5321  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Real Trading Brokers on: January 03, 2020, 07:10:19 AM
Any real online trading broker that aren't scam at all?
How about you go for exchanges and not brokerage options? Still we have bitmex, deribit for leverage trading if that is what you are looking for.

Quote
I can't find any legit trading platform and apps like olymp trade, expert option, iqoption aren't real, there are some YouTube videos saying bad things about them, any users on here that have used these platforms before?
Now the problem here is that options trading is a scam, for any trader. If you are going for the stock market options then there is at least some legitimacy there though there are some concerns. But for these iq and all, these are known scams. Options trading is more or less a type of gambling like betting on which team will score the next goal and all. If you want to take that risk then be my guest.

If you are looking for a legit leverage trading then go with the ones I mentioned in the first line.
5322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Good ICO Review Sites on: January 03, 2020, 07:05:26 AM
They may not be branded as scam because they are not the ones who are directly involved in the project but what do you call a person who promotes a scam? He is still a scammer in my idea. That is no different from a site.
Are we not talking about the same thing? Cheesy

Quote
A site that promotes a scam is a scammer.
Truly, I follow that path. However these sites and their spokesperson get butthurt when you say this and so they have to take the diplomatic corporate attitude saying that they uphold projects for their genuineness and blah blah blah. Whether one turns a blanket scam is least of their headaches. They never asked you to invest in the project, it was the investor on whom the fault lies.

Quote
It is a scammer because it is inviting people to invest in a project by providing high ratings when in fact the projects are mere shit projects.
Now that is a good statement. When they are taking money to make a project premium, that project has money to spend, meaning it is less likely to be scam, but does not rule out the probability of scam completely.

The only thing that I conclude with this is that one should do their own research before investing and take the consequences of doing so.
5323  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you use betting tips? on: January 02, 2020, 07:26:10 AM
Personally never thought of paying someone to provide me tips on how to win in gambling or betting. When it comes to card games, I play safe and for fun.
There is no question of insider news in card games except the Poker game which is a PvP game and if you are betting on a tourney like a sports bet then again the insiders may help or bluff. Wink

Quote
While for sports betting, I follow the sports I bet into and also ask my sporty friends for help in prediction. Never really thought of using consultancy services when it comes to gambling.
Come now, we all know what those so-called "consultancy" offices do. They pump a certain team and make their opposite side odds very big. They might have some inside info and are thus doing this but its paid manipulation and you cant do anything about it. Also there is no guarantee that what they picked is 100% correct. In the end you have to decide whom to bet or not so why pay someone else for picking it?
5324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: cryptocurrency and forex trading.... on: January 02, 2020, 07:21:09 AM
Why people prefer to use the high leverage accounts in the volatile crypto market? It is dangerous to play with leveraged accounts especially if the leverage rate is higher than 1:100. 1:2 leverage is the best average for smart traders.
100x would be an insane amount of leverage and thus an insane risk to take on part of the trader. 2x leverage is what is recommended for any new trader or anybody trying to just get a grip on the system of leverage trading. Even bitmex calls for 2x to start off even though you should not listen to your own bookie. Its more like calling in a heart attack by paying your own money. Grin

Yup! even for newcomers, cryptocurrency trading is easier to understand than forex trading. Cryptocurrency trading for me is a flexible way of buying and selling.
It would be wrong to say that one is easy and the other is difficult. Both have their own pros and cons, difficulties and technicalities. When one is good in crypto may not be good in forex and vice versa.

5326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Which is the best Bounty campaign in sep 2019 on: January 02, 2020, 07:11:20 AM
I found that a lot of good projects are only crowdfunding in the form of IEO. They rarely care about the importance of bitcointalk publicity.
Being honest here, even if they do it in the form of IEO or ITO or STO or any other "Initial Blah blah blah offering" it is still the same thing just a new name to it, so they can fool the newbies into thinking that its different. Does it work? Yes they manage to "scam" a number of noobs into buying their shitcoins and then holding them for eternity.

