5341  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The last time we saw 16K on Bitcoin price on: November 15, 2020, 01:47:55 PM
This is the reason why Bitcoin is the most desirable asset to buy in the market

Dominance: BTC 63.7% ETH 11.1% USDT 3.84%

All of us here have Bitcoin as their primary portfolio this is the most secured investment in the market, all the other are just pump and dump coin, yes there are coins with a good platform, but enough to get into the top, and some of these platforms are just imitation of existing platforms
5342  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency Online Casinos on: November 15, 2020, 12:24:31 PM
I noticed that in 2020 more and more new crypto online casinos have sprung up, and they spend quite a lot of promotional costs
by opening gambling campaigns in the service section with Bitcoin payment. I recommend 777coin and Bitvest which are trusted
and have a good reputation.

Yes, there seems to be a migration of fiat gamblers to Cryptocurrency gambling sites, almost every week we see a new campaign on a new gambling site, and there are new gambling site that does not launch a campaign but had an announcement here,
The signature campaign is good for the forum as it encourages activity and good discussion, it's a win-win situation for all those involves in, the project, the forum, and the participants.
5343  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Kell Brook vs Terence Crawford November 14 on: November 15, 2020, 08:21:49 AM

Should be Crawford vs Spence next, or at least Crawford vs other bigger name in the 147 lbs at least.

This fight should happen all the other big names in the welterweight I'm sorry to include Pacquiao my idol is just supporting, Crawford and Spence are two big stars here, but I don't think their respective promoters will sit down and talk about the match.
The pandemic should be over before they sit down to fight, because there are big money to be made in a gate receipt and their promoters would like to take that opportunity.
5344  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: US Presidential Election 2020 and its impact on gambling on: November 15, 2020, 07:36:07 AM
There's goes Trump legacy he cannot accept defeat, well for an arrogant man who is the first incumbent president not to get elected for 30 years, he should be angry on this achievement  Cheesy but all he and his party says are all nonsense because they cannot present a valid or strong proof that there is rigging of poll, he is actually the one rigging the election.
5345  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Will PayPal be a new crypto-exchange? on: November 15, 2020, 04:10:39 AM
Since PayPal just announced that crypto trading and payment services went live in the US, do you think PayPal may turn into a big competitor to existing cryptoexchages? They can also launch a crypto-currency trading desk as well, why not.

Why not, they have the money they have the market, they have millions of clients, what would stop them, I have this believe that they are doing a big shift from embracing Cryptocurrency to the fullest and setting up an exchange is not a remote possibility, they do have the resources to make this happen, Paypal entry to the Cryptocurrency by adding it in their platform is just the start and I don't think they will stop there, the technology is young and there are so many things to explore.
5346  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: A Word of Advice about Paypal & Crypto on: November 15, 2020, 01:18:28 AM
I think everybody heard that Paypal is going to add crypto into its wallets/services.

A word of advice:
If you are NOT a fully legal US or European citizen, your Paypal fiat and crypto funds are ALWAYS at risk. Paypal is famous about blocking fiat accounts and that paranoia will be ten times higher with crypto. Never have a lot of money in your Paypal accounts, both fiat and crypto. Use Paypal when you only really need to.

Remember the Crypto Mantra:
NOT YOUR KEYS, NOT YOUR COINS !

Keep your money to yourself, be your own bank as it was originally established by Satoshi.

I will also recommending this, users are bound by terms of condition of PayPal and we have seen so many complaints of People who are verified and long time users of PayPal getting their account limited because of questionable transactions, do you know that you can get your account limited or flagged if some one with questionable transaction send you fund without even you acknowledging it,PayPal is only for online transactions when it comes to storing your coins you should be the one holding your private keys.
5347  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin prediction 2020 on: November 14, 2020, 11:18:19 PM
I really agree that by the end of this year bitcoin will reach its highest price and it all seems clear that bitcoin at this time of the pandemic is an investment that has many benefits for many people in various countries. and also make bitcoin more familiar to many people, of course.
Yes it will reach it's highest price this year but not breaking the all time high, my modest prediction is it will at least reach $18 k, already we are in a good pace we are reaching a lot of milestone now I wish there will be news like the PayPal news that will move the price even higher, i do not expect an all time high this time, although I welcome it, we'll have another one second quarter of 2021.
5348  Economy / Speculation / Re: My 'vast' BTC hodl on PayPal on: November 14, 2020, 12:31:48 AM

They aren't bringing Bitcoin services to countries outside of the US, or to Venmo customers, until 2021.

