5361  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't reply to private messages from unknown people! on: October 11, 2020, 03:30:27 PM
I thought there was someone in the community who sent you some weird messages. Anyway, weird emails such as that are common especially when you posted your email in the bounty or airdrop topic which required you to do so. There are some people who happily collected them and sold them to those scammers where they'll always catch some fish (Victims) from sending those messages to the multiple emails they got. So, it's best not to publicize your email to avoid such annoying messages in your email.

Tingin ko mananalo ang Heat Bukas dahil sa kanilang team chemistry at aabot ito ng Game 7 kaya ang prediction ko para bukas ay,

Miami Heat - 216
5363  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: October 11, 2020, 02:15:40 PM
I am looking forward to this game, but a bit sad that it likely will be the end of basketball for this year.

The truth is, yesterday was the best NBA game I've ever watch because Damn! man, we are shouting if the Miami Heat managed to score and laughing if the other team missed to score. We also have a mini prediction game in our local which made us so excited while watching yesterday. I hope they will survive the next game tomorrow because the best of all NBA finals games are the Game 7.
5364  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin and exchngers and others on: October 11, 2020, 01:07:33 PM
so how do we know that crypto exchngers dont sell us the coins what they dont exisit?

and how do we know those big funds who bought or pretinding to buy or sell some big ammounts of cryptocurrency `?
how do we know they dont lie us ?

This is simple, If you want to completely avoid this kind of problem, just don't go to the unknown crypto exchanges. rather read some tips from trusted sources where you can buy some altcoins that have some real volumes and cryptoexchanges that have some real users. Because if you just blindly choose exchanges from the internet, you might fall to the trap of the scammers where they will beautify their sites to make it look real and will fool you to buy their fake volumes shit coins.
5365  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A case of the pandemic changing the score and affecting sports betting on: October 11, 2020, 12:45:04 PM
That's something indeed you cannot see every day. Damn! that was an unexpected result. They might be some sort of misunderstanding especially there chemistry in the field. Their opponent caught them with that. anyway, this is some sort of normal thing especially in the field of sport. Where the underdog will not always remain underdog forever because these guys do their practice and daily routine too. No wonder they beat up one of the heavyweight teams in the tournament.
5366  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: "5 Things About ________" Project on: October 11, 2020, 12:17:04 PM
That's a good initiative but make only those that are legit and had been in the market for long maybe the top 10 tp 20 altcoins out there. So that you won't make a video of soon to be shit coins that would make your time to be wasted. Some Altcoins are not really created for the good purposes they are just created by their owner to become pump and dump coin. that's why you need to carefully choose which Altcoins you need to create a video and the top Altcoins are the good candidates for that.
5367  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: P2P Bitcoin Volume Hitting All-Time Highs on: October 09, 2020, 01:27:00 PM
Since the price is still holding at $10,000+ these past months, there are some possibilities that the investors were also increasing this year that triggered the increasing volume of the BTC trading and also it records an All-Time High this year. This is a good indication since we are now 10 years after the launch of BTC and most of the allegations and the misconceptions have been cleared. Now we can see the number of people increasing day by day to get their first BTC. some of them are influencer that is popular in their own field which will promote some of their supporters. No wonder we see this new positive records this year.

5369  Other / Off-topic / Re: [PSA]: FBI gives warning about using WIFI in Hotels on: October 08, 2020, 11:51:58 AM
I never tried to used one because if I am out of town, I rather used my data than to use some public wifi that I don't know the source. If you live in our city and go to the town, if you try to open your wifi there are lots of public wifi to choose from. I wonder what in the world is going on but for the sake of my own security, I never tried it. Most of the people who are sitting in the plaza are actually using that public wifi to play their favorite online games, That might be suited for them but for us who have some sort of crypto wallet on our phone, that is not recommended ever.

You're good at this and I think you are the only one who does this kind of stuff here. Keep it up you're poems are all good and as you can see, you can always find some idea to create a good poem here. from the community drama to the crypto market situations. you can create your poem with those themes so it will remain on topic with the community.
5371  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 75 crypto exchanges have closed down so far in 2020 on: October 08, 2020, 02:16:34 AM
75 looks like a really big number. I haven't checked whole list, but I think that almost all of these exchanges isn't known for us and they didn't had significant volume. It also depends how they went out of business. If they closed service like companies in civilised world are doing it and let customers to withdraw their funds, it's fine and completely normal thing. But another case is hacked exchanges and exit scams.
It's another warning why exchanges shouldn't be used as a wallet, but in many cases it was simply impossible to avoid loss of funds. If you're trading daily, you can't keep funds out of exchange and you need to have skme coins on your account.
Crypto exchanges are not the only entities disappearing however. According to the user-generated content site deadcoins.com there are almost 2,000 altcoins and tokens that no longer exist.
It's huge, but not surprising number, considering that basically everyone can have their own token now. And there was so many ICO's few years ago, but now most projects is dead and authors of it probably already wasted almost all money they got from investors.

so far these are the only real exchanges that made an impact with their shutdown and there might still more.
Kucoin
I also don't know why Kucoin is here. They'we been hacked, but they aren't out of business. I also miss BTC-E in the list, it was also quite significant exchange.