Though September 2019 has passed away and the OP is probably gone without looking at the replies in this thread or he took my advice and started developing something which would be more fruitful then running after worthless shitcoins. Th answer to any such thread is pretty easy to give. There are none.
5327  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which game is most fair in Online Casino. on: January 01, 2020, 08:13:25 AM
OP is making a wrong statement that the fairness depends on the game. It does not. It depends on the algorithm that the site uses to generate its rolls. Now with most of reputed sites out there nobody would even dare to create a falwed fairness system because they would be shunned in this forum being the biggest place to get information about cryptocurrency casinos.

But there are the occasional scam casinos but they are silenced quickly.

Back at the OP's question, you can verify every rolls of a EV- game. Keep poker and sports betting away from this because these are PvP games and thus EV+, if they are computer played then there would be a fairness system but not for playing against other players.
5328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Looking for the low to buy more Litecoins on: January 01, 2020, 08:06:57 AM
I doubt it will be happen, since I know litecoin price just touch $40 for its the lower price and it just take a few times for its price comeback to recover.

Based on coinmarketcap, the all time low for this coin is $1 at 2015 ago and there is no all time low anymore (I mean below $40).
Well to be honest, litecoin just follows the price of bitcoin whenever the price of bitcoin moves up or down. Sometimes it is a bit late which gives quick traders an advantage to buy or sell for a nice scalping. Indeed if you check the subreddit of litecoinmarkets, I see some users just go on with "upvote the daily" comments and its hilarious to see these shills.  Grin

I am sure a bunch of bagholders of litecoin are waiting for a small pump and finally dump all their coins. But that would be a shame to others.

Now if you feel the coin is going to drop more, dont buy now then. Majority of hodlers are still holding. Maybe with the next bitcoin pump you will see bigger prices. Wink
5329  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could this be a bullish sign as halving approaches? on: January 01, 2020, 08:02:38 AM
The price should rise soon.It is unlikely to fall below $7,000.So the bulls are back in business.
While it is great to be optimistic about the price we also should prepare for the drop if it happens. We have options trading being put options for 6k mark now that some self-proclaimed analysts are pointing it to be the next support level. The price is being stagnant at 7k levels does not mean it would not go up. So its better to assume that either of the two can happen but whether a bullish or bearish sign, it cannot be confirmed.

May be some manipulation in this new year because everyone wants the price to increase so a false demand situation is being created. So take such news with a grain of salt.
5330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: UNFAIR TREATMENT OF THE BOUNTY HUNTERS on: January 01, 2020, 07:58:41 AM
Indeed, some projects sometimes treat bounty hunters unfairly and reject payments with one side without asking for bounty hunter approval, because we are only considered free bounty hunters.
It is free labor. The hunters just have to accept it. This forum is lenient enough to allow these bounties to run even if they generate a lot of spam compared to the bitcoin paying campaigns. But often I have seen very generous managers giving out payments from their pockets before deciding to shut down the campaign in case scam was suspected. The concept of bounty came from giving something back to the community for promoting a new project. It was never meant to be a source of income.

Quote
They have various ways of not paying participants on the project. Suppose with the closing the form to send the wallet address for payment, or not counting the stake of the work of the participant. But there really is no way to stop this injustice.
There is no question of justice here. You can of course report this as a scam accusation to stop others from getting scammed or wasting their time. But the work time lost is lost. Its better to focus on bitcoin paying campaigns or develop some skills to do a side earning job here.

5331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Different type of altcoins have their season which attract scammers be watchful on: December 31, 2019, 07:20:52 AM
The market right now is indeed not encouraging for many investors.
Means you are looking at the wrong coins. Bitcoin price is perfect to buy in at this point. It dumped to 7.2k from 7.4k USD making it good for buying to stock up or if you are into put options then it was predictable.

Quote
But with the low prices of cryptocurrencies right now, it might be the best days to buy and start investing.
You just contradicted your previous statement.
Quote
And in the midst of changing trends as the year changes, the one who can adapt the best will surely survive. We cannot always outdown the market but we could reduce the loses by carefully selecting which we should only invest to. I am not fan of multiple investments anymore for I experienced mistakes of my own. Other strategies can also work too as long as you understand and accept the risks it bare.
Right now the best strategy is the  buying of bitcoin for long term. Although some analysts are saying that the drop target is 6k, you still have chances to buy at low prices. This is the thing that FOMO people end up losing and then have to cry when the price rises.