I'm a US resident (not a citizen) and I've had a Paypal account for a while. My dashboard previously said "Join the waitlist." Now it says "Curious about crypto? Buy Bitcoin and more."

I clicked through and had to accept some terms about the risks and volatility and lack of regulation, but it looks like they're letting me buy without any further verification. I've only ever verified my email address and bank account with Paypal, never sent in any documents, so that's pretty sweet. That's a real advantage over Coinbase if you think about it.

I have not used my Paypal also for the last three years and not in a country where Cryptocurrency features are accessible I stopped using Paypal when I shift to Cryptocurrency but out of curiosity I would like to see that feature when my location is finally accepted and will cross the bridge when I get there if I am going to buy and sell Cryptocurrency in their dashboard because what they are offering is very much different from what I've known from other exchanges.
5349  Economy / Speculation / Re: sold mine at 14100 dammitttt on: November 13, 2020, 11:30:46 PM

omg I am stupid and  I deserve to be smacked hard I be losing a lot if I buy it back now would you do it brother Sad((

You are not alone on this one, in fact, many of us here experienced that one way or another, it is always recommended not to sell all that you've got and only sell a small portion or percentage because you never know the next things that are going in the market, we look and act like an idiot because of the volatility and uncertainty of the market, that is why the word HODL works like a charm.
5350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New projects can still deliver on: November 13, 2020, 05:01:37 PM
Out of many new projects there will always be rare gems amongst the crap ones, many said we've seen enough new projects so they should stop production, well thanks to nonstop new project productions we have this coins today and few make it to top 30

1. ChainLink   #5 on coinmarketcap
2. Polkadot.    # 8 on coinmarketcap
3. Uniswap           # 31 on coinmarketcap
4. Aave.             #29 on coinmarketcap
5. Synthetix.      #38 on coinmarketcap

Still thinks that new projects have nothing new to offer? Think again

I still have high hopes on new project, in fact I have Uniswap in my wallet here hoping that it will go to the moon, there are still many projects coming in, because the technology is very young and the community is still young the market is still open for new concept, new features, we should welcome them here as long as they have a good developers and the platform are contributing to the growth of the community.
5351  Economy / Speculation / Re: Any relation between market dump and Biden's win? on: November 13, 2020, 03:40:11 PM
Do you see that guys, the price of cryptocurrencies are in red since Joe Biden crosses the required number of place to become president?

Almost every crypto is in red at the hourly candle and what's your opinion with the dump caused especially after such news?

Everything is green now, now that Biden was officially declared the winner although Trump is not conceding, I don't see anything that connect why Biden has something to with Cryptocurrency dipping, or why it is now going up, the election has nothing to do with the market, it's the business sectors and the motivation of the whales and the Crypto community that has an impact.
5352  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC $100K-288K before Dec2021 ? on: November 13, 2020, 11:25:03 AM
There's no such thing as accurate prediction when it comes to predicting the price of Bitcoin in a market at a given date or even year, only newbies will believe this even those who started out in Bitcoin cannot accurately predict the right price at a given date, even if you are good in reading chart or data, you can predict some period but you cannot go fast 50% of your prediction accurately, it's time for people to get the fact.
5353  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Paypal opening up app crypto users on: November 13, 2020, 06:50:48 AM
PayPal said Thursday that it is opening up its nascent cryptocurrency services to all eligible U.S. users.

"We are pleased to announce that all eligible PayPal accountholders in the U.S. can now buy, hold and sell cryptocurrency directly with PayPal," the firm said in a statement.

https://www.theblockcrypto.com/linked/84398/paypal-opening-up-app-crypto-users

I'm not planning to buy and sell Bitcoin using Paypal because we already have exchanges doing this in our country, but I'm interested to see my own PayPal dashboard with Cryptocurrency features on it, I'm not from the US but there are active PayPal users here in our country this is a good step to introduce to unbelievers here in our country, if they Cryptocurrency in their dashboard they will treat it as a legal online currency.
5354  Economy / Economics / Re: Biden and Cryoto on: November 13, 2020, 05:26:38 AM
How do we speculate if bitcoin and crypto shall prosper under the Biden administration than it does under Trump administration.

What are your views?

