Have a look at this multi-bet from a few days ago!! wow.. 670/1 ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif) Damn. That is a crazy win. He would have earned big if he would have bet a bigger amount though it is completely understandable why he chose to stick to a small amount. I probably would have chosen a smaller amount than him. Betting on several underdogs and winning through an accumulator is one of the toughest things to achieve in the betting world which is what makes this particular win even sweeter.

It depends on several factors in my opinion. If you are looking for something stable in the long term, gold is the better option. On the other hand, if you are looking for quick benefits in the short term, BTC is the better option due to the volatility factor.
Security is another critical factor. BTC is way better in this aspect since it's very difficult(Almost impossible) to hack BTC wallets while it's easier to steal gold in comparison.
There are many other factors, but these 2 are the most important ones to come to a decision in my opinion.

A regular gambler who knows how things work would say that it is just the animation and it has nothing to do with the result, in fact the result happens in the back end and whatever the result comes the animation shows that, so nobody could be pissed about the animation if they know how gambling works. But this is more about psychology, even though I know I will get 50 satoshi or RP, I still hate to see all those options right near them and yet so far away ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) . This psychological tactic works more often than not. Personally, I get tempted whenever I see wheels spinning or whenever I receive scratch cards with hidden rewards even though I know deep down that I probably will earn an insignificant amount. This is why I usually try and avoid such stuff whenever possible in order to resist the temptations. Sadly, most gamblers cannot resist fall prey to such temptations. Most of them don't realise that such games usually have the highest house edge when compared to games like Dice, Baccarat etc.

I do believe the main reason is not about the price, but about transaction fee which can be something expensive for casual regular gambler like me. Holding and selling coins at high price can be done with any coins but to avoid bigger amount for transaction fee can be done with altcoins only (not btc and eth).
This has been a major issue associated with Duelbits from the beginning. They should have at the very least provided a single inexpensive altcoin(In terms of TX fees) for deposits and withdrawals such as LTC, XRP or Doge etc. Their BTC withdrawal fee is horrible which leaves ETH as the only viable payment method. They should address this issue first instead of focusing all their efforts into marketing.

This seems really shady to be honest. Checked the link out and found a screenshot which could have been photoshopped in order to attract gullible investors.
Why would anyone want to risk investing in a bot developed by a newbie making big claims which may or may not be legit? Investors are better off investing in their own bots running their own scripts instead in comparison.

Does OP plan to do a lottery with the number of participants that he signs up? do you have any way to prove you have 0.01BTC? It would be good if you choose a member of the community who offers the service to give more security to the participants.
Yup. He will host a lottery and award the winner a certain amount depending on the bet size. He is charging a certain amount which is basically the house edge on every bet. The biggest problems here are the minimum bet and the absence of an escrow service. Many posters have already mentioned the above issues and op hasn't provided a proper explanation due to which this project probably might not take off in my opinion.

Not only pinnacle is the better one, they are also providing their own odds if I am not wrong, which means they are not taking any other extra cut, whereas stake doesn't deal with odds and all, they just get it from a third party, basically stake is not even a sportsbook at all, it is just an affiliate, and I am glad that they are, we wouldn't want them to work too hard and leave other things hanging.
Pinnacle is in another league when compared to Stake in terms of odds, limits etc as you mentioned, but Stake is better in terms of no-KYC requirements and VIP bonuses. Both sportsbooks perform like crap majority of the time on both mobile and desktop(Using high-end machines). The biggest difference is the no-KYC requirement which is what most crypto gamblers look for in a sportsbook or casino.

Obviously. I expected this to happen and I am happy it did because this proves that BTC won't fall below five figures like in 2018 anytime soon. This is a healthy correction.
The price is currently back above $35K already and it will probably keep fluctuating between $30K - $40K for sometime based on my research. Whatever the case, the big point here is that BTC doubled its value recently and that is all that matters.

Why on earth would anyone here want to risk their money on a brand new website without any escrow? This is a lottery due to which the odds of winning are extremely low.
How do you expect to expect anyone here to invest in a site whose name is similar to HYIP programs and ponzis? I advise everyone to invest the minimum amount if an escrow is provided though that is risky too.

