I have now heard a lot of people talking about they are waiting for bitcoin to drop, so that they can buy bitcoin. But these guys might have said that since 6k$ and are still waiting. What do you tell those people, to try and make them understand that waiting for a drop can cost them huge percentage gains?
Yes there are traders out there who are willing to wait for a huge drop to start buying and this guys are not just waiting for a huge drop like $6k, they set a reasonable price to wait and start buying and I think most them depends of percentage instead of a fixed price because with percentage you can create an average for you to decide what price is a good time to buy. Most of the traders who waits for huge drops are apparently the whales and some of them creates a little noise/fuds just to create panic and make those wake handed traders dump their coins, and that is the perfect time for the huge whales to buy and earn. We already see a lot of these happenings and the whales are always the winners on this kind of trades, Buying low and sell high is just a simple strategic game on them and yet they earn huge with this. |

Yes, it is probably too late for investments, as soon as the main mod with hard lust for easy gain comes into this buisness, the bitcoin will start to loose, this is the law of the genre.
How can you say its to late for investing with bitcoins since every year bitcoins reached its another ATH and maybe we can earn more if we invest today, and look what other people think before they doubting to buy bitcoins at the past ATH since they are afraid to lose if bitcoins price will drop and now they are doubting since they possibly earn if they didn't let their fear interrupt them. Never too late to invest in bitcoin. Because, bitcoin has bright future as alternative for money or our financial activities. Bitcoin is solution for my finances.

In april / may i bought several alt coins and virtually "closed" my portfolio, as i had small positions in sectors i believe
6 months later, this strategy has proved to be a total fail, value in USD has increased but value in BTC has dramatically decreased and i could have earned so much more by just investing in BTC

Some of the alts right now are been downed due to the hype of btc and its forks, and the thing you need to do there is to hold your bought alts for longterm purposes to avoid such lose for freakin out for the dump occuring. Try to shift your attention to some other alts nor with the top crypto's today since they might gonna pump up for more and you can even earn and get what you lose on the other alts there. |

I think alot of other people have had such issues which were resolved later.However,Hitbtc is now becoming notorious for so many shady things they do.I think it is about time they work on their reputation before traders jump of their exchange.After all there are new exchanges popping up daily.I will recommend you tag them on social media posts,they may be too busy responding to support tickets.
We have been contacting them for almost 3-4 months now.... no answer whatsoever. 3-4 months of no answering is totally terribly act and this could tell us that hitbtc are not so serious dealing up with the error occur on them or they might doing really a shady business with their site, And for piling up with those problem well I think they are worst in terms with that side since if they are legit like other exchanges then they should never be stock with those past errors, Hitbtc is not a good site to trade as I see this error keep splendid. |

Though about it but seems we cannot see the price reach for 20k$ for now since looks like it will stabilized on 16-17k$ on this month and where on the middle of december so possibly maybe by next year we can see more pump coming unto since the price prediction on bitcoins by the whales on sane forecasters are huge so definitely we can see this up when the peak comes again.

To many people got victim on phising mew site and feel sorry for you upon not checking the url of the site where you entered your private keys, And you cannot get what you have lose since those compromised balance are stolen and it can be called as collateral damage to your action and MEW owners will not help you out to get back your lose fund so better try to check the URL of the site always to avoid some bad negligence loss on next time around. |

there are many token ico that when launching was not as expected, actually this is because dumper fear if the price will go down further, and it can not we prevent,
it takes time to get rid of it and it depends on how dev acts according to me
many people expect that the coin they have bought on ICO will fall due to the bounty dumpers activities upon earning and dump schemes doing, But it could be a best time for those whales to buy cheap and hodl if the dumped coin had potential since I've see so many people earning for this potential coin dump buying. And some of the coins takes to much long time to pump and one of very good example coin for this is primalbase,cvcoin and cindicator. Falling because now one buying.
At this current price pump event of bitcoins I conclude that the main focus of whales/traders and small time traders are in bitcoins and buy it that's why we can see that the price of the other alts are soaring down badly as it is. |

Why is This Week so difficult to a transaction with MyEtherWallet?
1. Is it caused bitcoin is rocketed;
2. too many phishing; or
3. cost the gas price too high
because ETH transaction this now busy if you want fast confirmation, you must incraese sending fee, GAS minimum 250k, with gas price 100 gwei, i think youre transaction can fast confirmastion and without problem ETH is overflowd now, that is why the transactions are takin forever Yeah it is and this is not the right time to transact with ETH since the network is congested, but if people could rise up their gwei then maybe they can slightly fasten up their transactions. But for me I will just simply ignore to do transacting to anyone and maybe will come back to trade on next year to avoid been stock on network difficulties nowadays. I think the game called CryptoKitties did this to the network.
I am active player in CryptoKitties and our transactions are also getting stuck. Even if we are willing to pay higher gas price.
CrytoKitties is ETH killer and if ETH network creators do not counter act this current issue well maybe they could lose some supporters and some of eth holders might go on the other coin who/s not terribly doing this kind of hassle. |