Quote
Furthermore, scammers are smart right now, and will appear to be legit as much as possible.
Scammers have always been smart. That is why they were able to scam a less knowledgeable victim.

Quote
So, never jump again to something you do not fully see or understand. Measure the fall and calculate the risk so you can hope for the best.
True. One should not venture into something without doing research first.
5332  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are there any trading chat rooms? on: December 31, 2019, 07:16:57 AM
Telegram channel become best chat room for every exchange market, you can check their telegram channel official link and joined there you will available know about whit recommendation coins to buy, in telegram Binance channel many participants there and you can ask their information about update coin have higher price and look potential coin to buy.
I dont how much information you have about market manipulation, but this seems you may have been trapped into one such group. Although it might seem good that you are in Binance channel and seeing people talk about quotes and updates but are they really useful? Think about it, because often people try to generate shill content around coins and FUD others. Its a type of market manipulation by small cap retail flippers.

Whether these "usernames" on telegram are actually telling something that is worth giving attention to - that you have to judge. Most of these groups just end up as pump and dump other than the occasional support type questions.
5333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounties on: December 31, 2019, 07:09:39 AM
Says who? Many new projects are facing difficulty because of market condition, its really hard to raise hard cap successfully in current market but few projects are still giving good end result, you are just not looking enough
I dont understand why some people tend to accept the project owners excuse that raising money is hard during bear market. They are developing a project and they should know how to fund it if they are going for an ICO/IEO. Of course it is possible that the raised money is not enough, but does that make them return the money to investors and scrap the project? No. They dont do that. What they do is snowball it into a limbo state trying to raise some money from private investors or sell the project off leaving investors with a "F off" sign.

Yeah its obviously possible that a person is not looking enough, but then every coin offering has ended up like this so are you trying to locate a pin in the haystack?
5334  Local / Marketplace (India) / Re: Freebitco.in scam or legit? on: December 30, 2019, 10:36:58 AM
I think that freebitco.in is an India launched site because it's domain contains (.in).
A domain name does not mean its owner is from that country. People choose domains away from .com because often the .com or .net are taken by other people and they want a new one.

Quote
So I confused that it is India man making site or other.
Does the nationality of the site owner have any connection to the legitimacy of the site?

Quote
Because I confused that it is fake or legit.
Site is legit.

Quote
It's withdrawal method is real?
Of course. They would not be standing in this forum if they were scam without being called out. They are legitimate.

The word of caution is that you are claiming a faucet there which will take a lot of time to reach the minimum withdrawal. Faucets were profitable or somewhat worth spending a few minutes of everyday whe bitcoin price was very low in three digits. Now its not worth it. So you might be spending time on the dice or the sports which is gambling with your money. Now the site has a provably fair system for these dice games and legit bookmaking but dont expect to become a millionaire by gambling.
5335  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Simulation/Machine Learning Effects on Gambling on: December 30, 2019, 08:48:36 AM
I think so, but some gamblers can cheat the system, and that is not a secret. We all know that not all gamblers are regular people, and some of them have skills in the programming language, and that can make them test the security system on that gambling site. But as you said, if they can break the security, in the end, the casino will know, and they will close the hole so they can not cheat anymore.
Ehh, that sounds more like a made up thing that keeps people happy that the casino gets robbed since they got robbed of their money at one time by some casino even if they decided to play at their own decision. Thing is the casino owners are clever too, thats why they are businessmen. So at any hint of cheating they will investigate and catch the person, probably going to end up as a criminal court case.

In any case, cheating the game is a theft and needs to be punished. But I dont think the OP wanted to this to be pointed out.