It will the same as long as Biden is not taking anything against Bitcoin we are ok even if we don't have support coming from the Biden administration, but it will always an advantage if we have leaders supporting the cause of Cryptocurrency, because leaders always have a say on the policy of the country, I'd like to see in the future Biden openly supporting Bitcoin, it will make a big pump it this happen.
5355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: YOUC a good example of project recovering from dump because of it's potential on: November 13, 2020, 05:07:28 AM
It's to early to tell, they just distributed their token although they have a new site coming up the volume is still low but they are recovering let's see in a couple of months, you know great projects takes time to recover after a big dump and if it is really a good project, they can get up, the development team should do a buy back because of the lower price, if they believe their coin has potential, and whales will support them, overall things look good so far for YOUC.
5356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Pain of a bounty manager. on: November 13, 2020, 03:36:19 AM
I can feel the pain of those managers that being blame along the process if their campaign handled isnt paid those hunters but there is always a discretion on their part that hunters should understand. They are only handling the project and payment for that will come from the team. Unless the project escrow its budget for campaign to the CM. There is one guy who I think good in this, @julerz12 the campaign BMY give him the tokens for the campaign. It's nice to have someone like that in forum.

Yes i was part of the campaign Julerz has managed and he escrow the tokens for bounty hunter's protection, although the token is not yet in the market at least the bounty hunters got their token in terms of development of the token, it's on the developers of the token and not on the bounty manager, the manager's task is to see to it that the campaign is clean and the hunter's got their token.
5357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Pain of bounty hunters on: November 13, 2020, 02:44:00 AM

The worst part is when tokens are locked for bounty hunters and only distributed to them when the market is already broken by investors, after their efforts and ill-treatment in the hands of such bounties they finally receive worthless tokens which would be a loss even if they trade as the tokens will not even worth the GAS fee charged in MEW wallet to transfer it.

I urge all the management and bounty managers to treat bounty hunters with respect and they shouldn't be judged.

I like this part of your post, the locking side, this has been going on for the last three years, for me it's a form of punishment for their promoters, because they fear that they are going to dump their coin/token which is just speculative, in the first place why not pay bounty hunters with trade able coin/token so they will not think of their going to get dumped.
And if their project has good potential it will not have problem recovering the price, this is just an old alibi from weak projects, they just want an escape goat.
5358  Economy / Speculation / Re: MATHEMATICALLY Impossible for BITCOIN to "Come Back" - Why tell ppl lies? on: November 13, 2020, 01:31:35 AM

Basically the majority of bitcoin buyers who regretted buying at the 2017 big rise can now sell without losing the money that they were crying about for 3 years now or even make a profit, or they can keep it and wait, HODL Wink

They should keep it, they have waited 3 years HODLING their coins, another all time high is looming, they have extend their patient for the past two years why letting it go now, unless you badly need money because of the pandemic, but if you can still keep on, why not HODL for another one year, things are looking better now, they are going to regret it if Bitcoin reach $30 k next year.
5359  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to $100k in 2021 on: November 13, 2020, 12:41:52 AM
Hi;

I created a new channel recently and wanted to share my 6th produced video exploring us reaching $100k in 2021, which is almost a certainty within the next 2-3 years.

If you insist this, you will probably become the next John McAfee with unrealistic prediction of the price, I have based my prediction on how the market react for the past three years, it will take the next halving for us to have a big pump this current production of Bitcoin is good for $50 k at the highest, the adoption is good so far, but there's always a market volatility that we must not overlook, the price could go down even without a hint.
5360  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: My opinion on Airdrop or Bounty hunters who dump token after the campaign on: November 12, 2020, 02:42:39 PM
Too much of work for bounty hunter with no real benefits of doing it so its better to se their token rewards for some coin which is nit going to do useless things like swap.

If you end up getting nothing then it really feels sad and there is no doubt about it. I think it should be a mix of both like btc and their token so that even if their token does not do well atleast on safer side will have some bitcoin which does have value and as a reward of working it will be helpful rather than just giving 100$ of their coins only.

I have high regards for projects who did this, but they are rare the last campaign I've seen that pay Bitcoin on their campaign, signature campaign specifically was Amepay, they still running a bounty campaign and they are now paying with their own token, and there's a possibility that the project will have potential in the market, I hope more bounty campaign in the altcoin section will pay hunters Bitcoin or even tradeable coin.