Your site reminds me of Bet365 thanks to the simple green layout which looks decent. The performance seems fine both on mobile and desktop. However, BTC being the only deposit and withdrawal method especially now when the fees are high is a con.
I advise you to add more payment methods like ETH, LTC etc in order to attract more gamblers in the long term.

How do you all see the Smith case who purposely erased the batting guard mark of Rishabh Pant after the drinks break. Like anyone seen this before happening or its just heat of the moment and should be ignored. Can any action be taken on Smith or will he be given warning by either ICC/Australian board to behave and play in the spirit of the game.
Heat of the moment? Bullshit. He knew damn well what he was doing and he probably forgot about the bail camera and thought that he could get away with it since his face is hidden. Pathetic stuff which I didn't expect from Smith. He is an amazing batsman, but his sportsmanship and character sucks. Warner is way better in comparison. Smith and Paine's unethical crap, Kohli missing along with the racist Oz crowd couldn't stop the Indian team from losing this one which is why India achieved something phenomenal here.

With all these lotteries,,, I would rather never win anything "big" for a long time and finally hit the big prize some day. Does anyone know what the odds are for the Rolex? If the odds for $200 is about 20,000 (I know it is a rough calculation) I guess it would be even far higher for the Rolex;)
$15k is such a nice prize to get though;)
The odds are probably significantly high in comparison which is why the exact odds don't really matter. When it comes to lotteries, it's best not to bother with the odds and probabilities for obvious reasons. It's best to just buy the tickets and forget about it. If you win, you will probably receive an email or some other notification. If you lose, you probably won't even remember it. This is the best strategy when it comes to lotteries in my opinion.

This is not an important issue, I have not seen any need to advertise everything in public places with screenshots. If you are interested in buying the script, they have given you a Telegram ID and if you contact them, they will show you the demo version, I think that's right, there is no need to circular with screenshots.
You are missing the point. How do you expect anyone to show interest in a product with such a bland marketing strategy? Most people don't have the patience to join telegram groups(Most are filled with scammers btw). First impressions are everything which is why he should have presented his script in a proper manner with screenshots etc and he also needs to prove its legality. This is how marketing is done basically which is why it's an important issue.

|
|
How do you expect anyone to buy what you're selling without providing proper screenshots etc? You need to prove the legality of the script too as the other posters mentioned.
You should have at the very least purchased copper membership. Currently, this looks like any other scam out there which is why I would advise others to steer clear and do your research before investing in this script.

I have the same opinion as well. Everyone is talking about a correction, because that's what happened to Bitcoin after it reached ATHs previously in 2013 and again in 2017. But current circumstances are different. Back then, the prices went up mostly as a result of hype and at the slightest trigger the users went for profit booking and that tanked the prices. But this time, there is a solid reason for the rally. On top of that, most of the purchases are being made by institutions and they are less susceptible to panic selling.
I agree. I doubt BTC will be able to stay in this price range for a long period though. In my opinion, it will probably drop back in the $30K - $35K range after a couple of months after which it will slowly start rising again steadily. This drop will most likely not resemble the 2018 drop since there are many supporting factors this time around like COVID, PayPal, Institutional support etc. Whatever the case, I don't see BTC returning to 4 figures anytime in the future unless something catastrophic happens.

Every time Indian batsmen looked set, No 1 bowler Pat Cummins comes in and said hi to them... Every single time, that's why he's no 1 test bowler. I felt that Rohit could have used his head this time and could have played the grounded shot but that was juicy ball.
Another testing time for the middle order. Don't mind losing the game but they should fight till the end and show some character.
Well said. Rohit is a great replacement on top. He isn't getting out in single digits like Shaw which leads to less pressure on the remaining batsmen. It's up to Rahane and Pujara now to stabilize the innings. They resemble Marnus and Smith somewhat. If these two form a great partnership, India will have a much better chance of drawing or winning this one. However, if Jadeja isn't available to play as mersal pointed out above, chances of India winning this one are minimal in my opinion.