I was making a list of the exchanges that got hacked but I decide I post the lists on the site that I found. then deleted my own list but forgot to delete kucoin. Sorry for mispost, it happens to me more often.
5372  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Kaiji: Anime to learn about the stakes in Gambling on: October 07, 2020, 03:11:00 PM
I think I will check this one since I am fans of the Manga and Anime too. Anyway, have you guys see the Korean Drama Daebak( The Royal Gambler) or Jackpot in English? it has the same atmosphere as this Manga too since it's all about gambling and the stake was his wife. you're not gonna believe it but it has more lessons to teach us.

5373  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 75 crypto exchanges have closed down so far in 2020 on: October 07, 2020, 02:35:24 PM
This is happening every year because most of those exchanges are not real and only created to scam investors whenever they put some huge money on their exchanges and as someone who engages in this industry for years, I witnessed some of the exchanges that closed without even giving warning to their users. in other words, they disappeared with the cryptocurrencies deposited in their exchanges. Octaex probably one of those 75 they might just change the name of their site and replace some identical features of their past exchanges to completely fool the investors.

so far these are the only real exchanges that made an impact with their shutdown and there might still more.

5374  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Historical prices of bitcoin on: October 07, 2020, 02:04:14 PM
Do you guys think after 10 years the price will rise further than what it is right now? cause we still haven't crossed that $20,000 mark yet after 3 years. I wonder what will be the reason for the price to rise after 10 years. Do guys think that if ifs not for those exchanges that always getting hack, the $20,000 mark could have been crossed today? the popular hacking incident in 2020 is the Kucoin hacking incident and I'm pretty sure there will be another hacking incident after that, could it be the reason why we still here at the 10,000 marks?

5375  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: October 07, 2020, 01:44:37 PM
I smell a 4-1 series, don't get me wrong, it's just that Heat failed to even the series so Lakers will close this at 5 games.
They've done that in the past series so they'll do it again, Heat has no answer on the defense of the Lakers and Butler can't make 40 points every night.

That's my opinion two, they could have win the game earlier but Jimmy Butler rush to shoot the three to get the lead but he miserably missed it. If he could just get the ball in, they could have tie the series but that just the way it is, He missed and gives the Lakers to even score a three and gives them a 4 point game which is hard to reach. Now the Lakers are only 1 game away to win the Championships, I wonder how happy would Lebron be since He will win Championships from 3 different teams in his entire career.
5376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: ETH hash rate hits all time high, mining it is 3X more profitable than BTC on: October 07, 2020, 01:23:45 PM
The fees are high right now that makes me think of living some ETH on my wallet for gas fees in case of the sudden surge of the price of some of the Altcoins that I currently hold. Altcoins are doing good these few months, 2020 is really something and it's not done yet. ETH is also making some records about less than 3 months before the end of this year. I cannot believe such scenarios happening this year despite the deadly virus that keeps most of the investors at home. They sure know how to find some way on how to invest in this profitable year of Altcoins.
5377  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Lomachenko vs. Teofimo Lopez Lightweight Unification fight on: October 06, 2020, 02:08:13 PM
The fight is going to be exciting since these two will fight for the unification title. Have you guys seen the new trailer on YouTube by TopRank Boxing? Lomachenko wanted to own the three belts for himself and I think he has the advantage for this fight if he won't gonna mess up in the ring when the fight begins.

Here is the new trailer, just click the image to go to the Video.

Any ideas on what I should do with my Ledger Nano X now?  Roll Eyes

Keep it as a remembrance, You cannot sell it in your country cause only a few of you guys know how to use that thing. besides, you won't get much if you sold it. it's better to keep it if you want so that you still have some reminiscence with the volatility of the crypto market. It's a good exit from you though the price was not that high from the price you first bought them, 1.25+ increase in better than the negative. Maybe if they renew the regulations in your country, you can come back again after that.
5379  Other / Meta / Re: Is this giveaway allowed? on: October 06, 2020, 05:17:58 AM
For some reason, I don't wanna join any giveaways because there is no warning if you get caught by the moderators because the rules have said it all. I participated in some kind of giveaway a few months ago and got banned for a week. I don't know if it's was this kind of giveaway but nevertheless, giveaway might or might not be allowed in some cases. so I am turning away if I see one because the second time might not be 7 days banned anymore, It could be 14 days or more.
5380  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Question: Is there any websites where I can gamble crypto under 18? on: October 06, 2020, 04:40:14 AM
The age requirement is one thing that is very important and when it comes to online gambling, Anyone who wants to gamble has to be atleast 18 years older to sign up. So you won't be able to gamble under 18.

This is the case for the gambling site out there, where you need to confirm whether you are at the right age or not. In some cases, you can just click the agree button even though you are not 18 years old which is not right because if you get caught there will be a huge problem with that. Some people ignore that first step and proceed to play even though they are not yet at the right age to play and the problem will begin when those kids got caught by their parents and put all the blame on the gambling site.
