So I have decided to purchase the crash game. Not a big issue, from the beginning of my conversation both on Telegram and on the site the support guy, was really helpful. He even gave me a demo to the wallet manager, and also fixed some reported errors. I was under the impression, that it will be really fine and ok. So after my purchase, he gave me a link to download files. It worked ok.

Inside the files, there were 2 instructions. Like a step-by-step installation guide. And this is the first thing that MUST be improved

1. Create a proper technical description of all the files. What is what, where is what, how it works etc.

2. How does one access the backend manager? How does one access the wallet manager? There is nothing mentioned about it. It's ridiculous. FIX THAT! It really leaves the impression of a product, that was done by someone else, who is hardly or rarely reachable...

3. When I asked the support to help me install the files on the server, he said yes and asked for access. That was the last point of communication. After that, for 3 days, he has disappeared completely and stopped replying to my messages...After all this good experience, I am still hoping that they will get back...