Quote
The casino will think twice to cheat their players because if they do that, they will lose trust from their players, and they will not have many players that play the games and stay in their site.
Of course the casino would not even think of cheating. They dont even need to.
5336  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: to be able to get a large profit in today's trading is very difficult! on: December 30, 2019, 08:45:44 AM
The price is really not so high this days. Most likely its best to trade it for a longer period to not disappoint your expectations. I think its still good to bid for the best price you want but for the time being it really needs more time to hold on it.
The price is good for buying in my opinion. You probably wont get this price again until the next dump because looking at indicators a bull run or even a short term bullish trend is likely. I am hoping a good price pump around January next year. These predictions are not easy to make and they often will be wrong. But at least you can be assured that it wont become zero or non-liquid tomorrow unlike many shitcoins.

You may not always be able to predict the price correctly but seeing the older charts and how previously the market reacted can be you an idea.
5337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty is over? Shut up! on: December 30, 2019, 08:36:48 AM
Even there are many reputable managers handling the bounties, but sometimes it is impossible for them to find the legit project, previously I have joined many of the Legendary rank managers campaigns but failed to get payment from them too. After successful raising, they are not responding to managers.
If you think rank of the manager determines how legit a bounty is then you are gravely mistaken. They could have just bought that account from the original owner just to promote their project just like the scam known as lust ICO happened. The DT members have thus tried to tag those accounts to save some hunters from the agony of going after a false promise.

I think that bounty activities can only be reported with a playful attitude, because it is impossible for each project to pay you a bounty as agreed. I had previously encountered a scam project, but in the end I got nothing.
It would be correct to consider them more of a gamble. Some project will become big, others will not. Now you have to decide whether to take part in them or call it an end to hunting. Honestly there are bitcoin paying campaigns to take part in then bounty.
5338  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: MAKINMG TEAM FOR TRADING WORLDWIDE on: December 30, 2019, 08:31:20 AM
Planing to make one international group or platform to trading basically buy and sell crypto ,
Many others are planning too. What special aspects does your plan have that make it unique from the others? We dont have an end to new crypto exchanges coming up be it a market making and taking one or just a P2P one. Look at localcryptos and the older localbitcoins.

Quote
as well as cooperate crypto based business....
That is a future prospect for now. But first of all you need have some sort of security for those who are going to cooperate in building this exchange. Do you have anything in mind already or are you having just a plan and nothing working as of now?

lets make a team from different worldwide and new team
I believe they will want to know the budget, that too publicly.
5339  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2 Dice Strategies that Might be Proven Helpful on: December 29, 2019, 07:11:35 AM
This kind of trick was not going to work all the time still if this method work their is still no guarantee of winning,
surely dice game and betting game was all about luck since the algorithm was random in the end it is just all about luck.
Truly in then end all that matters is your luck. You may find it comforting to yourself that using a strategy to play will help you beat the house but let me tell you that nobody in this world has beaten a casino house fairly if not be cheating the game.

It only gives the player a method to calm their nerves even though they will lose their money as they keep rolling. These strategies are best to be used in EV+ games and speculative markets like spot trading.

Even with high risk on the first mentioned strategy, you can really guarantee the win rather than even the wages.
That win is only temporary though. The addicted gambler does not stop after one big win even if does "break-even". They go on betting till the red streaks forces them to stop.
5340  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What’s Stopping Crypto Markets from Entering the Mainstream on: December 29, 2019, 07:06:08 AM
In short people need education for this and it will start with the government since if they want their people to become innovative and upgrade their lives in terms of new technology they should support and introduce the blockchain in the mainstream
There are problems with introducing a new technology. Although blockchain has been in the news but I doubt many of the older population to accept bitcoin to be used. Gradually we have moved from physical to digital cash payments and we might move to cryptocurrency soon as time progresses. Blockchain tech has moved on and is being used by many IT companies to develop new projects or modify older ones.

Quote
but guess the government is lacking with support maybe they are been fud by the market condition and animosity of bitcoins together with crypto's that's why we cannot get a huge support and spread easily like a wild fire.
Institutional banks dont want cryptocurrencies to become widespread. They have tried to keep it under some false concepts to avoid people into going towards it. They are doing their part and its justified from their stand.
