to have a chance to usurp their long reign as Italian champions, you'll need to stay close to them, incase an unforeseeable dip in form occurs in their performance. Four points is what separates them both and inter mustn't let that gap widen.
5295  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: {Warning}: Fake Yusaku Maezawa ETH and BTC Giveaway on: January 20, 2020, 07:31:36 PM
I don't think that most of these transactions were made by victims, most likely scammer sends ETH to this address so that all this fraud looks plausible for future victims. For more credibility scammer should have sent x2 back to these addresses  Grin
It's possible, if you look at how cheap the scam is, then it's possible it's the scammers sending funds to themselves, but I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't, so many people are fond of falling for this kind of scam, they don't want to do any research, nor do they want to invest and trade in the way that's plausible, but when it looks like easy money, that's fast they are immediately interested and inevitably scammed.
So this is the same guy who recently posted about finding a girlfriend to fly with him to the moon.
Lol, I also read this somewhere, is this also a scam attempt, comical one I must say.
5296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The World’s Most Crypto-friendly Countries on: January 20, 2020, 06:59:51 PM
My country is missing from the list, but over here there is no barrier to cryptocurrency, no taxes imposed and there are many outlets where people can spend their cryptocurrencies, though there is no btc ATM here as of yet, but I know one will be set up very soon. The number of citizens using cryptocurrency in my country is steadily rising, there are so many other alternatives, but the use of crypto is one people over here are very interested in.

Even those countries who do not have interest in cryptocurrencies are also utilizing the blockchain technology, and that's interesting for the bitcoin network, indirectly though, but is still a part of it.
5297  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 20, 2020, 06:16:55 PM
I'm anxious for the Atletico matches, I would love to see LFC take the CL and the EPL this year.  I'm sure they'll have no problem taking the FA cup as well, if their are no scheduling conflicts.
That's a big test for Liverpool, Athletico are a very compact team, very strong in the defense just like Liverpool and they can hit on the counter and score goals. Liverpool are the European champions and it'll be disappointing for them to drop in the round of 16 stage, very few goals would be scored in this one for me, Athletico ordinarily does not score much, if Liverpool win, then there's a possibility of two UCL titles in a row.

The EPL is the only certain title Liverpool will win this season, I'll be giving the Carabao and fa cup to city, they have been disappointing in the league, and they can only compensate themselves with those trophies, and just maybe the UCL, who knows.
5298  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: University Research Proposal: Creating another cryptocurrency platform on: January 20, 2020, 11:44:05 AM
IMO it's not strongly related with Computer Engineering.
Yes, that's if the research or thesis project is about your course of study in the university(computer engineering), if it is you'll need to investigate into areas of cryptocurrency that relates to it, mining comes to mind on that basis.

But just like what is required before carrying out any research, you must make sure you have enough materials that will satisfy you from start to finish, cryptocurrency platforms and online facilities would help you go a long way.
5299  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin Numbers Continue Exploding in Spite of ICO History on: January 20, 2020, 09:01:56 AM
I just don't know why people don't get tired of losing their money to these new projects without even doing deep research.
The "producers" of this altcoin projects do not even need to do too much to deceive their naive investors. With or without research majority of this projects will still be a scam or fail, I stopped researching and investing in altcoin projects last year, too many of them I actually had thought was bringing something different "proved me wrong".

I've said this before, the number of altcoin projects isn't doing the industry(altcoins)good, many projects, so many failed, only the naive enthusiasts will still keep losing their money(investing).
5300  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: From being a shitposter before now almost there![Hero Rank] on: January 19, 2020, 10:09:32 PM
I don't know if there is any member who still red trusts people for shit posting. I think it's a thing of the past.
Yes, and I think it's because theymos intervened, it's absolutely ludicrous to do so, terrible shitposters can be nuked for a while and maybe when they get back they can be useful members after that, but a red tag could discourage them the more and upset their reputation(though it shouldn't affect their contributions other than earning per se)

Congratulations OP, happy birthday and many happy days on the forum.
